We had the pleasure of visiting this hotel several times for both breakfast and dinner, and each experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food is absolutely delicious and of the highest quality, with every dish prepared to perfection. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even provided a high chair for our little one, showing how attentive and family-friendly the service is. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the interior design is both elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Dining here is truly a feast for both the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable culinary experience in a beautiful setting with outstanding service!

I've never stayed here bc I live here but the food and the service are incredible. From the second you step into the small lobby and walk to the bar with a fireplace. Very cozy! In the large dining room there is a chandelier that is spectacular as the food. If you want you can even sit out by the pool. A true gem of a hotel!

I booked the room for a friend who was super happy. Really lovely stay - thank you! The staff were always so helpful and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, the room was great. Location and security perfect - all in all really good and we would not hesitate in recommending it and staying there again.

a wonderful but ageing place that needs urgently some refurbishment/refreshment ||for a 5 Star Hotel not suitable anymore. This aplies also to the pool that is under corstruction for at least 2 Years now ||Nevertheless freindly and nice people, late breakfast is wonderful and superb to meet and work in the front garden

Birthday celebrations on the 1.1.25 for x20 peeps. Thank you for the all the staff with a very busy restaurant along with our big table. Then that cheesecake is a must baked by Chef Wendy for birthday boy.

Stayed one night and would love to return. Staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. Love the African theme decor.

I have only been to the hotel for dinner but if I could, I would give a 10 star review. The food was delicious, I had the dumplings and the chocolate fondant. The outside garden is peaceful. But the most impressive part of my experience was the provided by the waiting staff. They were already great during the dinner, providing food tips and updates on my order. But they take it to the next level when they escorted me for a good part of my walk back to my bed and breakfast to make sure I'd be safe (there were no ubers available so I had to walk). I cannot express my gratitude enough.

The service was outstanding the food very poor. The restaurant has a Thai menu as well as a European style menu. However we saw the staff bringing in my partners food from a takeaway and though I ordered the Thai Chicken salad I was given an ordinary salad. When I explained to the waitress that there was a mistake she said that they must have given me the wrong salad dressing!! I didn’t have the heart to show her the menu which clearly indicated a very different set of ingredients to those on my plate, It was clear I had been given the griddled chicken salad instead, but this shows that that staff do not know Thai food.||I would recommend they remove the Thai menu until they get a Thai food qualified chef again.
