New member here! Front desk was polite and gave excellent customer service as I was signing up for a membership. Gym comes with a nice variety of equipment, locker room, basketball court, and water cooler. Small crowd is a major plus as well. I definitely recommend!

Very nice vibe in the gym Decently equipped theres almost two or more machines of every exhausted equipment there so u can always get ur workout done, the trainers are welcoming and seem to be always engaged with their clients! Christian at the reception takes the cake as he literally made me feel like its my gym and i dont need to second guess it! There are clean towels and a custodial team that keeps everything nice and clean The other members are friendly and didnt seem to mind that i like to pose in front of the mirror AFTER EVERY SET 😂 Big facilities spacious and clean Parking is relatively easy in the mornings Cant speak for the night time I almost forgot to mention theres a basket ball court and an aerobic room and a private and semi private physical therapy room

Next Level Fitness is a fantastic gym. It is what I call a "Goldilocks" gym - not too small, not too big, just right. It feels really personal. The co-owners are all well engaged in the business and run a clean and well maintained shop. I am really enjoying my training with Erick - super good trainer. I am fairly new to the gym but I am seeing the same folks over and over which really is nice. Feels like a little community. Folks are generally with trainers and are generally "getting after it" in the gym. The facilities are well repaired and clean. They have lots of machines and sufficient free weights. I have been a member to many gyms over the years - this one ranks high!

First, the gym is awesome. The staff, clients, and trainers all create a great environment. The equipment is everything you could want and it’s clean. I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs and love it! Second, just over a year ago I was in a bad cycling accident and suffered a grade 4 AC joint separation and torn ligaments. Surgery followed by 8 months of rehab and then I needed to find a trainer to start the next phase of recovery. The owner recommended Mychael Murphy. That was 8 months ago. He is a wonderful trainer. As others have commented he has an incredible knowledge of exercises and each workout is fun and different. I have made tremendous progress and look forward to the rest of the journey. Wouldn’t have happened without him!

I started training here at this gym about 3 months ago when my trainer changed facilities. I had been in my old gym for several years so it took awhile to get used to the change but I really do enjoy the gym here. I have to say it's exceptionally clean and by far the cleanest gym I've ever been a member to. All of the trainers and staff are exceptionally friendly and my trainer Marcus Harper is an excellent trainer and a fantastic boxing coach. I would recommend this gym to anybody that lives in the area, it definitely beats giant franchise fitness : )

I have been going to TNLF since I was a kid growing up in the neighborhood. We would frequently "sneak" in to play basketball when the owner Cederick knew the whole time. He then offered me a job and all though I haven't worked their in a long time +\- 10 years I still love going to workout and play basketball. They have great trainers. Garry, Dewayne, Ricky, ted everyone is so helpful.

I've been coming here for almost a year now and have undergone a body transformation during my time training here with Dewayne (and Darrell). Equipment is clean, in good condition and they have a great wifi connection! I'm able to watch videos during my cardio sessions without any difficulty. Smells clean, good humidity and temperature control. They offer once weekly flow yoga classes which are good! Love this place.
