Hotel Sahrai, an SLH Hotel

Wow. What a stunning hotel. The staff absolutely incredible. Our gals, Warda and Siham, helped get us settled into our stay despite us arriving prior to check in. They were able to recommend a fantastic tour guide and driver for a trip to the tannery and Medina. Additionally, they held our bags in a safe place while we explored prior to check in. The hotel itself is quite stunning. We had dinner at the Parisian restaurant which was delicious, then ended the night in the Jungle listening to live music! Would recommend to all!

Group of 40 peoples just had our meals together for celebration of newly married couples. We came from UK heard lots good about restaurants Views was great but they charged us full money for foods but unable to serve 1/3 will recommend others please check before you pay bills.

We stayed for two nights, which were great. Good variety for breakfast and beautiful hotel. We were so busy exploring the city, we didn't have enough time to enjoy more of what the hotel has to offer, but I can recommend them for a good quality, comfortable stay.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the start, we were warmly greeted by the staff and offered Moroccan tea and sweets while we waited for our room to be finished, which was a lovely touch. It’s the little details like this that make a difference. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful modern design, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the housekeeping service, which came twice daily—once to tidy up and again around 7 PM to check if we needed anything, like extra water, and to offer us some delicious snacks (nukats)! The food at all three restaurants was excellent, but I highly recommend the Moroccan restaurant—absolutely 10/10! The rooftop view is unbeatable, and the live music creates a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast offered a variety of healthy options, which was a great way to start the day. My only suggestion would be to add more workout equipment in the fitness room, and the jacuzzi could have been warmer—though that might have just been our experience. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which we loved.

In general our stay was okay - definitely wasn’t a five star experience if you’re expecting exceptional hospitality. The hotel is airy and crisp with a very modern design. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the view can’t be beat! The patio space that doubles as one of the restaurants and the pool is a great area to hang out but there aren’t a lot of other lounge areas other than the pool. The rooms are also quite spacious, however there were little things here and there about our room that could have been improved. The bathroom door jammed every time we used it sometimes locking us in and the shower leaked every time we used it and flooded the bathroom to the carpet. We cleaned it up with towels every day and alerted the staff but nothing else was done about it The area is also a plus or a minus depending what you’re looking for. It’s way up on a hill in a developing area (dirt roads and lots of construction) so you get a great view from the patio when you’re eating. You don’t really get the view though from the pool because it’s covered by plants and trees. The area isn’t too far away driving from the Medina but I wouldn’t recommend walking I think overall I would have given this hotel 3.5 stars but no matter where you go and what you do people are shoving QR codes at you to write reviews for them and standing over your shoulder until you do. The last thing I wanted to say is that some areas of the hotel also had a particular smell. It’s that sweet but smelly smell that porta potties have and we couldn’t identify what it was or where it was coming from but it was prevalent all three days

I enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel, and an incredible hammam/massage/facial treatment experience at the spa. Iman was a very helpful and accommodating host at the spa, and Fadoua was such a spectacular masseuse - I loved the whole experience and can’t recommend enough!

Noura & Siham gave us a wonderful experience. The hamman and massages were excellent and we enjoyed everything about the Spa at Hotel Sahri! It was clean and well kept, great staff and they make sure everything is to your liking. Highly recommend booking an experience here!

My friend and I agreed that the massages we received at Spa by Sahrai were the best massages we’ve have ever had. Ask for Siham and Noura! They created such an amazing experience and relaxation to the ultimate level! They paid special attention to every small detail, including spa time and fresh juice at the end. I would go back every day if I could.
