I’ve stayed at 22 Fairmonts around the world, and Fairmont Mara Safari Club is hands down my favourite. This property is something truly special.||||From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel cared for, welcomed, and genuinely spoiled. They have a way of making special happen. A heartfelt shout out to our guide, Lekoko, whose knowledge and passion made every game drive unforgettable, and to Moses, our wonderful server who took such great care of us throughout our stay.||||The facilities and grounds are beautiful with so many unique touches. The game drives were beyond incredible. We saw so much wildlife in such stunning settings. Moments we’ll replay in our minds for the rest of our lives. The Maasai Mara is truly magical.||||We also loved the spa, the peaceful hippo corner, and the view of the river right from the property. It’s such a serene and relaxing place to unwind between adventures. The food was excellent, and housekeeping was consistently on point.||||Everything exceeded our expectations. I’ll be telling everyone about this place, and I already find myself dreaming of returning. Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I would give more then 5 stars if I could! the Fairmont Mara safari club was the most amazing place I have ever been to! Amazing game rides, saw all the big 5 animals, and our guide Henry was the absolute BEST!!! The food was immaculate with so many yummy options, we were totally stuffed after every meal because we had to try it all (and go back for seconds)! The rooms were incredible!! They are absolutely beautiful and cozy, and the people in charge of the rooms were the sweetest people, and so helpful and accommodating, they truly want you to have the best experience! Every worker went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed (or didn't even know you needed), and they were all so friendly and kind! I cannot recommend this place enough, it was the best experience, and I hope to go back!

The most special place on earth. This was my second time visiting the Fairmont Mara as I bought my partner to celebrate his 30th Birthday! The whole stay was nothing short of exceptional, with memories made to last a lifetime. The staff are beyond incredible and we wish to express our appreciation to all for how wonderful they looked after us and for the special touches for my partners birthday! We would like to give a special appreciation to Josphat our game driver, who has been my game driver for both stays and is now a very good friend! Also to Moses who is exceptional at what he does and never fails to bring a smile to your face. David for his amazing drinks behind the bar. Adan for the housekeeping of our room, he made a beautiful design for my partners birthday which was so special. Resian & Eddie on front of house were so lovely and kept us well informed of changes to our departure flights. George & Elizabeth on security made us smile every day as we left for our game drives. Also appreciation to Nancy and Mary for making a special effort towards making sure we had a wonderful stay. We cannot wait to come back again one day, we will miss this place and the staff incredibly!

My third time staying here. It was a perfect stay from start to finish. I love this place. The staff are amazing, friendly helpful happy, they catered to our group of 8. There was a table for us at every meal, they greeted us and made us felt special. The food was great, i just can't say enough about this place, truly a home away from home. |thank you thank you.|very comfortable tents with all the comforts of home, amazing views over the river. expertly kept manicured grounds, nice and quiet for sleeping, expect for the animals but hey we are roughing it. |excellent excellent!!!!

The hotel is on the banks of the Mara River and several hippos make their daytime home there. They even have a hippo corner. At night they migrate to their feeding grounds. The hotel is very comfortable beds with mosquito nets. The bar is open for drinks anytime (seems to be) nd if you see Patrick, he will make a great cocktail for you. He also manned the evening gin bar at the fireplace. I had a great massage from Millicent who has strong hands. We had morning and evening game drives where we saw some unique sights. The meals were also filling and delicious the kitchen and wait staff were first rate. I cannot be happier with my stay at the Fairmont.

We visited for our honeymoon mid October 2025 & had a life changing experience. The staff, the accommodations, the food, the delicious wine, the housekeepers. To name our favorites - ||David - bartender, he is AWESOME!|Umagi (sp) He was an AMAZING server! He was so kind, great talking with him and knew all our drink orders & is super knowledgeable of wines!|Jackson/Faustine - The were WONDERFUL room attendants! They made us a wonderful bed arrangement for our honeymoon and wrote us such a sweet note. Really made us feel special! |Dennis - Customer service always made sure we were properly taken care of! Top notch!!!|Charles - Front desk, always kept up to date with all the info on our safaris and travel plans. Did great!|Lencoco - Our safari driver was PERFECT & by far, our favorite! Showed us amazing things & stayed out until we did. We liked that he didn’t speak too much but overall just went above and beyond to show us an ahhhhmazing trip!!!||We can’t wait to make it back, but may take awhile to save up again! 10/10

it was the best trip of my life. service is top notch. they guided us through every moment. the hotel had a very good view as well. Chef Kevin made the best indian food especially being a vegetarian he made exceptional food for us too. Walter gave us the best service at our stay all the time and highly recommend to pick John as your driver during your game drives, he made our safari’s too good and made our every animal spotting possible.
