The Hilton hotel La Romana Adult Only was fantastic, the location & service was exceptional from the minute we stepped of the bus we were in paradise. The staff were superb in their service, wouldn’t be fair to mention names but the bar staff at the pool & enclave area were excellent, the room was well kept by the domestic staff and the service at the beach was great. The food was exceptional with lots of choice. We couldn’t praise the setting and service highly enough, a true paradise. We would highly recommend the hotel as a stay to anyone thinking of coming to the Dominican Republic. Superb holiday destination.

Had a wonderful experience at the resort. Service was fantastic. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. The quality of the drinks was well above that of other all inclusive resorts. Great alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. It was an added bonus having access to the family side. It felt like two resorts in one. The pools were lovely and there was a large swimming area at the beach. Lots of activities throughout the day. It was a nice touch having pop up lunch options on the beach that changed daily. I agree the only down side was the rooms. The walls were incredibly thin. I was woken up multiple times throughout the stay hearing our neighbors coughing. This was really the only downside. I would highly recommend the resort.

Positives: • The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. • Excellent service throughout the resort, from check-in to dining and housekeeping. • Beautiful and well-maintained pool and garden areas, creating a perfect tropical atmosphere. • The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and comfortable amenities. • The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options and high-quality ingredients. • The quality of alcoholic beverages was outstanding, offering premium brands and well-crafted cocktails. Negatives (Reason for 1-Star Deduction): • The walls in the rooms were very thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms. This affected the overall comfort and privacy. • The buffet restaurant does not allow self-service, which takes away from the typical buffet experience and can lead to longer waiting times. • Some staff members approach guests with a QR code and strongly encourage them to leave a positive Google review, which feels somewhat forced and uncomfortable. Overall, Hilton La Romana Adults Only is a fantastic resort with exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. If the soundproofing in the rooms were improved, the buffet service was more flexible, and guests weren’t pressured into leaving reviews, it would be a perfect 5-star experience.

We had a very nice stay this past week at the Hilton La Romana! The food was very delightful, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the amenities were amazing! Specifically, the hibachi experience on our last night was unforgettable! Our chef Euri made sure that we had a good time, and the food we were served was delicious. The beach and pool are very nice spaces that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I am very glad I got to spend time here and I enjoyed my stay!

The bar staff at the adult enclave pool were so nice! Priol the bellman was very kind with a great smile. Really enjoyed the staff in the morning at the coffee bar. All in all not one negative thought. We loved our trip because the staff were so kind and welcoming! The Enclave staff were very informative and approachable. Helped us every step of the way.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The grounds are impeccable. The beach and pools are incredible. ||The staff is amazing. We did the Butler service, and our Butler Febles made everything much easier. I highly recommend this service and Febles if you can get him. He brought drinks to the beach and made us special drinks in fruit as surprises.||Get an Enclave Room and a Butler like Febles to make your trip much more enjoyable.

I had an amazing time! We stayed in the family resort but were able to go to both as we pleased. The ocean and amenities were second to none! You can have any drink you want at any time! Olga was one of the amazing staff there at the resort. Along with Adrian F, Yuliana and Dauly. Everyday they tended to all our needs and also would hang out with us while they worked! I would highly recommend going here and I will for sure be going again. The drinks were amazing, the food was amazing and the people were even better! I would try to learn a little bit of spanish before going to make it an even better experience!
