HOTEL RESOL TRINITY OSAKA

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. The room was a decent size. The onsen was nice however you could see particles floating in the water. In the changing room there wasn’t even a basket where you could chuck the wet onsen towels into. So I was just walking back to my hotel with a wet towel. The breakfast buffet was good.

We would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka! Very close to metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Our room was a great size (the biggest of our trip so far). We included the buffet in our booking which was a great add-on. A great variety of food options at the buffet, for all dietary requirements. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We also used the Onsen which was very quiet and a peaceful way to end the day.

i absolutely love this hotel that my fiance and i went back here a second time! our first experience was amazing but our second experience was mediocore at best. 1) location wise it’s pretty decent. about 5-7 minute walk to the station depending where you need to go. 2) theres a few cafes near by and theres a grocery store so you have a variety of food options 3) has an onsen 4) spacious rooms AND heated toilets. this is the first fancy hotel ive been in during this trip with all thesecomponents. now with this year’s experience, i was not very fond of it especially with the influx of foreigners checking in because of the lack of mannerism and decency they have. one thing that ruined this experience was their lack of mannerism in the onsen bath. the hotel gives you a handout on how to use the onsen bath yet they completely disregard it. ive seen multiple times of foreigners (and a few locals) barely washing up before getting in and using their towel in the bath. it ends up getting dirty and filled with gunk. i would come back to this hotel but so please if you are visiting, really read up on how to act and be in the onsen to prevent ruining it for everyone else. i forgot to mention that they did improve on a few things compared to our last visit such as providing totes to bring into the onsen. the staff was great, the atmosphere and design of the hotel amazing

Really enjoyed our stay here at HOTEL RESOL. The rooms are amazing and the best part about it is the black out blinds. I've never stayed in a hotel like that! I could honestly have slept forever! The staff were lovely and greeted us upon entry and let us leave our bags while we explored Osaka before checking in at 3pm! Highly recommend booking this hotel!

We had quite a poor experience, my husband and I were both taller than our ‘Queen size’ bed which only reached our ankles while laying down and there was barely enough room to walk around the bed within the hotel room. We looked directly onto HVAC equipment from our room with no other view, the shower had long black hair in the tub and on the walls upon check-in. The lighting in the bathroom and room was so poor that we struggled to perform basic grooming in the mornings. The TV had no smart functions and only displayed local Japanese content, we could not cast to it. The hallway carpets were disgusting and heavily soiled with mould and stains. We felt the receptionist was quite disrespectful in her body language and mannerisms while we checked in which was in stark contrast to the warmth we received at every other hotel during our stay. The checkout experience was similar with the receptionist only muttering ‘You can leave’ while looking like he wanted to be anywhere else. We could not wait to leave for our next hotel.

Very nice hotel with good service. The rooms are a decent size for a Japanese hotel. They offer laundry facilities and a public onsen. Vending machines are available, but there are also convenience stores within walking distance. Location is good, with restaurants nearby and subway station nearby. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was tidy but it felt small. The staff were very helpful, even with little to no Japanese we were able to get assistance. It’s a 7 minute walk from Yodoyabashi station. Everyday they provide you with bottles of water and clean towels. They had a public bath, unfortunately tattoos were not allowed (which is fine) so I was notable to try it out. The breakfast was good, they had a lot of different foods such as sausages, eggs, udon noodles, curry and tons more!

This is my first time to write a negative review about customer services in Japan. Majority of customer service in Japan is excellent, always feeling welcomed. Unfortunately, just not this hotel. The receptionist on 8/Oct/24 around 8-10pm was so arrogant. Her customer service was terrible and not friendly at all. It looks like we are not welcomed at all. The room is nice and clean, The location is ok, but the customer service really needs to be improved for sure. I thought that this happens to those who do not speak Japanese, but my partner is Japanese and he felt the same. He told her that he came to the hotel before check-in time around 12 pm and came back to the hotel in the evening. He went to the reception to get the room key and luggage because the room was not ready earlier. She gave us a disrespectful look that we gave her a trouble and she didn’t seem to understand why he went to speak to her. He spoke Japanese all the time, but she didn’t even explain about facility in the hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. There is more better options for accommodation in Osaka. It’s very disappointing experience in here.
