Ordered curtains from home saaz good 15 days back and promised that they vl be ready in 5 days..despite calling tailor again and again got no response..later after many calls came to know that curtain cloth was not available and no one informed me that too…tailor promised me that he vl be doing it very next day and to my dismay no one is willing to do work on time. No one keeps anyone in loop.yhey charge a hefty amount but serves not upto mark. Highly disappointed !!!

Have had a long association but lately I think they have changed their business model from selling genuine stuff to counterfeit ones. Very poor quality of goods be it upholstry or crockery or bedsheets or any decorative item. Bought a bedsheet for good ₹4000/- but it turned out to one of worst quality after first use only, got that exachanged but they cheated again. Now I will never visit their shop ever again and will ask my aquaintences too to stop going this shop.

I live in Australia now, but my family have been customers of Home Saaz Lajpat Nager for decades, so I didn’t think twice about buying their curtain material and having curtains stitched by them when I visited Delhi in February this year. I was concerned that my curtains would not fit in my suitcase, so the staff offered to pack my curtains tightly so that I could put them in the suitcase without any hassle. As a result, I did not check them before I left India as I trusted their high level of service and expertise. Oh, what a mistake that was! After some unforeseen delays, I finally managed to hang all three panels of the curtains in August to find that one of the panels had been stitched upside down! Two panels have the birds and flowers the right way up, but the third panel has them facing downwards. It looks ridiculous! I have phoned Home Saaz Lajpat Nager several times. Each time they tell me to send photos and proof of purchase, which I have done so at least twice. Then they ignore me. I am frustrated and so disappointed at this lack of customer service, it is not something I expect from Home Saaz which is why I am forced to write this public review. I would like the third panel completed correctly. Let’s start a dialogue on how to do this.

Nice collection of items for home decor and kitchen. Very helpful staff though most stuffs are quite pricey

Got blinds work done from them… The fabric was a little too expensive considering it was a very basic choice… but what angered me is their service and the time that they waste with false promises. Even after I got my blinds …it was not even cut to the right size….in the pictures below …you will see how Shoddy the work is and how terrible the measurements are! Their blinds chap “Ramesh” was a huge disappointment He kept arriving late every time even for measurements. They always have some excuse to back them selves up. I wouldn’t suggest this place for anything…it’s too expensive and the work isn’t what you paid for! By the way we paid 15,0000 (fifteen thousand ) for what you are about to see below in the pictures. This was supposed to be a “black out” …that means no sun was to enter my room! You can see the clearly shining through and they took a 1000 res advance for the fabric…like I said they care about money more and less about service ….even the staff here are unhelpful and just stare…

Very good as usual with plenty of stuff to choose from and you name it and it's there Over the years not only have they expanded but also improved the kind of stuff they keep Location gets tricky because of the market rush A must visit and thereafter would never go anywhere else

Undoubtedly the quality of the curtains is very good. The sad part is the poor service and false unethical promises made by the shop . Against a promise of 10 days ( too high) to deliver curtains, they have taken 22 days. Never rely on what the shop commits on timelines

It's a one stop shop for home furnishings and kitchen utilities. Gift items, crockery, dinner sets, kitchen appliances, home furnishings like bedsheets, quilts towels, curtains. Everything is available under one roof. It has a lift installed for every floor. Good service..Helpful staff. It's a wonderful idea to go in Sale and discount time. They have a good display of all products. The only concern is once the bill is generated, they don't let you discard or exchange the purchase before payment. Overall a comfortable and good shopping experience. Parking in non peak hours is available on road near the shop.
