We stayed here for one night before flying back to the UK. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and fully equipped. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. Berta and Dani at the front desk were kind, friendly and very attentive. Nothing was too much to ask. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will be back!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay. The location is unbeatable: right in the center, steps away from the Basilica, the Ferris Wheel, and shopping areas, with public transport nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The staff was incredibly kind and made great efforts to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight-rich and very tasty. We truly enjoyed every moment and can't wait to return.

A fabulous hotel in Pest with beautiful architecture and a great location. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, warm, and tastefully decorated.||The location is excellent, with easy access to bars, restaurants, public transport, and the Christmas markets. You can also walk over the bridge to Buda, which is a real bonus. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice.||A lovely extra touch was the complimentary coffee and sweet treats available in the foyer. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended

We stayed in a Signature Design Room for 3 nights. The room was very nice with very good amenities. They have double windows which nicely block the majority of the noise from the busy street out front. I also never heard any noise from the neighboring rooms or hallway even though I know the hotel was very full. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options. The real stand-out for this hotel is it’s friendly staff - every single staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful. Moments is also in a great location, central to everything that we wanted to do. I highly recommend it.

A centrally located decent hotel with outstanding amenities.Cleanliness: clean and spotless (not so for my coffee machine but not a big deal as I didn’t use it)Room: nice room, with a lot of seating area, which is a major plus! There are some unobvious parts which are a bit dated, like the tiles on the shower, but not a major issueLocation: very central, walking distance to most of the attractions, Budapest Opera House is just behind it, while Danube River is just 10 mins away! Amenities: outstanding! Lounge area on the ground floor offers free coffee and chocolate with snacks 24/7, a heated drying rack in the bathroom for drying your wet clothes, and a few wall hooks for coats when you enter the room! Breakfast: good choice of selections

The hotel was wonderful. The stuff was so nice. The location is perfect. 5 to 10 minutes from everywhere important almost no need to use the metro or taxi. Their service for airport and back was on time and very professional.

I think this is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe! I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Budapest. The décor is thoughtful and aesthetic in every detail, and the staff are truly pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Budapest, in a beautifully restored historic building. It looks exactly like it does on the website—if not even better!And the prices were really reasonable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We stayed here prior to a river cruise in late November 2025. We booked directly with the hotel and selected a Signature Design Room. It was a bit smaller that anticipated but it was very nicely decorated and easy to get to on the first floor. The hotel was centrally located near the Basilica and most everything else. The staff was great and very friendly especially the front desk staff. I wish I could remember one employees name in particular, He was working the front desk nearly the entire time we were there. I got his card, but apparently lost it during the following 2 1/2 week trip.
