Intelligentsia Coffee Venice offers a delightful coffee experience. I had the Mocha, which was exceptional—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The baristas are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, creating an inviting atmosphere. The shop's modern yet cozy ambiance makes it a great spot to relax or catch up on work. Plus, it's a good stop for a clean and convenient bathroom break. Highly recommend for coffee enthusiasts looking for a top-notch brew.

I got regular latte, spice latte and coffee beans. This latte is amazing! It's made with medium roast, freshly roasted beans that give it a rich flavor. The balance of espresso and milk is perfect, making it creamy and smooth.

Many seats here and allow you to use the receptacle for your laptop, I ordered an iced latte and only took a temporary stay this time. Pick a casual weekend and have a seat here for a comfortable afternoon should be great.

We ordered here organic iced matcha latte which was ready in the bottle and they just put it in a cup. Additionally, we ordered almond croissant which was really good and served with strawberry jam. The guy who served us wasn’t friendly at all.

Ordered a hot matcha with almond milk and vanilla: $9.31 The latte art was beautiful, staff was very nice and efficient, ambiance was good. The matcha itself was bitter and not very enjoyable, I probably wouldn't have finished it if it wasn't almost $10

This place seriously needs new management as your employees clearly don’t want to be there. I went in yesterday (October 22) at 6:30 a.m. with my husband, and we ordered two coffees and two ham and cheese croissants. I left a 15% tip, and I wish I could take it back. The guy did not offer to heat up the croissants and when my husband asked the girl who was working if they could heat them up, she looked visibly annoyed at the request. Furthermore, I don’t know if this is just a bad store policy or what, but they don’t even bother to ask for your name, so they can call out your drink order. So unless you’re seated directly in front of where they make the coffee, you just have to kind of guess when your coffee is ready. I hope that employees get better training in customer service as it is clearly lacking. I live in the area, so I can’t say that I’ll never be back, but with so many options, this definitely won’t be my first choice when I’m looking for a great spot to grab coffee. And if you do decide to come in, skip the tip. They literally do the bare minimum here.
