Hotel Schwarzer Adler Innsbruck

We stayed here for 4 nights in December. The hotel was clean, the history was neat and very friendly staff. The room was plenty of space for our family of 3. It was in a great location with everything being walkable. Our 2yr old daughter enjoyed eating at the table in the room and watching all the sights of the city. While there isn’t anything in the roof it does offer a great view of Innsbruck and Alps.

Front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a late dinner before checking in and the hotel called us to let us know they were closing in an hour to discuss check in options for us. The restaurant and breakfast were great as well! Excellent location close to old town and the top of Innsbruck station. Parking nearby too (paid, underground)

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Room was clean and comfortable, staff always friendly and helpful and the location was perfect- walkable from main train station and close to shopping/restaurants/Christmas Markets. Expansive buffet breakfast was included in our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Innsbruck!

My husband and I recently stayed here with our toddler and had a wonderful time. The location was great for exploring the city, amazing rooftop views and the staff was phenomenal. So kind and helpful with any and all requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Innsbruck!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Schwarzer Adler in Innsbruck. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. What really stood out was the breathtaking view—absolutely stunning! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city, yet it feels peaceful and relaxing. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

What an amazing hotel, just returned after a five night stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.|Our room was spacious with a view of the snow capped mountains, room was cosy and very clean. Breakfast was good with something for everyone |Hotel was centrally located and close to all major attractions. Can't wait to return.

What a wonderful place to stay. Excellent amenities, clean beautiful rooms, fantastic beds. Location is perfect, 5 minutes to old town and everything else you want to see. But the best thing about staying here is the staff. I have never met such a consistently friendly helpful smiling accomodating staff as we have experienced here. Nothing is too much trouble, they are all excellent. Whoever does staff selection and training know what they are doing!||Our stay in Innsbruck was made more memorable by our accomodation here. My wife and I spent a Friday and Saturday night here in mid-October. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and to everywhere else in town. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
