Cơm Tấm Huyền is a true hidden gem in a small alley, packed with locals every night. The broken rice is flavorful, served with crispy shredded pork skin, fried egg, grilled meat, and pickled vegetables. The side dish of braised pork with bitter melon is tasty and well-seasoned. Portions are generous for the price, making it excellent value.
Despite being a street-side eatery with small plastic tables and chairs, the atmosphere is lively and authentic. The owner is friendly and quick, even when the place gets crowded. A great spot to experience real Vietnamese cơm tấm in a local neighborhood setting.
