HOTEL RESOL TRINITY OSAKA

I loved this hotel! The room was small as is typical in Japan but they used the space very well. Bed and pillows were comfy. I really liked that we had a full sized tub in our room and I used it to soak multiple times. The public bath was very luxurious and felt cleaner than others I have been to. The service was great and the lobby of hotel is very peaceful. They provide the typical cart of bathroom items in lobby but this hotel also provided bath salts which were so relaxing. Very good location near multiple subway stations

They left us very nice chocolates in our room when we arrived for our honeymoon! The only hotel in our trip to offer this thus far. It was a very nice gesture. The room was slightly larger than the norm that you would find elsewhere for the price, the lobby and amenities were great, and it's very easy to get everywhere from here.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. This hotel is one of my favourites. The vibes, the room, the atmosphere - I love everything about it.The room is a good size and includes a bath/shower. Bed is comfortable and the room has a different range of lighting settings. The hotel provides a good range of toiletries you can use. The onsen is clean and relaxing. The hotel provide additional water, coffee/tea and towels each day of your stay. The breakfast is a good range buffet style.

The hotel was implementing an eco-friendly approach.Our room didn't clean up the room every day. But, new bath towels, bottled water, and tea/coffee bags were provided every day. You could also request to make up your room.The amenities were provided near the lift entrance, and you could take as needed. They also provided skin care, such as face oil cleaner, face wash, face lotion, and face cream. Amazing!The cleanliness was a top-notch. The room was pretty small. It was a short walk from Yodoyabashi station.

Love the staff here at Hotel resol Osaka. Just entering the hotel lobby, I felt instantly relaxed due to their aromatherapy scents. I felt at home and at ease from my commute to Osaka! I highly recommend and grateful for all the staff's effort and work to make their guest feel comfortable and happy. We even got a welcoming valentines gift despite being a few days before Valentine's Day! Love their wooden style hotel keys, it felt so luxurious and matched the aesthetic of their hotel. They provided us with everything we needed to even water bottles. The room was a bit tight and felt smaller because there was no closet space for our room and our bags were taking up the walkway, but other wise we still loved our stay! We felt comfortable and had good night rest due to the large bed and full sized bath. Thank you so much hotel resol!

Very comfortable hotel close within walking distance to Yodoyabashi station, Midosuji Line, for easy access around Osaka. The optional breakfast had a wide variety of choices for 2000¥ per person or there is a 7-11 and Family Mart about a block away. There are 3 washers and dryers on two different floors if you need to do laundry, 400¥ per load, 100¥/30 min dryer. There is also a beer vending machine on the 11th floor if you just want a drink. The hotel will hold your luggage if you arrive early so you can explore with ease. The in hotel spa allows the opportunity for rest and relaxation. Would stay again!

I am an American so please keep that in mind when reading my review. The staff were friendly, but not overly so (in a good way). They offer a great variety of amenities and extras. When we arrived they gave us skin care packs, face masks, and a Valentine’s Day gift which I found very thoughtful! The public bath is not tattoo friendly which I wish I had known before hand. Fortunately the bathtub in the room was surprisingly large, even by American standards! And they had free bath salts available in the lobby. My only true complaint is that the television only had 10 channels and they’re all in Japanese. Even the subtitles are only in Japanese. For a hotel so nice I would expect a smart tv. Or at least more than 10 channels, even if they were all in Japanese.

This is my second time staying during my trip. The staff are as helpful as always!This time I had breakfast (a good mix of western and local) and was able to secure a room upgrade for a reasonable offer. Genuinely super impressed with this chain of hotels!They are also super nice at allowing you to leave luggage for later collection.
