I had a wonderful experience all around! Flew from Vancouver YVR South to Whistler. I had to change my flight a few days out and Harbour Air was super responsive and friendly via email. Check in was easy and I had time for a snack at The Flying Beaver, very friendly staff there too. Also noting that Harbour Air had a free lounge with tea and coffee. The captain helped me stow my pack, the flight was very smooth and the views were absolutely breathtaking! Landing on Green lake was gorgeous and the shuttle driver was waiting to pick us up. He was super nice and accommodating. Thanks for the perfect trip, Harbour Air!

HarbourAir is my number 1 way of getting to/from Nanaimo to YVR. If you don't want to deal with the long travel times of the ferries, HarbourAir is your best and hassle free choice. 20 minutes, and you're there! As they have cut back on flights for the winter, I am still able to make it to the mainland with ease. They provide a free shuttle, making the commute to YVR quick and easy. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the pilots are well experienced. And to top it off, the views are breathe taking. Could not recommend HarbourAir more!

My flight is at 7:15. My ticket informs me that cut-off time for checking is 20 minutes before. I’ve been here for about 30 minutes and it’s now 6:55. There isn’t a soul around. No one to answer questions, no signs or notifications. The crew are supper friendly and nice always but the whole operation is run so poorly it makes you wonder how they manage.

I loved this experience, all the staff was very friendly. It was a special trip with my dad and he just loved it as much as me. Flying into downtown Victoria was a truly beautiful experience. We also loved the bar/ restaurant while we waited for our flight. Great experience 100% will be back and recommend it !

I had such a great trip to Nanaimo with HA this past weekend. This was my first time flying on a float plane, and the experience was surreal. We were going so fast yet so close to the water, and we had a great view of the harbour. The free passenger parking at YVR plus the hours of time saved really makes HA a cost-competitive alternative to taking the ferry. Can’t wait to fly with them again! Ps. The PFC pens do make their way everywhere 🤣

A pricy transport option to the Island but check-in and deplaning is quick and painless, and offers great views. About 30 minutes in the air from Richmond to Victoria harbour. It took me about an hour to arrive at the terminal via public transit from East Van - there's a restaurant/bar inside the station that you can have breakfast at. A big benefit is also landing right at Victoria inner harbour, compared to the 1 hour drive from Schwartz Bay when taking the ferry.
