I recently dined at Hostaria Da Cesare Bottega Storica and had a very enjoyable meal. The food was truly excellent. Food is simple yet rich in flavor. The service was attentive and friendly. The setting is charming and has a historic feel. It was still a pleasant environment. Overall, a great place for delicious Italian food with authentic flavors!

We discovered the restaurant absolutely by accident on a trip to Rome with my friend. What was our surprise that this is a well-known place with Michelin star. We were deeply delighted with each dish, serving and also the special attention of each waiter and staff in the restaurant. Special thanks for the pleasant impression and Tizian's sensitive attitude. Now this place is another reason to return to this city, I really wanted to stay in Rome more to come back here to eat. The restaurant combines excellent cuisine, a variety of dishes and quality products, an incredible atmosphere that helps you immerse in Italian life with beauty, history and comfort, escape from the summer heat and get gastronomic pleasure. We visited this place even 3 times during the trip, each time trying out different dishes, everything was fine from pasta, meat to oysters and seafood, and also with reasonable prices. We were especially pleased with the fresh porcini mushrooms. Thank you very much!

The only positive thing I can say about our visit is that the waiter himself chose “no tip” when we finally paid and left. We - four friends visiting as tourists - were overlooked from the moment we arrived, even with the manager chitchatting with Italian customers at the next table and three waiters passing us time after time. Food and wine finally found our table - unfortunately, the quite fantastic wine - a Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione - did not go very well with boiled T-bone steak. A new experience to me and rather chewy. Without delving into more dreary detail I will just say be warned.

A very pleasant place. I highly recommend the beef with truffles—it’s an exceptionally delicious dish, with high-quality meat. It’s a place you'll want to visit again.❤️🥰👌

A great place. Lots of atmosphere. Great friendly service from Mauricio ❤️. My escalope limone was delicious but a little tough. My partner’s lamb was wonderful.

It was a decent feed. I think stand out was the supplì w/ rice and truffle.

Excellent service and food. Nothing fancy but just solid good food and the waiters were all very friendly and kind. Definitely a Roman institution looking at all the locals dining here. Not enough time this trip but will definitely be coming back when we are the next time in Rome.

So far the only restaurant I been to in Italy with Michelin 2021 certification! Not a surprise that their foods were very delicious! I love so much the spaghetti with clams! My dessert? A lemon sorbet ohhh was so amazing! I love to come back and try other dishes! Their staffs? So accommodating! The place oh my goodness its very nice! No negative so far! I love it! Highly recommended!
