We had a wonderful lunch here - avocado toast with salmon, and tasty hot sauce. My husband raved about the breakfast burrito. I enjoyed my chai tea.

★★★☆☆ Like many places in this part of the city, it feels quite overpriced for what you get. I ordered an Americano (decent), an egg sandwich (not bad), and a salmon bagel (fair). The atmosphere is nice and the service is okay, but the pricing doesn’t really reflect the quality of the food or the overall ambiance. You can find much better salmon bagels for a lower price in the U.S., so while it’s an acceptable stop if you’re already nearby, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. Also, what’s with asking for a tip?

Hule is such a cool little coffee shop with a perfectly balanced mix of pop art and rustic charm. The vintage records, cozy setup, and creative vibe make it feel one of a kind. The French toast was easily top tier, the salmon bagel was really good, and the breakfast burrito had a unique flavor that stood out. But the best part was the coffee — one of the best cups I’ve had anywhere in CDMX. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently moved to CDMX in December and find myself coming here a lot. The vibe is good and everything I’ve tried has been awesome. I like the people and it’s cool that they play vinyl records throughout the day. I’m asking my mom when she visits. Hahaha I’d recommend you try them out.

Not sure how this place holds five-star ratings. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The coffee arrived as a cappuccino instead of a flat white, and when it was flagged, the ‘barista’ suggested scraping off foam rather than remaking it. After insisting, a replacement was made, but it was even worse. It was 90% milk and temperature was way off. If proper espresso drinks can’t be executed, they shouldn’t be on the menu. Staff wasn’t helpful, condescending and rude. Would avoid and was a mistake coming here.

No joke, this place serves the best french toast I have ever tasted. Ever. Pleased to say that Hule is a perfect spot to meet with friends, browse some records and have mellow conversations.

Dirty chai latte was superb, but a little too sweet. Salmon bagel was dense, well-toasted and delicious!
