Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Asked for early check in and late check out with no hassles! Front desk staff knew a lot about the area and made great recommendations. Hotel amenities 👍👍 top notch! Pool and hot tub a great spot for relaxation. Will definitely check in again soon!

I’ve been visiting Miami every month for the past 8 months, and each time, I’ve stayed at Hyde Midtown Hotel. The location is great and very convenient for shopping also to experience fine dining. Gwen, a member of the staff at Hyde Midtown Hotel, truly elevates the guest experience with her exceptional service. She is known for her warm and friendly demeanor, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Had a short but lovely stay at Hyde Midtown. The room was spacious, comfy bed and an unexpected balcony!! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Valet was worth the money and they were so attentive and respectful of our things. Will be staying again!

Great accommodations for my short business trip. The hotel has so much nearby that is walkable. My business partners were able to meet with me at the hotel for a drink the night I arrived, along with in the morning picking me up to carry on our business day. Very easy to find and navigate. Highly recommend staying here - also check out the rooftop bar, so fun!!

We evacuated Cape Coral ahead of Milton. Although we had the stress of uncertainty about our house, it was nice to have a home away from home. Midtown Miami is a great location with lots to explore as well as many dining options. Luckily when we got home, we had power and the house was fine. All staff we had contact with were wonderful!

I am shaking right now. This is our first night here and there was a misunderstanding with the valet due to a language barrier. I was trying to explain the situation to the manager who was extremely rude to me because I am a black woman. I am an attorney and my sister is vice president of our company. Respected women! The treatment we just received from the front desk was unacceptable! He even threatened to kick me out of the property. Over a simple misunderstanding. I have never been in a situation like this before. I am appalled and still trying to piece together what on earth just happened!

We had to stay at Hyde Midtown for almost 3 weeks thanks to a flood in our apartment in a neighboring building. The entire team (especially Renata!) were very accommodating and made a less than pleasant situation much easier. We are thankful they were very understanding!

The pillows are very good and so is the living room. |Some wall noises in the main room were not comfortable for me to rest. |Someone threw my water bottle in the trash without my consent. Otherwise the location and the hotel seem very good to me. Thanks
