"A somewhat newcomer to the Lower East Side, Hotel Indigo stands out, literally, as one of the tallest buildings in its radius, which translates into unparalleled views of the neighborhood and beyond. Not surprisingly, the hotel has a rooftop bar (Mr. Purple) and a modestly sized pool—not necessarily for doing laps, but it adds to the atmosphere. The rooms are modern and the best ones have floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The duplex penthouse suite might be the biggest splurge, but the outdoor terrace room on the seventh floor is pretty special, too."

## Review of Exceptional Service at Hotel Indigo|| During my recent stay at Hotel Indigo in the LES, I experienced outstanding service that truly made my visit memorable. Specifically, an employee named Tiberius. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I was visiting with friends to celebrate a birthday, and his attention to detail and commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed.||Without hesitation, he ensured we had ample space to accommodate our group, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. To top it off, he surprised us with complimentary champagne, adding a delightful and celebratory touch to our gathering.||His professionalism and genuine care for guests turned what could have been a standard hotel stay into a truly exceptional experience. We felt as though we were in great hands the entirety of our stay!

Unbelievably noisy, don’t plan on sleeping. Staff very confused on policies. No smart TV. Gym is small and equipment is noisy, we could hear the tred mill in our room! This hotel has little to no soundproofing. People overhead are easily heard. The housekeeping was great and they were very friendly and welcoming. A few desk people were kind yet confused. This was a great location for us but, never again. This hotel is focused on clubbing and they have a large venue in the MIDDLE of the hotel floors. Terrible planning.

Wow, what a great experience! Let me start by saying that we stayed in this hotel for 3 plus weeks with some breaks in between. I loved staying at The Indigo Lower East Side.||The staff was amazing. I was in a wheelchair, and they were so respectful and accommodating, while treating me the same as everyone else. The hotel room was easy to navigate too.||The staff treat you equally whether you are in a basic room or a presidential suite. I requested a few items I forgot or needed, and they sent them to the room right away like I was their most important guest.||The staff (I really need to put names, but I am so bad at remembering them), but really everyone from the doorman, concierge, front desk, cleaning, and AJ the manager was top notch and friendly at all times. There was always a smile and a greeting when you entered the door.||The hotel is beautiful and kept clean. There was always an elevator available. The view from the top was a bonus also. Great location. I did not experience any noise issues, I was on a lower floor.||I will pick this hotel again and again while visiting NYC. It felt like a home away from home in a such a big city. Thanks again for making our visit in NYC!

My wife and I just returned from a few days stay at this hotel. My brother lives in the East Village so recommended this hotel to us. We had an awesome time! Hotel is located close to public transportation and a ton of great nightlife. You really get a real feel for the city in this area. Highly recommend staying here, I know we will be back!

We love this hotel. The people who work here are so personal and seem to truly want you to feel it’s a second home. The rooms are sparkling clean, the beds comfortable, and the hardwood floors mean allergies are not an issue. Oh, and terrific showers!

I recently stayed (early February) at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side NYC with my sister during a particularly hectic New York Fashion Week, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received—especially from Tiberius. From the moment we checked in, his warm and friendly disposition made us feel immediately welcomed. After a long day of travel and the chaos of fashion week, his positive energy was exactly what we needed. Throughout our 5-night stay, Tiberius consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He regularly checked in to see if we were experiencing any issues or needed assistance, which was such a thoughtful touch. Being unfamiliar with the area, I had quite a few questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, providing fantastic recommendations and helpful guidance every time. What truly stood out was his genuine care and attentiveness—it wasn’t just a job to him; he clearly takes pride in making guests feel valued and at home. Honestly, his outstanding customer service alone is the reason I will be a return guest at Hotel Indigo LES. Tiberius turned what could have been a stressful week into a smooth, enjoyable stay. He is an absolute gem, and the hotel is lucky to have him. Five stars all the way!

I really enjoyed my stay at Indigo Ludlow. The hotel is beautiful, and the decor is truly unique. Having a rooftop bar and lounge is a great convenience, and the food and drinks at Mr. Purple were excellent. However, I did notice that the hotel seemed understaffed. No one assisted me with my luggage upon arrival, and I had to go down to the lobby myself to pick up my food delivery. Additionally, I’m not a fan of coffee makers that use pods, and the in-room beverage options were limited to coffee or black tea. This pod system, while convenient, is also considered environmentally harmful and may not appeal to everyone. Another downside was the gym—it was extremely small, with only two treadmills, and one of them wasn’t working. The air ventilation was poor, making the space feel stuffy at times. Overall, I had a great experience, but a few improvements could make it even better!

A great botique hotel for a couple of days in the city for those who are familiar with NYC and LES specifically. Easy check in, rooms with what you need if you intend to go to NYC for NYC. Garage is right next door if you are driving in. The rooms have hard flooring so no worries about mystery carpet stains or smells. Maybe the best way to put it is the hotel is really unassuming. Everything was smooth without fussiness.
