Wow what a store! Truly lives up to its name. The fresh food was unreal and extensive. Fragrances from around the world in abundance like no where else. In fact all departments were so impressive with the breadth and depth. And to cap it all off is the architecture both inside and out. Why go to museums when you can go to Harrods and marvel at it?

For a little shopping or luxury vacation, an iconic store to visit. A metro stop is steps away from the entrance, you can not ask for more convenience. The building and lavish atmosphere are delightful. No luggage is allowed, so don't bring your carry-ons. Find storage, there are guards in all entrances that control doors. I've been here many times, and I always find their displays breathtaking like day 1.

Harrods at Christmas is truly magical. The stunning holiday lights create a festive atmosphere, and despite the many visitors, everything is impressively well-organized. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The store offers an incredible selection of products, from luxury items to unique gifts, making it a perfect destination for Christmas shopping. Harrods combines elegance, tradition, and top-notch service, making every visit memorable. A must-see during the holiday season! ☺️

Great place to get you Christmas gifts or just to spoil yourself. I was able to eat there in the food court. Great experience would recommend to anyone visiting London a must see, especially at Christmas time.

Arrived at 10am just as the store was opening. Beautiful building and such an amazing store. The food hall particularly amazes me...also the toy department which we went to this time as had grandchildren with us. Was fairly quiet at 10am as was NY eve

Strike oil or mortgage the house, then head to Harrods for some extreme decadence. Before you even make it inside, sensory overload abounds at the shops nearby, but prepare yourself for the journey inward. We were there yesterday to escape the rain, and surprisingly found a clearance-sale stuffed baby toy for a mere £16-a bargain. It would go well with that actual-size Bambi or Thumper the throng of kids were admiring. Stop to take a photo by the giant cake, then proceed to the Egypt stairs section, which is probably only missing a few items currently on loan to the British Museum. But unlike those places, you can get right in without a reservation, unless you're dining or visiting "The Penthouse" (mysterious and exclusive?). Part art gallery, part museum, all shiny objects, you'll not lack for wonderment even as you glide by escalator amongst the many floors. It's a "veritable smorgasbord" for the senses, organized and back-lighted to highlight what you definitely must buy now. Your children will need a little over-stimulation detox after a few floors. I'd recommend not leaving out the Hans Crescent side entrance, since the tikes will immediately want sweets from L'Eto. Passing by the 75% Ferrari replica for £175,000, my gaze fell on a £1200 sound device that doubled as a sculpture. It also sounded amazing. A little further down was the throwback 60s-style wooden elliptical bike, also lovely for viewing should you never ride. If only I hadn't already seen that £16 plushie.

"What the hell happened here?" - Ant Man, Avengers End Game Yeah, that level of destruction from former glory. I went in for a coat and a snack, then left with a head ache and a need for a therapist. Designing your food court after the New York Stock exchange during the 2008 financial crisis is a bold strategy.

Very nice inside with high end items. The food area on street level with breads and desserts is my favorite but it's only takeaway. The red velvet cake was super moist and delicious. Next time I'm getting the birthday cake. The pretzel was so so. Too plain and dry. There's a restaurant on the lower level.

Harrods is the essential London shopping experience that everyone has to experience while there. The building is magnificent and even if you can't afford anything at the store it's amazing just to go and look around. You can easily get lost in this place. As they have everything from food, clothing, kitchenware, furniture, and even chocolate. This place blows Macy's and any other department store in the US out of the water. A must visit for any visitor heading to London.

My number one tip is to go during the week and to allow plenty of time to wander around. There is so much to see. From the tea room, to the chocolate room, to the pasta room, etc. Then of course all of the beauty and fashion to peruse. Harrods did not disappoint and I will absolutely be back.

Aloha, if you're a shopper, this is a shop-a-holic's paradise. Wow shopping on steroids. You could be here for days! 6 floors on a city block of the best stores within a store. LV, Channel, Valentino you name it it's here (if it's anything awesome). We spent a few hours here, including lunch (there are many restaurants to choose from) and lunch was fantastic. Great service everywhere! You truly feel like a queen or king. No judgement, just solid service. I had a wonderful time and spent too much money, LOL, but I guess that's their plan, if you're there you will. Enjoy!

This Christmas, it's as chaotic as a zoo, but instead of lions and monkeys, you're navigating through herds of tourists and frantic shoppers battling over festive hampers and the latest must-haves. Despite the madness, the dazzling lights, opulent decor, and sheer extravagance make it an unforgettable experience. Just remember to set a budget--or be prepared to explain the overdraft to your bank later.

I was excited to come to Harrod's! I heard a lot about it along the way. We spent almost 3 hours walking around and admiring the different departments. The toy store was fascinating. An employee did a magic trick with me. I was impressed. They have some "reasonably" priced things for kids. They also have some extremely extravagant toys most kids can only dream of! We ate a light lunch downstairs. The food was good. I had a Greek salad that was fresh and my Mom had a chicken sandwich. They have a wide selection from fish and chips to lobster rolls to salads and all sorts of desserts. This area is bustling all times of the day. I looked around the clothing department. I did not try on anything. They have nice displays and everything. There are so many shoes, houseware things, the list goes on. I really enjoyed exploring their exclusive fragrance department on the sixth floor. Just magnificent! I highly recommend stopping by here. They have 4,000 employees for just one store. It is an amazing place to admire.

You definitely need to visit at least once. If it's your first trip to London, by all means go and explore and experience it. But I do think it's gone from a seriously luxury shopping experience to just a full blown circus of tourism. It's just so busy all the time that any "luxury" gets lost in the chaos for me. While I do not live in London anymore I have been here many times. Now that I am a tourist visiting it does feel a bit overwhelming and definitely more busy than it used to (even on week days) for Americans it's a similar experience to Macy's Harold Square during the holidays, but all the time. Now it is a beautiful store. You can't deny that, but the current layout (as of my last visit in 2024) is very hard to navigate. We were looking for a specific destination and asked two different employees and neither could tell us where it was. The perfume room is so large it's like hitting a wall of scent. From just walking though to get through the space I had a headache. I think the food hall has been ruined. When you used to be able to get a few things here and there from different stops and all pay and eat in one space, that's gone so you have a massive line to get each thing (but still beautiful) and the souvenir floor is now humongous (since they took out the remembrance area) but so incredibly high priced. Canvas bags (the type that are either free as the shopping bag or are maybe $2) are £40 (tip if you want one, just get the £6 one at checkout) there was an employee flying a drone which felt dangerous, and the actual Harold's bags are almost the same price as semi luxury bags (£240-£700) So while this is a gorgeous store, it feels to me more like a tourist stop. So in future I'll not stop there unless others in my party want to. Just too unpleasant now. There are other historical and huge department stores in London who have handed the 21st century better and feel much more like a luxury experience without being overwhelming all the time.

We loved Harrods food court and restaurants- could spend a month here trying everything!!! And what we did try was very good!

Harrods does a lovely afternoon tea, and I really appreciated the gluten free selections, which were very similar to the standard non-gluten free ones, so I didn't feel shortchanged. The portions are very filling and you can have additional portions of anything you'd like. The scones were served at the end, after we were completely stuffed. We ended up taking those to go. There is a pianist in the tea room, and the setting is very nice. Service is courteous. The price was around 75 pounds, which is expensive. However this is pretty normal pricing for a nice afternoon tea. I believe Fortnum and the Savoy cost more, for example.

Super brands all under one roof! Not only is it shoppers heaven but the displays are beautiful, the chocolate hall is amazing and the customer service throughout is world class. Get ready to go broke!

I have always wanted to visit: London, England! I love history, so there's SO much to explore & learn from British History, that London was definitely : on "MY" Bucket List! I wanted to visit, SO many places in the very short time that I spent there! One place that I visited was: Harrod's department store, & I was very impressed! Specially with their: Food Halls! I do remember making a few purchases, & bringing them home to NYC as my British Treasures! I do have to say, that in my case even though I loved Harrod's, I was even more impressed with: Liberty's of London! LOVE their beautiful fabrics, & their home furnishings! And today, I saw on my BBC App, that Mr. Mohammad the former owner, has passed away, at the ripe old age of: 94! That Harrod's is now own, by another group of investors. &: That Mr. M left behind quite a number of women employees, that are now accusing him of: RAPE! BAD BOYS! I haven't seen this documentary, & I don't plan to! However: This brings to my mind, the acquisition by Mr. Onassis of Mrs J Kennedy! Mr. Onassis & Mr. M, came from humble beginnings! One from Greece, the other one from Egypt. So Mr. O wanted to add to his collection Mrs. J. F. Kennedy & he did just that. While Mr. M., wanted his son Doddy, to romance & manipulate Princess Diana, the former Princess of Wales, into marriage! But: The car crash in Paris France, ended those plans, didn't it??? Please also note, that Mr. C., also came from humble beginnings! He was born in Harlem, NY & his parents were of modest means! My! My! They accomplished SO much, & then they FALL from GRACE!... SHAME! Whether it's Sean "Diddy" Combs in NYC, who's is at this time in Federal Prison here in the BIG Apple, or the late Mr. M. who passed away recently, or Mr. O. who died some years back, their ongoing ABUSE of women is going to go down in history as their: ONE & ONLY Legacy! &: That's NOT a very impressive Legacy is it? NYC.

One of my fondest memories of my stay in London was my visit to Harrods. I still have photos of myself wearing the two piece ladies suit I purchased. I wore that suit for years and years. Up to that point in my life I had never been to a store that size and that exquisite. I may not be that impressed if I went at my age now. I definitely recommend you spend time visiting Harrods. It's a historic shopping establishment and you will have the memories for a lifetime.

If you're stressed and needed a bit or a lot of shopping therapy, this is the place to be!!! Harrod is like a shopping mansion, you can find whatever you want here. It has everything from Versace bedding to Dolce Gabana toaster to Tiffany jewelries. All the brands are glittering and shining the moment you walked in, and it was very hard to hold my credit card in my bag! They even have eateries and freshly butchered meat. It's like a lifestyle shopping museum, and you can spend the whole day here. Highly recommend coming here just to window shop! We were at Harrods Cafe, and I must say the chicken avocado ciabatta and truffle crisps were sooooooo gooood! Highly recommend eating inside Harrods for the experience. This portion is for Hermes leather goods section at Harrods: After visiting 3 countries and 6 different Hermes stores, I finally got my hand on a Hermes leather bag at the Hermes inside Harrods. The SA who helped me named Samantha and she was the nicest SAs I've dealt with from all the Hermes stores I've been to. She was very helpful and straightforward. After waiting an hour on the leather goods que and about another 2 hours talking to Samantha, I walked out with an Evelyne!! I was very happy getting the bag!!

We came here to visit the TIffany's Cafe and possibly the Prada Cafe, that's it, that's all. We took some pictures inside and outside of the cafe. Aside from the cafes to obtain content, I was not impressed by Harrods. It seemed compartmentalized and overrated. Though definitely high end and luxury-driven, it had a weird set up to me. It reminded me of a mall with different luxury stores within the mall. I guess we overstayed our welcome following afternoon tea because we were going to take a quick picture outside of the TIffany's store, but we were run up out of Harrods by security or whatever they are called over there stating that pictures were not allowed. I guess that is why we captured a crowd while taking photos outside of the cafe. We were tourists and that is what tourists do. I did not see any signs posted prohibiting photos. Based on these Yelp reviews, it appears that people took pictures while there. We went there to have afternoon tea, so mission accomplished. I say "whatever" to his objection to the other photos.

It does have everything. Food. Shoes. Restaurants. Whatever your heart desires. Worth a trip for something you want or not!

Fancy place to shop! According to like everyone in the world (lol), you have to go to Harrods if you are in London. So when in London... We shopped here. Mostly window shopped, but still- it counts! lol This place is a little too pricy for my blood. But it was definitely fun to look at the overpriced fare. It is very posh. Some of the people shopping there just seem stuck up. But whatever. It is a huge tourist trap lol We didn't get to try the cafe while we were there. Sadness. Maybe next time we will be able to. This was just a fun experience in London. I will be back London! See you soon. P.S. Maybe if I win lotto I can actually buy stuff here lolol

Harrods is exactly what'd you'd expect on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. There's so much luxury here that it can be hard to take it in. It's easy to get lost in its Dior and wagyu beef, but it can be fun to wander. It's a bit too rich for my blood, but it's still fun to window shop - just don't get lost!

Harrods seems like a place to go if you're visiting and are going for the experience. I wouldn't come back a second time. As expected all stores within harrods are luxury with high price tags. Even harrods products are high price tags. I was surprised at how expensive even gift shop items were. It was great to walk around and look to experience the department store but I don't need to come again!

I love the harrods so much. You have everything you need with amazing customer service! I have to go to the harrods everyone I am in London even if it's to eat only. There is so many designers with beautiful pieces that will not be found outside the harrods! Yes prices are high so be ready to pay $$$$. The best thing is that you get one point for each UK pound you spend. Go check it out and you are going to be addicted lol

We were just in UK paying our respect for The Queen's passing and laying some flowers at the palace. Being here of course we wanted to visit our most favorite store in all of London, Harrods. It was very busy as usual, we had no trouble finding lots of gorgeous things but only purchased about £100k of goodies from spending an entire day inside Harrods. Started in the food hall to shoppings, to restaurants, cafes, tea lounges, wine lounges, desserts and of course buying several rare Hermes Birkins and Kelly handbags. We ordered just about every item on the Gordon Ramsay restaurant especially the lobster burger. Yum! The must have treats are chocolate candies, cakes, and macarons, absolutely pure heaven, what a exciting day spent at Harrods.

Literally, the worst "high end" shopping experience of my life. Premium fashion brands with prices jacked up beyond belief. Tons of employees, but they are poorly trained and disinterested in caring for customers. A woman servicing the mens shoe department had no knowledge of lasts or widths. The book department was interesting, but immediately ordered one book at 60% off and another at 80% off on Amazon. Their lunch special individual pizza was $48. Come on. This is a tourist traps that actually assault the intelligence of the consumer.

8.20.23 Upscale and overpriced department that is maze like and hard to navigate. Shopping is one of my favorite hobbies, but it was very overwhelming. My hubby and I wanted to grab lunch at Gordon Ramsey, but could not find it despite asking three sales associate. I also asked if they knew where Lauduree Bakery was and they were totally clueless. They have a dining hall and food market so there is something for everyone. What I found ridiculous is there wasn't seating available for those who made a purchase at the food market only the dining hall if you made a purchase at one of the vendors. After we had lunch and I got a tiramisu and macaron from the food market, I looked around briefly and told my hubby we could leave. It wasn't as fun since everything was so expensive that I wouldn't buy anything anyways.

Wonderful experience with Harrods. Since I am living in California ordered online a lace shoe from D&G brand. I ordered by 10th of the June and by July 3rd, I received the package. Their site is fast and there was no complications at all. I loved my experience and if even I visited London in future , I ,for Sure ,come to the store for more deals. The actual pump has been for 1300 pounds and I got for 900.There was a free return and shipment. Highly recommended

The store itself is iconic. Harrods Social is lovely, albeit limited with menu. Service was excellent and on par with what you'd expect from a store as legendary as this one.

Not my cup of tea. It's huge, super crowded and built like a maze you can not get out of. Seems like the people who work here don't like customers and were not really eager to help. We shopped at Hugo boss and they didn't even offer us water and when we asked for it, told us they don't have it. Most of the men's merchandise was gaudy, covered in bling, super over the top. The food hall actually had lines of people. The restrooms had a line around the corner. We couldn't wait to get out. Go to Selfridges or John Lewis on Oxford St. Go to Saks if in New York. Harrods sucks. For real.

Quality/Quantity - It is always a treat coming here. Love high-end window shopping and checking out all the newest and greatest stuff. My pictures tell a better story than any of my words can. Atmosphere - 5-6 stores of high end shopping; my wife's paradise! Plenty of good food and drink options, I am happy also. :) Win/win. I can spend hours in the liquor department alone. See all my pictures. Scary, but I can also spend hours in their food hall/court, bars, etc, LOL. Dining hours open 7 days a week, 10am to 9pm; Sundays from noon till 6pm. Some late night dining options, see website. If I lived nearby, this is where I would shop. Cool decor, even the classic elevators. Service - Good. Price - Expensive, but you get what you pay for! Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1849, enough said.

Can you even really call Harrods a department store? Harrods is large and luxurious! Take a step inside and you're transported to shopping heaven. I like the grid layout where you get to step into each room and it feels separated off from the room before. I loved awing over all the designed bags on the first floor as we made our way up to the food hall! The food hall is filled with so many options and to be honest, there were some really reasonably price meal options! Note that in the food hall, they don't offer free bags. You can purchase a canvas bag. The green bags are only available in the shopping areas. If you'd like to do afternoon tea, you can do so in their tea room!

Harrods is a staple of London. You just have to visit it once and that's more than enough. Walking up and up every single floor, you end up just getting lost in the sauce. There's just so much to see. It's almost setup like a maze. You're not even going to buy anything, you're just amazed at what you see. I spent about an hour browsing through here - it was worth the walk for sure. Probably spent 10,000 steps along in Harrods. The one thing I didn't do is grab food here. The options weren't as plenty for vegetarians or it was just too expensive. Also, without a place to eat at (since dining in costs more money), I didn't have the option of just grabbing food to go. But yes, there's everything and anything in here. Make your way here if you can.

Giant department store in London. When I walked inside the store, so many people were shopping there it was very crowded. Went to the food area, so many selection of items they have especially chocolate. Bought a potato chips with caviar flavor. If you love food, this is the place to shop also for the gifts to bring home. Totally recommended.

I am still dreaming about my shopping experience at Harrods and the intricacy of this iconic building. A short walk from the bus stop or underground station, you can easily be transported to shopper's haven of decor, clothing, food, and so much more. What I love about Harrods is how accessible it is to everyone and anyone to walk the floors and get lost within the world of Harrods. From a dedicated tea room and Prada café, to every luxury brand in the world under one roof, this building holds everything. My partner and I even came across the Möet chamapagne tasting room while walk around. One of my fave places were the Egyptian themed escalators. The clash of influencers and old money is so iconic and it's just a blast seeing everyone shop. I think I had to grab my mouth off the floor when I saw so many birkins just casually hanging out in the stands of the Hermes section. Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, I saved my luxury shopping for Italy, but I made sure to still pick up some skincare that I purposely didn't buy in the States just so I could walk out with a signature green bag. Prices were still cheaper than buying my Chanel skincare in the states so that was a win!! Even if you're not looking to shop come here for a bite or drink and then stroll the floors. You won't be disappointed.

Just updating as I recently visited the baby section, or 'mini designer' department. Whilst they have lots of designer baby clothes and some slightly more affordable lines, they didn't have much in the way of accessories. I've been struggling to find nice neutrally coloured teethers, but all they had were the same banana ones that Boots/Amazon sell (and at twice the price). I expected more for the size of the department. Additionally, while most staff members were extremely helpful, one woman in the baby department was standing in front of the shelf I was trying to get to and when I said excuse me she barely took a step to the side and continued her conversation. Not the customer service I expect from Harrods. The food department is still 5/5 with lots of convenient meals ready for lunch time and super friendly staff.

They have a shop for every watch imaginable, every designer item, a Tiffany shop with a Tiffany blue box café... If it isn't at Harrods it doesn't exist. Harrods appears more high end than I remember. There are more salespeople & security guards than shoppers. The Knightsbridge tubes are right in front of the door.

When in London, come see Harrods! Even if designer brands aren't your thing. They have a food hall, chocolate hall and a Hennessy specialty lounge. Wish we had more time but we did manage to grab some scotch eggs, tikka masala, chocolates and souvenir biscuits from the food and chocolate hall. Sales associates at Gucci were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Sales associates at Louis Vuitton could care more and be as helpful.

The service is impeccable. It's highly overpriced but it's a really great experience. Food court is amazing! Everything under the sun. In fragrances they had everything I can't get at home. And things I never heard of. Lots of fun people watching with visitors speaking every language.

Harrods is an experience like nothing I have ever seen before. We were able to easily spend a few hours wandering around the store. There are multiple bars and restaurants, we didn't get to try them but they looked fun! We did get to try some chocolate at the chocolate shop, it was tasty and the service was great. We appreciated the employees recommendations. This store is huge and has multiple floors. There is about every shopping category you can think about! Designer, men's, women's, home, gourmet food, candy store, perfume, shoes, you name it. The only downside is the bathroom situation. They are a nightmare to find and when we went they had a 30 person line, for the number of people this store attracts (I think it's 7 floors) I'd imagine they would have more readily available. We originally planned on getting some beverages at a few of the bars but didn't want to have to wait in the 30 person bathroom line again so left before doing any of that.

Its a beautiful store where you have everything under one roof for every budget. They have amazing team working on the other side of the counter who are lovely to talk to. We tried slice of pistacho cake and layered honey cake. Omg, the cakes were so delicious, you get a generous slice of cake which can be shared by 3 people and priced well. Overall a lovely place.

Is there a way to skip going? No. No matter anyone's advice you can't miss Harrods. Will you be excited to go here, depends on your view. Though I'm glad I went, I also could have been satisfied skipping it. Its location is also another reason to avoid it all together. I'm more on the food nerd side and felt the food hall was quite disappointing.

I admit: I've been here three times in the past three months and each time I'm overwhelmed and overstimulated and I over spend. What can I say: I'm attracted to shiny pretty things and I like souvenirs. I could spend the whole day here and max out my credit card. Please take some time to eat and enjoy the yum cha at Dim Sum Terrace on the 4th floor. The cute little flower shop on the lower ground floor has the most gorgeous and fragrant flowers I have ever seen! Yes...I bought a rose (8£) and it was divine! I found the service very helpful and friendly.

I CANNOT rave enough about this place!! It should be considered the 8th wonder of the world!! It literally has EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need (and even things you didn't know you needed!) Groceries, alcohol, art, books, clothing, jewelry, perfume, bags, couture gowns...I could go on and on! Over 5,000 employees and 10 stories of luxury and FABULOUSNESS!! DO NOT set aside an hour or two to visit!! This is a MINIMUM half day experience (and you still won't get to see a tenth of the store!) I was able to do my shopping, then visit the Tiffanys Cafe and the Prada Cafe (had to go two days because I couldn't get enough!)

Iconic, Harrods is massive and it's easily to get lost if you're with a group. There are countless designer stores spread across many floors. Signage is clear and directs people to elevators, stairs, restrooms, and a beautiful food court with many cafes and restaurants.

A trip to London isn't complete until you visit Harrods. Whether you want to shop, buy, or just look, it's an experience you shouldn't miss. Even if you hate shopping, you will be in awe, as you walkup Brompton Road in Knightsbridge. The most famous store in the world is lit up in all its beauty, teasing that you must go inside and cannot walk past. The watch gallery has boutiques from Audemars Piquet, Cartier, Chopard and more. Each one nicer than the one before. Then there's the unbelievable food hall, a true visual feast with meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and IMO the best chocolate department in world. Downstairs past the book store is the amazing Baccarat bar. Stop in and have a glass of wine. The room is beautiful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of shoppers and tourists. Home to over 5000 brands, it's massive, unique and totally over the top. There's nothing like this in the world. Every little detail is covered. There's something for everyone, even if you just pick up a chocolate bar or just go window shopping. It's totally worth the trip.

THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I am compelled to share my recent experience with Harrods, which has unfortunately been the worst retail experience I have ever encountered. On March 13, I ordered three dresses for a special event in June, totaling over $7,000. The dresses arrived on March 25, but only one fit properly. I initiated a return for the other two on March 30, carefully trying them on and placing them back in the box for return. To my shock, after Harrods received the items on April 4, I was informed on April 13 that they would not accept the return due to alleged damage. This was unexpected and distressing, especially given the high value of the clothing involved. I disputed the claim through customer service, but after several back-and-forth emails, I requested an escalation on April 18. Instead of resolving the issue, the dresses were returned to me. I followed up on April 30, and despite their assurance of a review, I later received a response in May that not only reaffirmed their original decision but introduced new, inaccurate reasons for the return. They claimed the tags were removed and that a belt, which was never part of the dresses, was missing. This lack of consistency is concerning. Additionally, upon reviewing the return labels, I discovered that the items were being sent back not to Harrods, but to Farfetch, a third-party selling platform. This raises further suspicions that I may have received previously returned items that were already damaged. Throughout this process, I felt unheard and frustrated, especially given the significant financial investment and my care in returning the dresses. My last follow-up email on May 25 went unanswered, leaving me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. This experience not only reflects poorly on Harrods' customer service but also raises concerns about the integrity of their return process. I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when shopping here, as the treatment I received feels nothing short of fraudulent. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others.

If you're not here to buy super high end luxury goods (Gucci, Louis, Prada, etc.), they have a very nice gift shop downstairs and a food hall. I couldn't not buy a few Harrods souvenirs because of the history and fun atmosphere.
