I ordered a suit from Japan, and I was initially told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to complete. However, after the expected timeframe passed with no contact, I followed up and was informed that there was a delay due to a shortage of fabric.
After waiting an additional three months, I contacted them again and was told the suit was completed but had been forgotten to be shipped.
This demonstrates a lack of awareness regarding deadlines and a lack of professionalism. When I requested a cancellation, I received no response and have since been ignored. I urgently need a refund for the payment I made.
