Absolutely amazing food. The menu is able to cater to myriad dietary requirements. Cocktail and wine list are great (with some interesting takes on established cocktails). We did the "Feed Me now* lunch... Which was a massive amount of food (for a great price!) Service was efficient and really friendly. We decided to sit outside (we didn't book, and it was a nice day). Outside table are not greatly comfortable, but is always fun to watch to passing croud. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Loved this place. Great for hangout with friends. Can be loud at times. Food is great, with variety to choose from. Feed me menu offers great portions of dining in group. Cocktails great! Had a white chocolate cocktail and it blew my mind! Love the tofu cashew dish

I’ve just one word for them!!! TERRIFIC! I love eateries that do not hold back on flavours. They DID NOT hold back on anything! We took the banquet option and chose a few dishes! I was too hungry to click pics, but managed to get the dessert (that we had ordered separately. My only little ‘constructive feedback’ is around the coconut rice and the sticky rice (in dessert), both of which could get even better! Overall… A MUST VISIT PLACE.

I recently went to Hochi Mama for Lunch with my grandparents. We ordered the lunch feed me menu and I tell you what, that was absolute bang for your buck. The food was delicious and so filling we actually couldn’t eat it all, my grandparents were able to take the remaining home for later. It was extremely busy for a Wednesday lunch time so would recommend booking. I had also not too long ago had dinner here with my auntie, the service wasn’t as good when we had dinner and we felt a lot of pressure from the staff to ‘hurry up’ even though we intentionally went in for a ‘quick meal’

Hochi Mama Melbourne was fantastic! Even though it was super busy, everything was on point - the Asian fusion food, lively vibe, and great service! We chose the "Feed me now" option - 2 small dishes, 2 large and a side for $49. Such a good value! The king fish sashmi was super fresh and took me back to Thailand. Loved it! The tuna tataki was subtle and tasty, and the barramundi salad had the perfect balance of fish and greens. The cashew stir fry with crispy chicken was my partner's favourite of the night! Coconut Jasmine rice was interesting - on its own, a bit too sweet for my taste, but it worked really well with the other dishes. Glad we picked it! The only downside was the 1 hour 30 min table limit. It felt a bit rushed, and we didn't have enough time for dessert. An extra 15 minutes would've been perfect. Overall, an awesome experience. Highly recommend!

Loved my lunch date with the girlies at Hochi mama. Our server was excellent and we appreciate her fabulous suggestions. The cocktails on a hot day were so perfect to go with. Do try their Tokyo Drift - my personal favourite. Pad Thai and chicken dumplings were super delicious and the Barramundi salad was so fresh and flavourful. We also tried their tofu bao buns and those were pretty amazing too. Overall great experience with the food, drinks and vibe.

What a lovely evening!! Our waiter was so nice! Drinks and food were very prompt! We ordered the wanton duck crisps, prawn banh mi sliders, stay chicken, betel prawns, soft shell crab fried rice, beef salad and the pad see ew beef. Portion sizes were massive. Just all the food was slightly too sweet, but delicious nonetheless. It would definitely be a five * if the flavours were a bit more balanced! Will visit again!!!

Fun vibes and good food. We didn’t make reservations, but the server at the door (9/22/24 at 19:00) was very helpful in accommodating seats for us (party of 2). She called and reservation that didn’t show up to confirm. There must have been no answer, so she cleared a table for us. After a few minutes, she came and took our drink order. Then she also brought them over from the bar. Everyone that we were interacted with was very friendly.
