Highly recommend trying the cheesecake it’s absolutely amazing and made my day! The shop is nicely decorated, and while there are no tables inside, there’s a small seating area in front of the shop. Their coffee is also excellent. It can get quite busy, so there’s a bit of a rush, but it’s definitely worth it!

I got the last Cardamom Croissant for the afternoon and it lives up to the hype!😋 Cold brew coffee was really good and only down side of the bakery is it’s not a big place so just a few tiny benches to sit down but if your main goal is takeout then it’s perfect. They’ve got some yummy looking sandwiches and variety of drinks.

Hart is yet another bakery started by ex-Noma baker. I tried one of their more famous pastry, a cardamom croissant (42DKK) and flat white (45DKK). As the name implies, unlike traditional cardamom sweet bun, this one used croissant dough, with the texture almost similar to kouign amann. Pretty unique experience and I appreciate the fragrant cardamom. If there’s criticism from my end, it’s that I felt that the croissant was slightly too burnt. It’s also nice that compared to other famous bakery, Hart has almost 10 branches in Copenhagen, which helps distribute the crowd😅. Flat white was also quite good with strong floral notes. Another item which I really enjoyed from their bakery is actually their sourdough, which made a wonderful based for my breakfast sandwiches at home.

I went for the cardamom croissant after reading all the awesome reviews about it but got a cinnamon twist instead. It was good, nothing too extraordinary. Everything looks delicious, wish I could try them all!

Don’t believe the hype: just try a BMO (bread bun with butter and cheese)… it is soo disappointing! Extremely dry and not very tasty cheese. And that, while visiting a bakery at 8:30 in the morning. True disappointment. I know that scale can limit your quality. Here we have the best example. The sesame city loaf had a great roast caramel note in the crust, but the crumb was already so dry that I thought I’ve got a bread from yesterday. Otherwise : lots of signs of careless staff/leadership. After all Hart is now a bakery chain, without any focus on detail and craft anymore: The interior, despite it being only 4 month old, shows heavy sign of wear or careless attention to details. Lighting without any system. Empty shelves. Broken trash bins. Random products “growing” everywhere. Nothing is optimized for the use, just done 50% and left behind. I really liked Hart before. Please shape up, it’s going fast downhill!

So disappointed in the cardamom croissant. It's greasy and even inside it's oily and greasy. You can see from the pic. I could not even eat half of it. The other product which is a round puppy cookie is so much better and cheaper. I think it's made of marzipan. Also I should add the lady told me it would cost 78 dkk but when I used my card the machine showed 80. I guess they charge a bit more for credit cards from USA. Skip the croissant, it's not worth even half the price.

Really tasty and good selection. Not great for sitting down but it is by the metro station which is handy. Coffee was drinkable. The apple tart and the side cake were amazing! The side cake is rich chocolate and hazelnut praline kind of taste and the apple tart had nice and crunch base with very light cream in the middle and tasty apples on top. Also liked that the staff was ok to put it just on a tissue for me instead of wasting a wholr box for it. 👌🏻

The cardamom croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had! The iced coffee was delicious too. I only wish I could have tried everything else on the menu!
