Hard Rock Cafe

Visited on Saturday evening for early dinner. Not much crowded. The food was good. The sides quantity is less, we got less fries for the sides. The hurricane cocktail 🍹 was a banger and the souvenir glass is worth it! Nice ambiance and lighting. Worth a visit. The buffalo wings were too good and spicy 😋. Fried chicken sandwich was good, mushroom sandwich was good, Messi chicken sandwich is okay. Pricey food, less quantity, good service, great ambience.

Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta: A Disappointing Experience I was really looking forward to my visit to Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The service was incredibly slow, with a 15-minute wait just to get a server's attention. The server's demeanor didn't exactly inspire confidence, and it seemed like they weren't particularly enthusiastic about their job. The food was a mixed bag. The Jumbo Pretzel was delicious, soft, and buttery. However, the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was underwhelming. The hard bun detracted from the flavor, and while the burger itself tasted good, it definitely wasn't worth the $20 price tag. Ultimately, it was the poor service that really dampened the experience. I likely won't be returning, and I would advise others to be cautious when considering a visit.

We loved the place. Not too loud. Service was topnotch. Our server was attentive. However, food was a bit too salty for our taste. The meat on the Steak Cobb Salad was salty & dry. It might be the dry rub but I did not love it. Margarita flatbread, though perfectly baked, is over-salted.

The wings are good and well sauced. The sticky bbq sauce was really good. The portion is definitely for sharing. The big cheese steak burger is a huge disappointment. No flavour at all, no sauce, even the cheese is bland. The meat patty reminds me of Costco frozen prime patties. The fries also tastes exactly like the Costco food court fries. It’s still good but I wasn’t expecting Costco fries. The service is terrible during busy time. I waited over 20 min to order. I waived and asked multiple waiters but no one cared. I would not come here during busy dinner time.

The place was ok ish but the food was horrible. I ordered three dishes and none of them were edible. The crispy wings with buffalo sauce were soggy, sour and too salty, my Messi sandwich (sorry Messi) was too hard. I haven't tried such bad food in a long time for such an expensive price!

Visiting from out of town. Love the atmosphere. Ice did a great job with our service. Food was good, although the portions seemed pretty small. Ordered the fajitas. Also the the brownie sundae which is huge.

Isn't what used to be. No more memorabilia. Just a few things around. The environment has changed. I guess everything changed after the pandemic. No more Harley at the entry door. They remodeled the place and took the vintage vibe away. Food is still good enough. Be sure they do not seat you all at the back of the place. Great food, at least.💝

I was here visiting for the Steelers & Falcons game over the weekend and came to the Hard Rock Saturday and Destiny the waitress was GREAT! The wings were to die for and the rib meal was excellent as well. We returned Sunday after the game, had to get some more of those wings. We sat at the bar and Cody the bar tender was EXCELLENT! She had superb customer service for as busy as the area was she continued to make sure everything was good. When I visit again I will return.

At the NRPA Conference and was not trying to hang out. I wanted dinner and to chill for the evening. HR was two blocks from my hotel so I did an online order to pickup. My order wasn't ready at the specified time, when I arrived, I figured that it was because they were busy as they were telling customers there was a 30-minute wait. I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger with onion rings. I am not sure if I was supposed to get both but I received both fries and onion rings. Winnin! The food was good!!!

Parking across the street was paid parking. (Max pay $20) Cafe is on the corner. Many different parking options nearby. The food was great. We came as a promo for the Leo Messi burger and OMG it was amazing. It needed no extra additions; just you. We did wait a small amt of time for the food but there is nothing better than made to order service especially during lunch hour. The staff were amazing and very friendly from the host to the waiters. The restaurant was clean and arranged neatly. The decor provided a comfortable feel and the bathrooms were clean for the amount of people who dining at the restaurant. I would surely return.

Mediocre at best. The food was decent but not for what we paid. There was chewed gum on one of our steak knives and when we asked for another, they brought out a butter knife. Our waters were never refilled the entire hour and a half we sat here. It took 20 minutes to get a coke and a sweet tea. And the AC was not working well, in Atlanta in August Not a great experience

Food was good, my Messi chicken sandwich was a bit dry, but overall good. Service was amazing, and restaurant was clean. Loved the energy and overall service.

The Hard Rock Cafe is a famous restaurant all around the world and I have been to a couple so I was excited to try this location! We had reservations when we walked in and we were seated quickly. Our waiter was informative and attentive. I decided to get a mocktail and they made me a mojito mocktail and it was delicious! The margherita flatbread was delicious as well! My husband enjoyed his New York Strip but he did not really enjoy his fries too much. I loved the decor and the music that was playing. I love how they show music videos on the screen and the store was nice!

The Playlist needs more Diversity. This Location is Currently undergoing Renovation so Access & Seating is somewhat Limited.

Quality/Quantity - This review is for the store/souvenir shopping. We also wanted to get a beer here, but ended up leaving for a different happy hour as 90% of their taps were national brands. Local craft please. Atmosphere - Smaller Hard Rock than most. Still cool though. Usual cool decor. Table, booth, bar, etc. seating. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 11pm or midnight. Live music, see website for specific days and hours. Events - Again see website. Service - Good. Hostess walked us to the gift shop. Price - N/A, we ended up buying from the World of Coca Cola. See other review. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 with your 165+ restaurants, 24+ hotels, and 11 casinos. Congrats on your success at this location since 1992. I see that you are franchising now...? Or has that always been the case?

I was in town for a business trip and decided to try hard rock Café for the first time. And to be completely honest, the hostess Shy was the highlight of my visit. Knowledgeable, witty, and had this un cannon ability to create comfortability. I wish more establishment had had hostess like her. My server was amazing and the food was delicious and the drinks was my second favorite part. Keep up the good work and keep hiring hostess like her.

Stopped in for a bite after hosting an event at Southern Exchange. It has been years since I've been able to visit. Besides the menu, not much has changed. Servers were warm and welcoming...even though I snuck in an hour b4 closing. lol. It was pretty empty with only a few people. They were playing a mix of 90s pop/rock so the vibes were good. Very nostalgic. I got the nachos because I didn't want anything heavy and it satisfied my cravings 100%! Be sure to stop In whenever you have time. OMG! If there was less than 1 star, I would have chosen that!! Went here with some customers while attending a conference this week. Hadn't been to a HR for some time and thought I should give it a try...heck, maybe even pick up a classic Hard Rock tshirt. Went for lunch...made a reservation for 6; invited one of our leaders last minute...and then it went South. They refused to sit my peer since he was not on the original reservation. Huh? So he asked about sitting at his own table, next to the table of our 6. They sat him...refused to take his order since it was only him and not another person. So we attempted to have one of the 6 sit with him...nope, that wasn't allowed either. WTH?!?!?! What a disaster and let me mention, the place WAS NOT busy. It was by far the strangest experience of my life...not sure if it is indeed a "policy" or everyone was just having a bad night...but first time ever anything like this has occurred...and I didn't even get my t-shit!

Came here to celebrate Messi's biggest fan on his birthday aka my son. He ordered the Messi kids chicken burger, other order was the Messi burger and smokehouse rib combo. The kids enjoyed their Messi burger. The kids and regular portion was great size. I shared my the smoke rib combo. The beans are a big no no but everything was decent. I agree with a previous review, the food is no wow factor to the food but it's a solid place to enjoy a meal. I booked a reservation but it wasn't needed but I liked that assurance to do so. Service was quick and the restaurant is definitely kid/family friendly at the time I was here. I also love the decor with the original clothes of the artists, local artists pictures and paintings on the wall and the music. Good vibes for an after noon family lunch.

I didn't even know Atlanta had a Hard Rock Cafe till last month. While being in Atlanta and showing a relative around, I decided it would be a good time to drop by and have lunch here. When I went, there was a large children group for something, so we were told we could just sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Deciding that was the best option, we sat by the bar and were immediately greeted and were given water. With enough time, I ended up ordering the spicy diablo burger and my cousin ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich. With tip, it was around $45, so not cheap. Food came out faster than expected, and it was so saucy. It was good, flavorful, and the fries just topped it off. As a fries lover, it was flavorful and crispy!! I would definitely recommend coming here for lunch!

Service was awful. I had to wave people down. I ordered a grilled chicken that was so so overcooked I couldn't bite into it. So basically paid $20 for fries.

Right in the heart of downtown Atlanta, so you wont have much of free parking options.. its either street parking or paid parking at a garage. We went here on a Fri evening and the place was busy.. so better make reservations, or you'd have at-least a 30 min wait time. The restaurant is huge and have a lot of seating capacity. They have 2 sections for seating, one with a dance floor and DJ - so if blasting music is your jam, that's the place to be. They also have merchandise available to purchase, especially the new Messi merchandise looks pretty cool. Now, coming to the food, it's average. We ordered the Bangkok shrimp, Nachos, the Messi chicken sandwhich, sliders and a burger. None of the food really stood out and wow and none were bad - so pretty average food. We had the brownie, cheesecake and apple pie for dessert. The presentation for the brownie was really good. Its a huge brownie with icecream do definitely bring your appetite. Will I go back? Maybe.

This is my first time going to Hard Rock Cafe after the renovations. I absolutely love how the open space and big windows make the restaurant, livelier and bigger than before. This is one of the more modern looking Hard Rock Cafe's, without taking away from the classic rock and roll theme & memorabilia. What's great is there's a few parking decks near by, and it's walking distance to Atlanta's hot spots. Reservations wise, I would definitely make one if you're going on a Friday or Saturday night. It tends to get a little bit busy. On Sundays and weekdays you should be able to do a walk in since the restaurant is huge now they really made more use of the space with the renovation. The restaurant is also so much more cleaner now and brighter. I feel like the old look of the restaurant was so dark, sometimes stinky and sticky. They definitely spent time and money on making this restaurant more appealing. I was very surprised at how delicious perfectly cooked & perfectly seasoned the steak was. I normally get burgers at Hard Rock Cafe, like their new Lionel Messi burger. My friend I went with, doesn't normally like eating at touristy restaurant chains, but this definitely changed his mind. My only complaint is I wish the green beans were fresh and not canned. There was no flavor to them, and it was the only thing that I did not like during our meal. For dessert, they gave us a very generous heaping amount of brownie and ice cream. I honestly don't think I could even finish this. This was actually my friend's dessert, I had to take my cheesecake home so I could help him eat this huge dessert. This is your literal definition of "big bang for your buck" I would definitely come here again, the management and servers are very nice! Of course I will mainly be coming here for the big desserts :)

Nice place for lunch. It has great pictures of rock artist. The server was very nice and was attentive. Definitely would return.

Just came into hard rick cafe in Reykjavik Glass of wine sucked but bartender said " no problem" gave me exactly what i should have asked for A Icelandic beer instead Cheers!!

The food was very nice with all the ingredients, they were very fresh. The service was very quick and attentive in very moment. The place was a good and harmonic place were we could dance.

My visit to Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta was very underwhelming at best. It was like going into any greasy burger place. I took my out of town friends because i thought it would be a great fun experience. The last time I went to a Hard Rock Cafe they played very loud music occasionally during our dinner and it was festive. I'll find a new restaurant to take out of towners to. This was embarrassing.

We loved our experience at Hard Rock Cafe!! We ordered The Legendary Burger, Chicken Fingers, Cesar Salad, and the Mac and Cheese. They were all delicious and came out quickly especially considering the massive group that was with us. We really enjoyed our server, Chris. He was attentive to our needs and a very fun! Would definitely recommend.

Food tasted well. Service was friendly. You have to pay for parking. But you are in the heart of downtown Atlanta so that's to be expected. Ambiance was ok! The tv's play rock music videos and other blast from the past. We came during the day time which was a perfect time for younger kids since the only reason we ended up here was for the soccer boy of the family could enjoy the new "Messi Burger" Good jobs guys!

I try to avoid chains when possible, but I wanted to order something close to me and it was thanksgiving day so not very many options. I ordered from grub hub, fried Buffalo chicken sandwich and extra side of fries. I was pleasantly surprised. Fries were decent, seasoning was good. Gotta have seasoning on fries. Overall, definitely good. Would order again.

Place is rundown and mismanaged. The flooring is lifting up and uneven. I have no idea how they don't consider this a safety hazard. We arrived ten minutes early for a reservation and were told they were very busy and would seat us at some point. We stood there for thirty five minutes. People were finishing and leaving their tables. It took a ridiculous amount of time to turn over those tables. Got to a point that half of the tables were empty and people were not being seated in a timely manner. Two things salvaged this visit. First, our server, Brian, was excellent. He was quick, attentive and courteous. Second, the food we ordered was very good.

It's a classic spot but I wouldn't make it my go to. Our server was the best of the night and our food was good quality. If you're looking for quick food or last options, here is where I'd recommend. But I prefer more local restaurants to try new things

I ordered the mango-berry cooler and I was disappointed. The drink did not come with any fruit and it tasted like orange and pineapple juice. There was no taste of mango or strawberry.

Food hot and seasoned well. Service is fast and friendly. Come here for a group event and was pleased.

I have really high hopes with this establishment. But it turned out to be nothing but a disappointment period I came in here actually to have a cocktail and a dessert as it was a beautiful Sunday for it. One of the young ladies provided me a menu and a drink menu to look And I was ready for my order to be taken period Ten to fifteen minutes later, no one still came to take my order. Everybody else was too busy talking to one another rather than focusing on their job. Eventually I left very disappointed and absolutely very hungry period I thought this place was known for their good service and good food but I guess not period what a waste of time and energy period I recommend don't be coming here at all. What an utter disappointment for establishment like this.

The crackhead bleeding into the sink of the women's restroom was the highlight for me. The food was on par with a typical Applebee's or Chili's. The servers are clearly as over it as the rest of us are with Hard Rock.

I've been to quite a few Hard Rock Cafes here in the US and overseas, including this one. The optimal time to visit this particular location is in the early hours of the day, as it tends to be peaceful during that period, primarily attracting professionals and mature tourists. My server, whose name eludes me but shared a remarkable likeness to Corbin Bleu, delivered outstanding service. He exhibited not only politeness but also a high level of attentiveness. I ordered the Mango Berry Cooler, a bubbly tropical beverage, along with the sizable Messi chicken sandwich and the indulgent hot fudge sundae, which, in my estimation, can effortlessly please the dessert cravings of two to four individuals.

It is a HRC. You know what you're going to get. As expected, I had a perfectly fine but relatively overpriced veg burger (I am grateful there is an Impossible or Beyond option now). My friend had some nachos that were huge. The service was super friendly up front, but then it was incredibly slow and bordered on frustrating. For example, our drinks (just Coke Zero and iced tea - nothing from the bar that might take time) came just behind the runner with our food. Getting a refill was a lot of work, too. But it's HRC. You know what you're going to get. It was close and satisfied what we needed. Plus there was a/c!

We came in an hour before they closed, and it was a great hour. We sat at the bar and there were still tons of people enjoying their Saturday night. Our waiter was awesome, she gave us tons of recommendations for Brunch on Sunday and she was sure to get our orders in quickly. Lots of seating and tons of memorabilia for purchase. If you're looking for a quick bite while in the area, look no further.

Food is the better than most restaurants you will ever go to. And Christine (don't know if I spelt that right) is the best server I have ever had in my entire life! She makes your experience so much better it's insane she is so nice!

I love hard rock cafe's. This one is the only exception. Yuck! Unprofessional bar tender who was busy chatting with a couple friends all evening and would let out a huge sigh if you tried to order another drink or some food. Additionally, all the good-average beer option kegs were kicked and she ensured that I got some attitude when letting me know. Like I should have known! I'm sure she's not the owner....coz she didn't care about setting even low average expectations. Fortunately, I left and just around the corner was a bunch of reasonably good restaurants with good beers!

The food was underwhelming as well as the service. Atmosphere was not what I expected but was okay. I actually get better burgers at Applebees.

I've always enjoyed the Hard Rock in any city I've been in. Can't say anything about the food because I only had a couple of cocktails. Service was a bit slow on my second drink because they were packed with the crowd for the Queen concert, but they were hustling. I sat at the bar and they were playing Queen videos, which was cool, but the vibe in Hard Rock has always been cool and for all ages. I'd definitely come back for food and drinks again.

We hit Hard Rock Atlanta for lunch recently. The burgers were solid. Almost got the flatbread, but saw it on the next table over and they weren't eating it and it was thin as paper. Glad we stuck with the burgers. The Atlanta location doesn't have as much memorabilia as other locations have but it was still cool to walk around and see it. Service was great. Parked at a close location that had machines that couldn't give change so spent about 20 bucks to park for an hour and a half. Now that we have our souvenir T-shirts we probably wouldn't go back to this location.

Food was great. Been to a ton of Hard Rock Cafes. I took off a star the creepy lady in the rock shop lurked around us if we looked at anything like a magnet and put it back she had to move it just a little. Her OCD kind of hurt our total experience. So we got out of there since she was creeping us out. I removed a star only because of the rock shop creepy lady but if you just want to eat I highly recommend.

All I wanted was to buy a souvenir for my husband. The merchandise store was crazy busy with a group of kids who made it impossible to browse and store staff were not trying to keep decorum by creating cash register lines, adding a second cashier, etc. Then I purchase my 2 items and one rings up more than the price tag. There are 2 units of this product, both marked with the same price. I bring this to the cashier's attention and he calls over another employee. She says she won't sell it to me for the marked price (though that price was reasonable for the item, just a little less than what the register rang up) and rips the price tags off the products. Isn't that a violation of state law and/or federal law/FTC regulation? I go to leave and the same kids group is blocking the only exit. Host staff did nothing to keep the exit clear for other guests. I enjoy Hard Rock Cafes, but I don't see myself coming back to this one.

Had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe! The one thing you can count on at the hard rock is that they always have a banging playlist. Our server was so sweet and the food came out quick. Best part of the meal was the homemade ranch! I'm a sucker for homemade ranch. I also loved the fact they had live music, haven't been at a hard rock with live music before. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe!!!

In downtown Atlanta for a short business trip and stopped in for lunch. Had the steak salad (forgot to get a picture) and it was really good. The steak was cooked well. Also ordered the apple cobbler which was very sweet. Service was fast and the food was good.

I worked there and never got a paycheck I've called I've came up there now I'm leaving review horrible place to work if ur expecting to be paid

I've never been to one of the touristy American food restaurants like Hard Rock, Rainforest, Margaritaville, etc. I typically skew towards brunch spots/high end places, but I chose the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta for convenience on a trip. It was much much better than expected - the food was delicious, the spicy shrimp was super flavorful, the Sweet + Spicy Jumbo Wings were very good compared to every sit down in the area. The meat in the pulled pork sandwich is as good as it can be without being from a legit BBQ joint. It's about as good as it can be without being a super high end place. My specific bartender at this place was great, and the service was good in general.

I wanted a burger so we headed to Hard Rock for dinner. We got excellent service and the food was great. We didn't really spend much time checking out the memorabilia on the walls. It was very loud so if that is a problem, you probably should go elsewhere.

Love hard rock cafe. Pretty crowded here and staff was lagging. but love the food and the giant guitar outside is cool. if you get lucky with staff and service its a good experience. expensive tho and crazy homeless around the building usually, wouldn't go at night

Do not go here!!! Plates and silverware were dirty, food was cold and undercooked and we had to send back twice. Service was slow. Music was way too loud you couldn't hear each other at the table.

Iconic chain restaurant sets the bar high for the expectations. There were couple of confusions with the bill that the manager solved in a highly professional manner, so five stars go to the customer care. As for the meal, there were really no issues perhaps apart from the visual side; in a photo of the first page of the menu, Messi promotes his signature burger which looks delicious and pretty generous. Nevertheless, upon getting it on table, it was a bit challenging to find similarities with that photo; I felt that the burger was only about half of the size of the photo and the incredients looked kind of... messy. The taste was very good, though, and the idea of including spicy chorizo complements the burger's flavors pretty nicely. The other plate, salmon, was quite tasty too, with interesting semi-sweet and a bit spicy sauce, although it lacked the kind of final touch, and the mashed potatoes were a bit dry. Overall, we had quite good dining experience regardless of those couple of hickups upon the final bill that were solved in a swift way.
