HOTEL RESOL TRINITY OSAKA

I loved this hotel! The room was small as is typical in Japan but they used the space very well. Bed and pillows were comfy. I really liked that we had a full sized tub in our room and I used it to soak multiple times. The public bath was very luxurious and felt cleaner than others I have been to. The service was great and the lobby of hotel is very peaceful. They provide the typical cart of bathroom items in lobby but this hotel also provided bath salts which were so relaxing. Very good location near multiple subway stations

I am an American so please keep that in mind when reading my review. The staff were friendly, but not overly so (in a good way). They offer a great variety of amenities and extras. When we arrived they gave us skin care packs, face masks, and a Valentine’s Day gift which I found very thoughtful! The public bath is not tattoo friendly which I wish I had known before hand. Fortunately the bathtub in the room was surprisingly large, even by American standards! And they had free bath salts available in the lobby. My only true complaint is that the television only had 10 channels and they’re all in Japanese. Even the subtitles are only in Japanese. For a hotel so nice I would expect a smart tv. Or at least more than 10 channels, even if they were all in Japanese.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. The room was a decent size. The onsen was nice however you could see particles floating in the water. In the changing room there wasn’t even a basket where you could chuck the wet onsen towels into. So I was just walking back to my hotel with a wet towel. The breakfast buffet was good.

Great location in a quiet area near the train stations. Rooms are a decent size. The onsen was empty when I went at 3pm. Staff were friendly and they provided fresh towels and amenities every day.

Really enjoyed our stay here at HOTEL RESOL. The rooms are amazing and the best part about it is the black out blinds. I've never stayed in a hotel like that! I could honestly have slept forever! The staff were lovely and greeted us upon entry and let us leave our bags while we explored Osaka before checking in at 3pm! Highly recommend booking this hotel!

Very nice hotel with good service. The rooms are a decent size for a Japanese hotel. They offer laundry facilities and a public onsen. Vending machines are available, but there are also convenience stores within walking distance. Location is good, with restaurants nearby and subway station nearby. I would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka! Very close to metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Our room was a great size (the biggest of our trip so far). We included the buffet in our booking which was a great add-on. A great variety of food options at the buffet, for all dietary requirements. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We also used the Onsen which was very quiet and a peaceful way to end the day.

I've stayed in the Resol chain of hotels before. But this one seems to take the crown. Genuinely beautiful with incredibly lovely staff. It's that good I will be staying again in a few days time. I decided it was worth it.
