Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid

The people who this hotel have hired are all phenomenal. All incredibly thoughtful, focused on making sure you have a lovely stay. The room is very noisy, but has good amenities. Location is rather secluded from popular areas in Madrid, but it is next to a metro station. The gym is also more than adequate.

An unfortunate stay as a Hyatt regular. Service was exceptional. Rooms perfect. But the neighbor was having a party all night long. The staff tried and successfully put them out, only for them to restart. The room walls are paper thin. Maybe it was just my room. I’d love to try them again but afraid to as a light sleeper.

The location is great! 1 min walk to the metro. They upgraded us to the suite, the room is so spacious, clean, and great views. The breakfast is fantastic! Mixed buffet and order items! So fresh made and baked. We have wonderful 4 night here. Oh, their room is so quite as well and all the bed are comfortable

We stayed a few nights and received outstanding service from the hotel staff. The suite was spacious, clean, and decorated with beautiful furniture, bed was comfortable and big. We also enjoyed the breakfast made of fresh and high quality local food, lounge services were great too. The hotel was located in a safe residential and business area, with high end restaurants, bars and bakeries around. Being away from the busy tourist hotspots offers a unique experience for travelers to explore.

The Hyatt Regency Madrid Hesperia truly excels in making every stay unforgettable. We booked a two-room family suite, which provided ample space and comfort for our family of four. The hotel beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel offers excellent convenience, with the option to have a taxi called for you or easily access the nearby subway, just a few minutes’ walk away. The concierge also recommended a charming Christmas market within walking distance, adding a special touch to our visit. Our favorite server at the hotel is Jorge, he goes above and beyond to make your dinning experience memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next trip!

I stayed at Hyatt Hesperia Madrid for 3 days during my visit to Madrid in Nov 2024. I am very impressed by the hotel. It's contemporarily decorated with a welcoming atmosphere. The lobby was inviting with a very nice fragrance which made arrival experience very pleasant.||||We had breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant. The food quality was fantastic with some local flavors as well as the more international foods that my kids are used to (pizza and scrambled eggs). The staff in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. They remember our preferred table; a love lady with red hair constantly checked on us and made sure kids get to try their delicious breakfast options from the kitchen.||||We booked a suite for the family. The suite was generously sized with modern furniture. However there was some mechanical issues in the suite after checking in. The hospitality manager, Noureddine, personally talked to me and apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that he will make my stay as pleasant as possible. Next day Noureddine upgraded us to one of the biggest suites in the hotel and moved our luggage over. Talking about excellent service! My family was very impressed by the quality of the suite with a jacuzzi tub. Noureddine followed up with us to make sure we are happy with the new room. I was very happy with Noureddine's service and his drive to provide excellent experience to hotel customers.||||One more thing : Hyatt Hesperia is in the center of the city, close to several upscale shopping areas and lots of top city attractions and restaurants. It's next to the metro station which made travel super easy. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and can see myself coming back again with my family.

The rooms are meticulously clean, with every detail carefully attended to, from spotless linens to well-maintained amenities. The service and food at the dinner was phenomenal, and the staff looked after us very well.
