Loved the 10 day deal! Went every day and found some really great teachers! Stronger, fitter more flexible and relaxed... What more could you want

I love this place - I have been coming here for the last 5 years and it is consistently excellent. The standard of teaching is superb - worth a special mention is Catherine Weston one of the best yoga teachers in London - and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to all levels.

I love going to Hackney Hotpod Yoga. The subdued purple light and the heat create an atmosphere in the bubble that instantly transports me to a different mind plane. The teachers are very creative, constantly changing the yoga sequences, keeping them fresh and new. The neighbourhood around London Fields is beautiful. The peacefulless of the park extends the meditative state still lingering in my mind after a class and thus inconspicuously complements practicing yoga. My mind and body have been ravaged for far too long by stress and trauma. After 10 classes on consecutive days at the Hotpod, I feel that I am firmly on the path of full recovery. Fab teachers and classes The vibe in the pod is so nice and calming But the classes are really expensive, and for the price, I feel like the studio (especially the toilets and the pod itself) should be cleaner Also some classes can get rly busy and feel a bit squashed

As someone prone to injuries and in need of a longer warm-up, I find the heat and the gradual progression of movements incredibly supportive. It allows me to access stretches I wouldn’t be able to manage in a typical yoga class. The teachers are always kind and attentive, offering space to rest when needed and encouraging a pace that suits each individual, free from the pressure of perfect synchronisation. I love the darkness in the tent as it creates my own space (I would anyway need my glasses to see the next mat) and helps me tune in with my own body. I leave the class with a sense of happy exhaustion, but the real reward comes the next day. Love it!

I love this place, great teachers, great ambience in the pod and soft floors so more comfortable for knees and elbows :).

I love this place and their teachers, but they should try to have less people in their pod and have more space within each other as I think it will improve the quality of the session & feel more peaceful. Sometimes it feels very claustrophobic which is not a nice feeling to do yoga… plus the promotion pictures are not a good representation of how close and how pack it is at all.

One of the most relaxing, fulfilling and fun experiences!! Amazing teachers, great atmosphere!! Highly highly recommended!

I've been going to the Hackeny location for some time now, and while they've switched locations multiple times, the sessions and spaces remain awesome. The newest one is under a railway arch, so expect the train to go by once in a while, but if you're in the zone (as you should be!), you won't notice it. Also, this location has changing areas and showers! Shout out to the 1230pm instructors - they're all cool.
