Hôtel Fabric

Very cool little hotel in somewhat off the beaten path area. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Lobby is warm and inviting with 24 hour coffee and tea as well as an honor bar each evening with wine, beer and spirits. Neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay and loved exploring the area and nearby arrondissements.

A comfortable, beautifully decorated small hotel in a great neighborhood to use as a base for a trip to Paris. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The rooms are smallish but with high ceilings that help create a feeling of more space; the showers are great! The lobby breakfast bar (at additional cost each day) is convenient and well stocked; there is coffee available at no cost throughout the day, and an honor bar with wine, beer, etc. throughout the day and evening. The block is quiet, but with plenty of nearby options for cafes, convenience stores, bars, a wine shop, a cheese shop, really everything you might want. We loved this neighborhood for a base of operations for a trip to Paris - plenty of nearby Metro stops to get to the more touristy parts of town, but also plenty of interesting things to see locally (including the exceptional Thursday morning market nearby on the Boulevard Richard-Lenoir). Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fabric. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The boutique hotel is clean, cozy, and conveniently located. In the lobby, you have access to complimentary coffee and tea. They also have the Honesty bar in the lobby where you can have access to alcoholic beverages and wine on an honesty policy. I will definitely stay again.

Very nice, clean & quiet hotel in the 11eme. Our room was spacious & clean (we booked a triple to ensure there was plenty of room for suitcases, etc). The staff was the best: front desk, housekeeping, breakfast/snack. Loved the location...we walked quite a bit, and there's a wonderful farmers market just a few blocks away where we enjoyed the best oysters from Breton! Clothing storage is limited as in many hotel rooms, and I do with there were at least more hooks.

What a fantastic find in a wonderful area! This place is a haven in a bustling neighbourhood. The instant you step through the door, you are made to feel super welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are always friendly, polite and super helpful. The room was spotless, and well appointed. A small tip- if too warm then switch the air con OFF as it only heats during the winter months. Window large and airy. There is a small gym and hammam that we didn't use but looked great. We visited for 4 nights with the main purpose of doing the hyrox mixed doubles on the Sunday evening but filled our days with sightseeing and chilling in the local neighbourhood. There's loads to see and do here and plenty of fabulous local restaurants. The staff were fantastic- recommending places to visit and booking tables for us at local restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend and cannot wait to return!! ❤️🤍💙

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fabric! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We stay in the loft room which was Rooms clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was great as well. Hotel located within easy access to plenty of restaurants and shops + transport to other areas of Paris. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again 😊

Delighted with this hotel which went the extra mile to make us welcome. It is in an excellent location, walking distance to the centre. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and the hotel gives you lots of useful info and suggestions on arrival. They speak great English and best of all coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available all day with a cake.

When you go to hotel, you want to feel comfortable and welcome. The Hotel Fabric is such a hotel. The hotel is located in the 11th and is close to Le Marais and many metro lines. In fact I took the RER and a few stops on the metro to get to and from CDG airport. |Upon arrival, I was greeted by a wonderful staff that attended to every need. That included a reservation at a wonderful restaurant right across the street. The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are large enough to feel uncluttered. I used the steam room several times in the 5 days I stayed at the Fabric.|The breakfast is always delicious, with freshly squeezed juices. There was quite a bit of variety that can suit all tastes.|I'm looking forward to my next visit to Paris at the Fabric.
