Hotel Cappuccino - Palma

I arrived to this hotel from hospital whilst recovering from spinal surgery. I was treated superbly, allowed to check into my room early, given a room upgrade free of charge to accommodate my need for a walk in shower. The staff, the rooms, the location, the food and ambience were superb. I would not hesitate to recommend and will return as soon as my fitness allows. Thank you to everyone that had a part in making my stay so nice.

Fantastic place to have breakfast as they do full English breakfast from early on. Hotel lobby was a courtyard with water fountains! Super beautiful place to hang out or have a tea! Their chocolate cake is to die for!

The service lady was so rude, didn’t smile once. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and asked if they had any extra vanilla syrup. I was told she only had almond syrup so I thought it’d be fun to try. I got an almond latte with cow milk. My friend ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk. She got a normal matcha latte with cow milk.

Stunning hotel let down by surly, disinterested bar staff in the hotel lobby bar. |No eye contact so gave up trying to get a second drink after 10 mins. |Not the standards you expect from a 5 star hotel . |Perhaps it’s different if you’re an actual resident and accessing the rooftop bar but surely all the staff should be trained to a high standard. |It’s a shame as it has put me off staying .

We booked a last minute stay here after a reservation mix-up at another hotel in Palma and were incredibly impressed. From check-in to check-out the customer service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and our room was stunning and clean. Location is very central. We especially loved the bar and the rooftop pool and terrace. We would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are very nice, full of character and clean. Rooftop pool is small but pleasant. Our rooms were not ready despite of arriving at the check-in time. Had to wait for an hour to move in and was not informed when it eventually was ready. If I didn’t ask after waiting for exactly an hour I could have waited much longer. Reception staff (shift at 15.00 on 3rd Aug 2024) didn’t perform well.

A relatively new hotel in the centre of Mallorca. We didn't enquire about the room prices but a wander around the ground floor confirmed that it is towards the luxury end of the hotels in Palma. Food and drinks out in the square were served quickly and were excellent as you would expect, we would love to stay here, but think it is beyond out retirement budget.
