Best city center hotel I’ve been to in Europe! We booked in the same day of our arrival 3 nights for both a business purpose and a short vacation, and since this was in the last minute we didn’t have time to do much research… and wow how much I’m glad we chose this hotel! Amazing and friendly staff - everyone was eager to assist with anything and with a smile, and this is so non-trivial from my experience as a frequent traveler. Breakfast is one of the finest I had in a 4 star hotel - varied, rich and tasty, with so many options available. And our room (which was in the lowest category in this hotel) was very spacious which is highly unusual for an old city center building and for such room category. Maintenance is excellent across all hotel facilities as well, everything looked pretty new and clean. We didn’t hit the gym and sauna, but I went down to look and it seemed to be very nice and looked brand new. The free coffee and snacks in the lobby add an extra charm. And the location was perfect - the city center, the historic Buda side and the shopping mall were all in a walking distance (even that it snowed during our stay). We would definitely come back if we ever visit Budapest again. Thank you!

First things first, and before anything else is mentioned, I would like to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to Berta from the reception team. We came to Budapest on vacation to celebrate my wife Sujood’s birthday. We did not inform the hotel in advance and did not request anything special. Yet Berta noticed that it was her birthday, and when we returned to our room, we were genuinely surprised and deeply touched. She had arranged a complimentary gift with wine and fine chocolates, along with a beautiful birthday card and a warm personal message. This thoughtful and unexpected gesture meant a lot to us and turned the celebration into an unforgettable memory. Berta is exceptionally kind, caring, and professional, and she truly represents the essence of genuine hospitality. Now about the hotel itself — our stay at Hotel Moments Budapest was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is extremely clean, classy, and elegant, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent facilities. Everything is very well maintained and thoughtfully designed, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. A special mention also goes to the breakfast — simple yet incredibly delicious. There was a very good variety of freshly made food, high-quality ingredients, and everything was consistently tasty and well presented. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thanks to the outstanding service — especially from Berta — Hotel Moments exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again.

Very comfortable room and excellent service. The breakfast was varied with the machine making fresh pancakes, a particular favourite. The coffee corner is also a welcome addition dispensing coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We found the location excellent. Although it was on a busy road, the room was quiet and all the major sites were walkable. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay. The location is unbeatable: right in the center, steps away from the Basilica, the Ferris Wheel, and shopping areas, with public transport nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The staff was incredibly kind and made great efforts to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight-rich and very tasty. We truly enjoyed every moment and can't wait to return.

The hotel is located in a very central position with many cultural landmarks in walking distance. It has a very warm and classy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of natural light, tasteful decoration and full amenities. The excellent service and friendly staff make the hotel great value. Despite its centeal location, the hotel is very quiet. Breakfast was well above average with many many choices.

This is the perfect Budapest hotel! The location is excellent - it's very easy to walk to many tourist sites and it's also close to public transportation. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - very clean and has a great design. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the top floor which offered gorgeous views through the rooftop windows. It was also very spacious and comfortable, ensuring a quiet night's sleep.|The one downside is the breakfast. It's nice that it's included, but we left feeling disappointed each day we went there. The food was always quite cold and not a great variety. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for one night before flying back to the UK. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and fully equipped. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. Berta and Dani at the front desk were kind, friendly and very attentive. Nothing was too much to ask.
