Now, this is my kind of place. A microbrewery that actually manages to brew some seriously good craft beers of a similar quality as the big dogs. As an added bonus, they play great rock tunes from the past, and if that wasn't enough yet, the lady of the house cooks up some very tasty Thai food with a daily changing menu of home cooked meals. We were lucky enough to come for the khao soi. There's a discounted happy hour from 4-6 pm, but beer prices are reasonable anyway. If I lived in Hoi An, I'd be a regular here for sure

Really liked the Loose Rivet IPA. A good new England beer. Definitely a place you want to stop in on if you like craft beers. The price is high for Vietnam but definitely good quality. I wish the owner the best of luck as he starts out.

Great selection of home brewed craft beers as well as plenty of guest beers from other vietnamese berewers. It was a welcome suprise to find such a friendly welcome in this tiny microbrewery in Hoi An. They have a bottle fridge, a well stocked top shelf and the Bar snacks looked good too, we didn't try them but the welcome was enough to make us go back again!

This is the place! And what a story! Ryan - a Californian guy who once travelled in Vietnam, fell in love with it and his girlfriend and decided to stay - stepped from homebrewer to pro living the adventure of opening a microbrewery in a country whose beer culture mainly stands for light commercial lagers. Like Pasteur, Heart of Darkness, East West, 7 bridges and others yet to be discovered, Ryan's Hoi An BC brews many styles with savvy, from Europe's classics to bold American styles and locally inspired experiments. Laid back place, cool music, passionate guys pouring fresh beer. All this makes Hoi An an even better place!

New brewery in Hoi An. The owner makes his own beer including IPA( i recommend trying the IPA :)). The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The pub is small which bring a good ambience to it. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have quality beer and have a little feeling of being home.

Great craft beer on tap brewed right there with a good selection...recommend the 7% IPA (great flavour and body) and the Wheat beer. Food is outstanding, best burgers in Hoi An (no frozen patties here) esp the blue cheese , and the Pad Thai is outstanding, best Thai in Hoi An (the chef is delightfully Thai) so great place to enjoy a meal with no crowds and drunk kids.

Nice to find such a gem in Hoi An. Ryan can brew some beer. We stopped in to see what was on tap and had some wonderful pale ales and IPAs. We also had some quite tasty spring rolls cooked up on the spot by Ryan’s girlfriend, (sorry didn’t catch her name). Hope this place really catches on, because it is some of the best beer we’ve had in Vietnam. Nothing better than good beer, good food, and good conversation. Keep it up Ryan!!!
