Very pretty garden even when covered with snow during winter. While it's not as famous as other royal residences in other parts of the world, it's still worth visiting.

It's a beautiful garden surrounded by flowers, benches and fountains. Sometimes, musicians perform here. I was lucky enough to hear a pianist. It was a nice musical break...

Fantastic gardens, well maintained and with many varieties of flowers. Easily accessible by metro. From these gardens you can also visit the English gardens, which are beautiful.

Hofgarten in Munich is a quiet and beautiful park in the city. It’s a great place to walk and relax, with lovely gardens and old buildings around. The central pavilion and nearby cafés make it a perfect spot to enjoy the city's peaceful side bit can get really crowded on weekends.

What a beautiful Garten to visit on early Sunday morning. Loved it. There was a person playing lovely piano in the middle of the park. The Hofgarten (Court Garden) is a garden in the center of Munich, Germany, located between the Residenz and the Englischer Garten. The garden was built in 1613–1617 by Maximilian I, Elector of Bavaria in the style of Italian Renaissance garden. In the center of the garden is a pavilion for the goddess Diana, built-in 1615 by Heinrich Schön the elder. A path leads from each of the eight arches. On the roof of the Diana pavilion, is the replica of a sculpture of Bavaria by Hubert Gerhard, created in 1623.

A nice Small park, ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Munich city center, just a short underground trip to Odeanplatz, well worth a visit if in the area
