First visit. Great experience. Very personable staff. Group of 4 ordered the tasting menu. Beef was beef, meh, but everything else was quite inventive and bursting with flavor. Appreciate the use of local ingredients. Highly recommend for a nice night out. The regular menu looked great, as well. Can't wait to get back to try more!

I loved this restaurant! We tried the spicy watermelon salad, where the watermelon is infused with harissa—it was such a good flavour combo. The hearth burger was light and delicious, and their house-made buns were especially impressive. The Saskatoon berry lemonade was also nice, crisp and not overly sweet.
The service was also outstanding—although we sat at the bar and had different staff checking in on us, everyone was great. When we mentioned we were heading to the airport after our quick bite, the staff gave us each a cookie as a send-off from Saskatoon. Such a thoughtful, personal touch that made this spot even more memorable!

Hearth is a cute restaurant in the Remai modern near the river. They have both outdoor and indoor seating that offer a nice view. Overall the food was good except for the mushroom dish which was surprising since I love mushrooms. The polenta/corn fries had a strong popcorn taste which was unique. We were slightly disappointed we couldn’t get the beef dish as it was only offered on the tasting menu. The cocktail we enjoyed was both beautiful and delicious. We do recommend eating here when visiting Saskatoon.

This place is a mix of good and bad. A while ago we. Booked a table for two for a special occasion. We arrived on time, but there were no tables available despite Booking a week in advance. We were told a table will be available soon, and we're seated at the bar. We waited almost 20-25 minutes before we were assigned a table. It was the smallest space between 2 giant tables next to the glass. The table was just big enough to fit a couple of glasses and appetizers, barely. Right after we were seated, we received a complementary amuse bouche in about 10 minutes, which consisted of in- house perogies. They were absolutely delicious. We had placed an order, and it took about 40 minutes to receive the order of apprizers since the time we had entered the restaurant. The restaurant was super busy and loud. Our server and english guy was great. Our appetizers tasted good but certainly not enough quality or quantity for what we paid. Unfortunately, we lost our appetite by the time our main courses arrived, so we decided to leave. Before leaving, I asked if we could pack our mains as a takeout out, and the front desk informed it'll be at least 10-15 minutes before we'll get that since the chef hasn't started preparing your order. So yeah, we left. It's not the best experience, and I understand it could be an isolated case but didn't enjoy being there. Too loud for my liking.

The food is amazing!! Every time we come here we are always impressed! This time we got the breakfast sandwich, cured trout, and chia pudding and everything was so tasty! We also got their cold brew coffee which was delicious! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We’re lucky to have a place like this in Saskatoon!

We came for supper tonight (friday night), and chose this restaurant because of the unique menu. We got the popcorn fries, mushroom dish, trout and beet tartar, and carrots. Numerous cocktails. And to finish the haskap sorbet, toffee pudding, and truffles. We splurged and it was the best meal we have had in a while. The service we had was incredible, our server (Hannah?) was so welcoming and consistent the whole time even though she was busy. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we noticed that every one was laughing and in good spirits. The food we had was, dare I say, perfect. What a special experience we had. Thank you to all the staff!

It was 2 years ago when me and husband came to visit Saskatoon. Hearth was recommended by one of my customer. Suddenly I just remember I forgot to write a review for this stunning little restaurant (maybe not little anymore). That time we tried the tasting menu. Everything was excellent from the staff to the food. If I come back to Saskatoon, I will 100% visiting to the restaurant again.
