Hotel Santa Fe, Hacienda & Spa

We had a one night get away from our busy life in Albuquerque. Took the train up and enjoyed a wonderful couples massage with the awesome gals at the spa! The spa was beautiful, very accommodating. We did have butler service during our stay at the Hacienda. Kevin was very nice but he seemed a bit distracted. Misty at the bar service area was very accommodating and felt like we had known Her for years. The rooms were very nice, and clean, however, the pillows were very flat. Rick, our evening transport guy was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. Our overall stay was amazing. We would come back for sure but would bring our own pillows.

I couldn't be more happy with my stay! Everyone was friendly, very kind. Our room was amazing. The chocolates and coffee in the evening was much appreciated. It was a nice surprise. The butlers Anthony and Kevin were over the top with all their kind help. Catered to all our needs! I will be back! Thank you! ❤️💙🩷

My wife and I had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The staff was great including free shuttles to Old Santa Fe and near by restaurants. Great breakfast at their restaurant and there was live entertainment in the evening at the lounge while having cocktails. My wife and I were also able to enjoy a wonderful couples massage at their Day Spa. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Nice hotel with great staff. However, we were told we had a $12 credit per person for breakfast at the restaurant, but when the bill came, we found out the credit could not be used for drinks (coffee and orange juice). These items were complimentary in another area of the hotel, and we only ordered them because we were told we had credit to use. I felt cheated and deceived. Additionally, the hotel is not at all kids-friendly. My youngest son was talking and walking between the tables when a rude and unpleasant guest yelled at me, saying he was disrupting their breakfast. I picked him up, and guess what? Screams and cries of protest followed. He was behaving very well before, and we had to run out of the restaurant with a bill to pay for items we were told we had credit to cover. I left in tears, desperate not to disturb the other guests. A very kind lady ran after me to give me a hug and told me I did great, that my son was well-behaved and wasn’t bothering her table at all. Thank you,l for that, ir meant the word to me. Apparently, people expect a child to stay still in one place in front of a screen during a family meal. It was a horrible experience for me as a mother and a customer. We don’t plan on coming back.

This review is for the Hacienda. The hotel is split into two areas. The Hacienda is a boutique area with smaller number of rooms and private butler with rooftop continental breakfast and evening drinks and appetizers. The facilities are slightly tired but the staff make up for this with their overwhelming kindness. Check-in personnel were particularly friendly and efficient. The butler service in the Hacienda is awesome and over the top. They are friendly and take care of your every need. Carry luggage. Make sure your continental breakfast is comfortable. Make reservations. They did some little things that made our lives better without even being asked. 5 stars for the butlers but everyone here was kind. Pro tip: restaurant has great happy hour food deal 5-7pm. Food in restaurant was very good. Scallops and pork belly were amazing

Great place, older place but has charm and character. Nice spa, fireplace in lobby and room! Cool vip lounge on 6th floor for special guests with food and HH. Shuttle bus was great perk with friendly drivers. Hot tub needs some TLC. Felt safe, parking good.

The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and professional. They made the stay very comfortable. What really made the trip was our shuttle driver, Rick, who did a tremendous job on making sure we knew all the right places to go. His love for Santa Fe and the high praise he gave to the hotel carried over to us. We would like to thank Rick for all his knowledge of Santa Fe. John & Robin

The Hotel Santa Fe The Hacienda & Spa adorned with Pueblo-styled architecture, is a short jaunt from centerfold Santa Fe. The property is split into 2 components: a 3 floor main building with 120+ rooms dabbed in traditional Southwestern style while the Hacienda Building has upscale accommodations with butler service. My Hacienda suite came attractively featured with a gaslit fireplace, hand-carved bed and balcony. A palette of earth & neutral tones made a nice background for the walls to display indigenous artworks. The granite bathroom lavished with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The Amaya restaurant in the main building is the spot for breakfast and lunch serving the usual "good morning" fare while complimentary breakfast, a 5-7 happy hour, all day menu and dinner can be had in the Hacienda building. The muscle of the menu was strengthened by the likes of: Crusted Salmon, Lamp chops, Crabcake, Bone Marrow New York Strip Loin and more. I gorged on Chili Tortilla Soup and Pan Seared Scallops ...........a savory lot. One dramatic culinary venue is the "Private Teepee Dining" experience.......a full blown Indian tradition. The Spa offers a robust treatment catalog inspired by North American Indian healing elements.
