In-N-Out Burger

I went around peak time, so that's what could have affected the outstanding service I'm used to from In-N-Out. I ordered double-double burger with grilled onion fries. It took me around 6 mins just to reach the cashier and order, and other 10 to receive my order. The burger was good, but the fries were really cold and far from fresh!!

We had never had in n out but we will be life long customers! The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient with us and our order. The restaurant was very clean with someone always walking around looking to help a customer or tidy up after they left. The retro feel made it even better in my opinion!

THE PICKLE PROBLEM: While I find the service here to be both polite and punctual, I do have one problem. Each time I’ve patronized this particular location the past few months, I have to make it a point to petition persistently (at least thrice) for pickles, only to peruse my order at the last window and perceive that they have yet again, failed to place the pickles on my patties. By what providence, I ponder, is my palate being prevented from relishing these pleasant pickles? Perhaps, there is a pitiful smudge on the order screen that has yet to be purified, precluding the person working from perceiving that there are pickles on the order. Possibly, the price of pickles has fallen prey to our ever-precarious economy, causing a new, penny-pinching pickle policy. Perchance, there is a perturbed employee with elevated blood pressure who is unable to consume salt, and is therefore preoccupied with the salt intake of others, preventing others from eating pickles so they may partake in his salt-free misery. Peradventure, he is not being petty, but just wanting to preserve the health of the patrons. (Either way, that’s not really your pronouncement to make, Peter.) Pending a more precise, and painstaking investigation, I really cannot say. These are just my primary postulations on the prohibition of pickles. All playfulness aside, my polite plea is that I and the other good people of Las Vegas who prefer them, could possess pickles when we please. Thank you.

Food was great, service was average, seating area cleanliness was so-so. What really hurt my feelings is they forgot the strawberry in my Neapolitan shake. Ruined my whole day!

OMG! We didn't have In-n-Out Burger up North and that's a shame. We were stuck with McDonalds and BK If you've had the food at In-n-Out you know what I am talking about. The prices are reasonable. The staff ,who are out side in 100 weather , need more recognition then they probably get (idk if they get recognized) . They definitely need awnings to stand under. My favorite burger is the Protein Cheese Burger. Instead of a bun, it's wrapped in lettuce.

Probably goes without saying but it’s always busy here. I think every In-N-Out is busy, and for a reason. Food is delicious, always. The employees (which are almost always teens and younger adults) are on top of things and have excellent customer service. I rarelyyyyy get orders wrong. The drive through line can be kind of annoying because there isn’t always a clear path and people try to cut in line, but that’s usually only a problem if the line is really long and reaching the street.

The parking lot is decent size for the burger place but it could be tight parking since they share space with surrounding businesses. The decor of the place is typical for the franchise. The service is very good. The burgers, fries, and shakes are good.

Quick service, great American style restaurant, minimal menu, quick turn around time. The fries are fresh, we can see the potatoes chopped and fried right in the front. They do have options for vegetarian as well as classic cheeseburgers. The grill cheese isn't just the plain bun and cheese, they do have veggies in it! In and out spread is to die for. Their neapolitan shake is delicious ! Do check their hidden menu on their website ;) Talking about the ambience, it gives a nice classic diner setting giving a coastal vibe!!! Every time you walk in there it's clean and hygienic!! Flexible hours to where you can enjoy burgers, fries and shakes for your late night cravings!

In-n-out is one of the few burger joints that I have no issues with ordering despite my gluten allergy. I always order a cheeseburger animal style and protein style. Today I splurged on the calories and got fries and a large Cherry Coke Float. Boy was it worth it. My hubby got a Double Double Protein Style , Fries and a Strawberry Shake. He said it was great as always. My baby got his pup patty. It's a plain hamburger patty made with no salt for our furry friends. I can tell by the way he ate it that it was to his liking. I really enjoy going to In-N-Out because I know they don't mind making my burger the way I like/need it to be and they always do it with a smile. Service is always top notch and the ingredients are always fresh never frozen.

Everyone loves In-N-Out, it's generally pretty standard no matter which location you happen to hit up. This location is always (in my humble opinion) - the cleanest, fastest, and tastiest. The employees are happy and enthusiastic (although that is pretty standard across most locations), and I enjoy going inside for service. The locations off the strip seem to be a little more calm & less hectic overall. This spot is my favorite and I go out of my way to hit up the W Tropicana one.

In-N-Out is my top 3 burger. Its simple menu offers what I need and it's simple. The quality is great and the service is pretty quick at this location. When I want something on the lighter or healthier side, I'll get my 3x3 or 4x4 protein style and it's wrapped with fresh crispy lettuce instead of the bun. Clean facilities and restaurant.

Can't follow simple directions. Employees are too scared to ask for help. Noticed the quality of workers have gone down over the last 6 months.

This location has the BEST customer service, Mia has the best personality such a sweet girl. If she wasn't taking orders she was walking around cleaning up and asking if anyone needed anything. Food was amazing per usual!!

Came in today and had the best customer service from Angela. She was so sweet and always had a smile on her face. My son had accidentally spilled a drink and she came to clean it right away and even pick my son's toy up from the floor. Thank you Angela :)

Food is always consistently delicious. Well presented. By helpful servers. Shout out to Alex and Jacob for sevice above and beyond. Do not leave here without a chocolate shake or two.

I've come here a few times and each time has been excellent, good, fresh burgers. There's nothing too unique besides the freshness and quality. Their sauce is also really good too. I'm not too big on the milkshakes since they're too thick for me, but I usually just get a double double. Service is also really friendly and attentive. I love the California coast theme throughout with unique little additions to find like under the cup.

Drove thru, ordered a double with cheese no onion no tomato with a chocolate shake and fries (#1). Picked up the order and it was accurate, hot and delicious. Arrived at 3 pm without a line took 10 minutes; great service!

I came for lunch while in town for work because we don't have one at home. Everything was good, service was fast and the food was hot. I recommend this location for my team that works in the office near by.

Literally so close to this location and we come here regularly. This is probably why I have never thought of writing a review. This location is always the busy. The parking lot can be kind of hectic at times as the drive thru lines are generally long and block some cars in. The line does move pretty fast but if you are in a rush, I would suggest parking further from the restaurant as the parking lot is large enough to stay away from that section. Service has always been great. Our orders have generally always been correct with maybe one or two mishaps that were not that big a deal. The interior has always been clean, along with the women's bathroom. I like that they have outdoor seating that has shade here also. I have to be honest that we don't come here as often. We used to come 1-3 times a month. That's when our family of three could come and eat for less than $20. Now it has gone up but it is still more reasonable than most fast food. I know I am getting good ingredients here also. I love to get my fries lightly fried. Otherwise I'm not big on them. Idk why...just don't care for the taste of the oil I guess 'cause I see them in the drive thru punching those fresh potatoes. Animal style is always a great option for our family also. I think the pickles are great here and the lettuce is always crisp. This is why I always ask for extra. I go back and forth from grilled onions to fresh onions. It just depends on my mood. So for the price, speed, and quality this is our fast food go to. 4 stars because the fries aren't my favorite-I could honestly do without and most of the time do & I'm from Texas-soooooo Whataburger still is my #1 pick.

Nothing like a ghetto In-N-Out Burger taste like homemade burgers. Always so fresh the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles employees are always, smiling have never had bad service. I usually go through the drive-through, but a few times that I have went inside. It has been very mellow and nice to sit and eat.

When you are Looking for a late night bite this location is convenient and fast. Out of all the in n outs near me, I choose this location because it always has me in n out no longer than 10 minutes, which works perfect for my hectic schedule after a long day. Upgrade to a Neapolitan shake when you get a number two, and duh add pickles and grilled onions, those sweet babies seal the deal. A Flying Dutchman is a great protein source late night

This is the Worst in n out in america. From the staff to the wait times. This location has really made me hate the franchise and switch to home cooked. This place suuuuuuuuuucks I wish i could give it negative stars for tainting my beloved in n out

Service is quick. Even though the lines are long it went by fast! Good is good and what you would expect for an in-n-out. Staff not as personable as at other locations but still quick service.

This location is great! The drive through can get a little tight, but the indoor dining is fast and professional. The food is always the same and that's why I go to in and out.

What can't be said about In & Out. The drive thru lines are always wrapped around a corner no matter what state you're in. The founder got it right. Hire young go getter's, they know how to work fast and cook it just right.

WHERE IS THE BEEF ?? The burger sauce with the lettuce and onions are tasty -- but the size of the burger patty is down right pathetic -- they just keep getting smaller and smaller! Covered about 1/2 the bun and was about 1/8" thick. It was a JOKE ! I guess I just have to say NO MORE --- Increase the burger patty, so you can see it and taste it, or this customer is gone !

Always made fresh!!! Me....I prefer no Amina's sauce on my burger or fries. Give me mustard. They don't offer Mayo. Otherwise this probable would be a 10/10 burger. But, I'll give it an 7/10. Service is ALWAYS exceptional.

In-N-Out, a southern Californian staple that has slowly found its way into the hearts of Las Vegans citywide is among the best of the best for fast food in sin city. A burger, fries and a drink is what populates the menu but is it good enough to base a fast food chain on? The milkshake is thick and creamy and the fries have a very distinct flavor. You can still see the skin of the potato here and there. I feel like it adds to the authenticity, but maybe that's just me. And the burger? What more can be said? The patties aren't the hugest, but the crispness on the outside and the juiciness on the inside and the glorious sodium as it courses through your veins is almost too much for words. Most fast food is designed to just be a quick and easy way to fill you up but this place hits you differently. If food can be an addiction this is case in point. I'm sure you've already partaken, but if you haven't you know what to do. And don't forget to ask for your fries animal style!

The flying Dutchman for my dog. He loved it. No salt, just meat and cheese. The worker didn't know what it was, but I explained it.

Double double animal style, well done fries and a strawberry shake at In N Out Burger for the easy victory! Came through on a Monday afternoon was in and out the drive thru in five mins or less. Always pleased with this establishment, great food, great service, no complaints here.

Outstanding once again! Arrived around 930pm to drive thru. Outside guy took my order. About 10cars behind, but hey that line moved fast! I actually timed it, 7min! Whoa they know how to get the food out. Ordered the double double cheese no lettuce and animal fries. So darn delicious All that for $9! Even finished off the animal fries with my eggs for breakfast next day. So good Located West Tropicana just past Fort Apache on North side of Trop. Highly recommend

It's 12:30 am and we are hungry. Looking for food at this hour during pandemic can be quite challenging ! To step into a familiar place is comforting. I know what I get at In and Out! Not only are prices reasonable... it's good to count on their quick turn around after ordering. The crew , no matter which In and Out you duck into, are well trained and efficient! Thank goodness they open late for service! Coming from the Bay Area, the prices in Vegas venue are a bit less expensive. We ordered extra crispy fries with our 2 x 2 . Great food and drinks! Service is top notched! I also like the cleanliness of this spot and that there is someone who pours and serves your drinks! No touching! Way to go, In and Out!live love love this chain!

Walking in at this location is a better option vs the drive through during rush hour / between 5-6pm.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant hands down. The quality is Pure greatness the vegetables are FRESH great place if you are vegan. The service is SUPER FAST you are literally in & out !! The vibe is really dope.

Had a really hard day so the last thing I needed to wait wait for my messed up order. I was very specific and ordered a hamburger with an extra paddy and only with K M O P and chilles. What I received had cheese. If I wanted that I would hace specifically stated Cheeseburger. I mentioned to the server In N out messes up the most. MDC is a close second. I'm in my 50s and have a ton of experience. The main error is that they forgot the pickles. It's happened countless times in LA, OC, SCV, the Inland Emprie, San Diego, Colorado Springs. However, I generally don't bother with reviews. However, this location really srewed up previously and had me park. The first and only an IN 'N Out did that. I think it was the cheese issue lol. BTW I know my receipt says 3 x 3 which has cheese. It does not reect what I said.

Animal style is the only way to go. Good burgers and good service. Lots of friends and families make this a must stop when visiting Las Vegas.

In'N'Out is always the same. That is, a good serviceable burger and fries at a good price. They have a not-so-well deserved "cult" following IMHO, but to each his own! Their fries tend to be a little "less done" than others - if you like 'em really crispy, be sure to ask for "well done"!

Gotta love in n out. Never go wrong with animal style fries, 3x3 animal style, and the Neapolitan shake. The service is FAST and everyone is friendly. The ambiance is chill. You can't go wrong with the best burger joint in America.

I grew up in Southern California going to In-N-Out and always loved it. I still do...the last two years I spent in states that did not have it, so I was excited about moving to Vegas and being able to have a burger from here. We ordered two #1 meals and an additional cheeseburger. As I am a busy mom, this was an after school treat for my kids today and we used the drive thru. When we reached the pick up window, she handed me the bag of food and then she went to hand me the cardboard drink carrier and the whole bottom was soaked through. So I pointed it out to the girl & she quickly got me a new carrier. We drove away. When we got home and opened the bag, we only had our burgers. They never put the orders of french fries in our bag. It's not the end of the world but it is annoying to have paid for items we never got. To their credit, the burger at least tasted as great as I remember. We may skip over to another location in the future or at least eat inside so we are able to correct any mishaps on the spot.

Umm they straight up put my straw in my drink for me.. pretty unsanitary. I saw them putting straws in other peoples drinks too. I've never seen this before lol please don't do this I don't want ur fingers on my straw

In N Out used to be one of my favorite burger places, however through out the years, the quality, price and size of their burgers have changed. It's a shame! I don't think I'm the only one that feels this way, because before you would always have to wait before you can find a seat inside. Nowadays, their restaurants are empty. I also find the size of their hamburger patties have shrunk over the years. Their burgers nowadays taste very salty as well. It really is such a shame, since I'm born and raised in Southern California, In N Out was our Graceland.

First time visiting and In & Out burger! I was visiting my daughter in Las Vegas and decided to see what the "deal" was. Well, the "deal" is great burgers and ingredients! I got a fully dressed cheeseburger and it was so good! My grandson who only has ketchup & mustard on his burger tried mine and ate over half of mine prompting the purchase of another fully dressed cheeseburger! The fries were fresh and great! They had excellent service at the counter and the tables were cleaned well after each customer. They have drive through and a place to eat outside under the shade. Plenty of parking!

Congrats on the first time I've had a bad experience at an in n out. Yall work slow as hell. Fix it.

You cannot go wrong with the legendary double-double and animal style fries. I've been frequenting In-N-Out locations since my high school years and still do not tire of their burgers. One has to appreciate their simple menu and efficient conveyor belt assembly process. Everything is freshly prepared and just simply delicious. From their tasty beef patties to always crunchy fresh lettuce, their burgers are consistent and will remain a family favorite. The fries are light and airy and even more heavenly when drenched in their famous sauce, cheese and chopped grilled onions. Also worth a mention, even though their drive-thru line looks daunting at times, they definitely have it streamlined so you'll be well on your way with your bag of happiness before you know it.

Foods always hits the spot here however, the pre-teens behind the counter when ordering inside reminds me why I usually prefer the long drive-thru lines. Managers please address your team about customer service. Having a customer waiting while the employees see you and not acknowledge you after 7-10min is a bit frustrating.

It's just a clean looking, fresh ingredients kind of burger. Fries are made in house and different. Everyone from Hawaii's favorite go to place to eat. What else is there to say? Do eat a meal here.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and couldn't help but notice how pleasantly everyone was greeted and how the staff coordinated the orders, cleaned tables and actually came over to see that our food was up to par. A reminder that at least some places still appreciate the customer. Been a long time I have been greeted, smiled at and checked up on for $22.00, special shout out to Danielle who is giving some great service with a smile.

Simple menu, great food. Had the double double animal protein style (no bun!) with no cheese and animal style fries. Always recommend. Oh, and don't forget to ask for extra sauce packets! Yum! Great prices too.
