Great, calming, and peaceful stay! The staff was incredibly nice to us, always attentive and welcoming. The garden is a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms are beautifully designed, reflecting a true boutique style. We especially loved the delicious, typical food prepared by a local chef—it was an authentic experience! I would definitely recommend La Semilla to anyone looking for an intimate experience with attention to every detail. Loved everything here and can’t wait to return!

The best hotel I have stayed in and such an amazing trip. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel la semilla. I could not fault the hotel and Breakfast was just perfect. ||The location was fantastic so close to the beach and to the restaurants I felt perfectly at ease travelling by myself and can honestly say I have felt safer here than anywhere else.

Definitely a place to stand out in the area. Very attentive employees, spacious rooms, great full day bar with tea and dry fruits/fruits selection. Rooftop terrace, a lot of privacy, tasty breakfast and once again ppl who work there making you feel like home. Hugging atmosphere. Parking available.

Beautiful hotel with amazing jungle garden courtyard seating. It’s very small and quaint. The location is awesome, you walk right out the door to many restaurant and bar options. And it’s a very short walk to the beach. The courtyard patio is beautiful with many plants and trees. There is only breakfast served so you have to eat off site for meals. Our only real complaint was the lack of water pressure, it made it very hard to wash our hair. This is a nice relaxed spot if you are not looking for a resort or resort style service.

Awesome spot to stay, the location is perfect, not too busy, and lots of great restaurants around to eat at. Hotel is 1 minute from the beach. Breakfast was included and the food was amazing everyday, the chef was great. We had a late flight the day we left and they gave us a very late check out which was a huge help. Would definitely stay here again.

Small boutique hotel with nice-sized rooms, had a balcony and it was close to the beach and much of the action. No pool or gym. Cool garden and also a rooftop deck to hang out. I loved the warm attention during breakfast where the chef made a fresh fruit plate and then an omelette daily. This is not your typical big-chain hotel with fancy amenities, but if you like cozy, friendly, and customer service, you will enjoy this hotel.

Hotel La Semilla was the perfect little hotel for our stay in Playa Del Carmen. Hidden under a canopy of trees and along a street filled with restaurants and little shops. With less than a 5 min walk to the beach it was just a perfect location! We loved the hand picked decore and the garden was so beautiful. Perfect little place to read a book and chat. Brito and the staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodating. The breakfast chef was so sweet and made me feel right at home. Gracias por su hospitalidad y servicio!
