InterContinental Abu Dhabi, an IHG Hotel

Great hotel. Fantastic service from all the staff. The pool and beach area is very safe clean and great for the whole family, not too busy. There is also another pool on the third floor that is great for a cocktail and sunbathing! We spent one week here and can't wait to come back!

Perfect location, friendly staff and a variety of food served. What made my holiday memorable is how each staff member were so welcoming and they would go out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our time. Nadeera was pleasant and catered to my special food requirements, thank you to all the team

Spacious and clean room. Our room is spacious and super cleaned. We enjoyed the environment and also the meals were tasty. Solomon and Darius was very attentive to details and they provided great hospitality

I wanted to share my amazing short stat at Hotel, every time we are visiting the Hotel it’s considered a new experience, this time we had the best experience ever for me and my family. Kids had a lot of fun and also the staff members professionalism. My wife insisted to have a picture with Istanbullu, we would like to thank her for everything. We will come again soon. Also I wanted to mention Rowena for the amazing service we had during our stay.

As always, the food at Chamas was excellent! The variety of meats and flavors were top-notch, and the service from the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great dining experience. However, one major drawback was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working, and in this hot weather, it made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy the meal, especially when you’re eating mostly meat. We asked the manager about it, and while he politely explained the situation, it’s hard to fully enjoy a nice evening in such conditions. Ideally, the AC should be at its best, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Great food, fantastic service, but the lack of proper cooling really took away from the overall experience.

Very friendly and professional staff. Although we came late to their buffet, the staff was more than welcome to serve us specially Sabina, Pet and Nadeera. The food is good and the buffet is diversified and rich. Highly recommended.

The hotel rooms definitely need a refurbishment, compared to the hotel decor . The staff are very friendly and polite. Even though we went all inclusive premium, the menu/food option was very limited and with its own set menus. The most outstanding experience during our stay was the massages. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend them. We ended up having 3 during our 5 day stay. Good size pools and plenty of space and loungers. I would only come back if the rooms are refurbished with new balconies.

The Club Lounge at the Intercontinental was fantastic. The team was incredibly attentive especially Ofelia she made me feel right at home. Great service delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
