Hoi An Brewing Company Tap Room & Riverside Beer Garden

I had seen the Hoi An Brewing Company Tap Room & Restaurant as it was being built 2 months ago.. I met my friend Kev there, and was surprised; it was outstanding!! I tried several of their different craft beers, and despite loving their “High Tide”, the Kolsch was simply the finest craft beer I’ve ever had!! Smooth, neat, full of flavor and character… just love it!!. It was perhaps the finest craft beer I’ve ever had. in the last two days I’ve had 4 L! Love it!! Devoutly with the visor!! To me it’s what every craft beer should be… perfectly balanced, and the right on the money!!! I didn’t eat here, but the menu looked great and the food being prepared smelled delicious!!! Had a chance to speak with, the owner/Brew Master, and his brother Gary. Really nice people down to earth and making great craft beer. I’ve lived in Hoi An for eight years and this is my craft beer ‘temple’!!. If you’re visiting Hoi An I definitely recommend a craft beer at to Hoi An Brewing Company, Tap Room & Restaurant if you love fine craft beer. You won’t be disappointed… it’s outstanding!! Oh; the place has an air-conditioned bar and dining area in addition to Riverside dining, which is really quite pretty

Great craft beer! Loved the location and the beer was really good. Finally found some good cold beer in Hoi An. We’ll be back.

Now, this is my kind of place. A microbrewery that actually manages to brew some seriously good craft beers of a similar quality as the big dogs. As an added bonus, they play great rock tunes from the past, and if that wasn't enough yet, the lady of the house cooks up some very tasty Thai food with a daily changing menu of home cooked meals. We were lucky enough to come for the khao soi. There's a discounted happy hour from 4-6 pm, but beer prices are reasonable anyway. If I lived in Hoi An, I'd be a regular here for sure

Really liked the Loose Rivet IPA. A good new England beer. Definitely a place you want to stop in on if you like craft beers. The price is high for Vietnam but definitely good quality. I wish the owner the best of luck as he starts out.

I totally loved the craft beer. Hands down the best craft beer in Hoi An.

Great selection of home brewed craft beers as well as plenty of guest beers from other vietnamese berewers. It was a welcome suprise to find such a friendly welcome in this tiny microbrewery in Hoi An. They have a bottle fridge, a well stocked top shelf and the Bar snacks looked good too, we didn't try them but the welcome was enough to make us go back again!

This is the place! And what a story! Ryan - a Californian guy who once travelled in Vietnam, fell in love with it and his girlfriend and decided to stay - stepped from homebrewer to pro living the adventure of opening a microbrewery in a country whose beer culture mainly stands for light commercial lagers. Like Pasteur, Heart of Darkness, East West, 7 bridges and others yet to be discovered, Ryan's Hoi An BC brews many styles with savvy, from Europe's classics to bold American styles and locally inspired experiments. Laid back place, cool music, passionate guys pouring fresh beer. All this makes Hoi An an even better place!

I love the drinks here. The strawberry cocktail is worthy to try. Definitely come back.
