I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and new beach towels were provided by the hotel each day. But what really made this hotel stand out was the amazing staff members. Lance, Erica, Eddie, and Mary went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience here. Super helpful and friendly staff always willing and happy to go the extra mile. We stayed on the 8th floor and it was very quiet with a decent ocean view. Plenty of good tasting free coffee in the lobby between 6&9. Located close to the beach. No real complaints about anything.

Overall a great hotel close to the beach, shopping and entertainment. The staff is very attentive and will help with anything to make your stay memorable. Nicely decorated and clean common areas as well as rooms. have stayed here multiple times and was always happy.

The staff was extra nice and accommodating for the most part, however, my boyfriend had go a separate room for me and him and the second time we came back, the bed in the room they put us in had a huge gaping dent in it. I did complain and the representative said that she was willing to move us, but it wasn't convenient for us as we were headed out for the entire day. I just think that the cleaning crew should have communication with the hotel staff if something isn't right or especially if a mattress has run its course.

We had an amazing stay at hotel, renew the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and updated. We felt very welcomed and very comfortable. As far as location. It’s walking distance to the beach and does not get much better. We will definitely be coming back and staying at hotel renew again when we’re in Hawaii.

thanks for a great, short stay ! Having beach equipment and towels made it easy to visit the beach. very walkable for shopping, eating and a great shaved ice place is right down the street! Staff is very accommodating, friendly, helpful. Free coffee in the morning. Looking forward to another stay in Honolulu!

Location was great for food, fun, beach and the sunsets! Lance at the front desk was so helpful! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful also! Would recommend and stay again!||||We were able to upgrade to a beach view room that made the stay even better!

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent service level and nestled right in the mix of Waikiki. Grab a cup of complimentary coffee and take the 3 min walk to the beach to enjoy it in the morning. Not a tall tower so you do get some of the street noise if you are on a lower floor but nothing major. We would stay here again.
