Have been eagerly waiting for the new Park Royal location to open and we were not disappointed. Very nice finishing, consistent decor with the Robson location. The food was fantastic. The hand rolls are something unmatched by any other sushi place. The seaweed is crispy and must be eaten right away. I recommend the truffle lobster roll, my personal favourite.

This place is an absolute paradise for sushi hand roll lovers! The quality of the food is outstanding. Every roll feels incredibly fresh and carefully made, and you can truly taste the effort in every bite. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone’s taste.
The service is another highlight! The staff are not only friendly but also super upbeat and attentive. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, adding to the overall great experience !!!!

Lovely sushi bar with a spacious, open atmosphere. The ingredients are clearly fresh, and the truffle lobster roll is a must-try and very yummy! However, I found the other rolls a bit underwhelming and lacking in flavor, especially considering the price. Perhaps they’re meant to be simple and really focused on the rice. I enjoyed the experience and appreciate what they've created and how friendly the staff were, but I’ll likely stick to other spots like Green Leaf Sushi for now.

After taking in the Lumiere Festival in Vancouver, I stumbled upon Hello Nori, expecting a typical sushi spot. I was in for a delightful surprise—this was sushi with a distinct West Coast twist.
For one, they don’t use knives, so every roll is served as a whole, leaving you with the option to tear it apart to share or simply savor it yourself. It adds a fun, communal feel to the meal.
Cocktails were another unexpected touch—an upgrade from the usual hot tea and sake. Watching the chefs work right in front of us from our seats around the main prep area added to the experience, giving a close-up look at the care that goes into each order.
Hello Nori is a must-visit for sushi lovers who enjoy fresh, raw fish with a unique twist.

I really enjoy coming to your restaurant, it’s been two years coming to this restaurant, but I’ve noticed a few things recently and wanted to share some friendly feedback.
The portions have gotten smaller, while the rice keeps increasing. Also, the rice isn’t packed tightly enough, so it often falls apart on the plate, which can get a bit messy.
About the sake, the square cup is a nice idea, but filling it to the brim makes it spill easily, especially on a date, it feels less elegant.
Lastly, the 16% tip minimum at checkout feels a bit awkward, especially with the cashier watching. It’d be great if it felt more relaxed.
Thanks for all your hard work!

We ordered hand rolls too but we ate so fast that I forgot to take pictures of the. The fish was so fresh and literally taste like butter. Melt in your mouth immediately after the bite.
We went here right after I landed in Vancouver. They open late until 11pm so this was a perfect late night snack for us.
I get full on rice easily so highly recommend the sashimi platter. Otherwise, get their hand rolls and taste the freshness and exquisite flavour.
Service is 10/10. Waiters and waitresses are fast. The chef made the rolls fresh in front of you. Great for quick bites

This place is unexpectedly super delicious! They have an interesting concept with the hand made sushi in front of you. They don’t cut the roll, so you can eat it like a snack or with chopsticks which can be a bit tricky;)
Service is amazing. Staff is cheerful and welcoming. Our server from Montenegro, I guess named Bo, was super helpful with recommendations and explanations, we had a great conversation, “Hvala Puno” to him!
Tasty cocktails and delicious rolls. Mmm! We definitely come back soon!!!
Highly recommended!
