Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2

We had a really wonderful stay here. The staff were all so lovely and very helpful. Especially Sulli who welcomed us every day with a beautiful smile. Jimmy organised our tour to Ninh Bin and Halong Bay, which we loved and would highly recommend to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for them also organising pick up and drop off to the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect…….very close to Train St and lots of great food and coffee places. We certainly hope to visit again soon. Thanks for a very memorable stay for our first time in Vietnam.

Service at the hotel has been absolutely outstanding. The rooms are very clean and they are a great location to visit Hanoi. They also have a very nice buffet breakfast with some cooked to order items and the people in the staff in the breakfast area are awesome Kong and Winn We’re both absolutely amazing. The front desk staff, including the manager Have been nothing but fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. My favorite employee at the hotel the overall was The manager Tung. They even gave us a beautiful going away gift

We stayed for two nights and can definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location was perfect. It was close to the Old City and everything without being expensive. The breakfast was also good (pho and other dishes to choose from) and the reception was very attentive and helpful. I look forward to returning in the future!

I had a great stay at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2. Location wise, very accessible to everywhere, tourist spots, cafes... The room was very well maintained and the environment was quiet. The staff were very nice, accommodating and very attentive to my requests. They even helped me arrange transportation to the airport. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far.

We booked a stay for 4 nights the week before Christmas. However we checked out early after 2 nights to shift to a better hotel for the rest of our stay in Hanoi. This was the first time we had ever done so. Pros: - Good location in Old Quarter. Easy access to sights and eateries - Service staff were friendly and courteous Cons: The room was very different from what we expected. On its website it claims to be a 4-star hotel that opened in 2019 and there were many good reviews so that's where we started off expectation-wise. As some have mentioned, there were - No tables & chairs in the room, so a lot of things stayed in the suitcases or went on the bed - Power plugs were all near ground level, so charging your devices was always challenging - Erratic hot water. Sometimes there would be no hot water. At other times, I could literally see steam coming out. - Cleanliness. Many plates were dirty when we went for the hotel breakfast. Also the dining room was too small to support the capacity of the hotel. All this was affecting our enjoyment in Hanoi. If it were just an issue with the room then we could have changed a room. But from the other reviews we saw, it appears that the issues were occurring across the entire hotel so we decided to check out and stay elsewhere instead. As for the multiple good reviews, some have feedback that their critical reviews have been removed. Also there are many reviews with low review count. So please beware.

Hotel in the town area. Bed was comfortable, our room was relatively quiet. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was quite basic, but if you want more variety there is breakfast outside at a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly. If I am in Hanoi again I will stay here.

Decent hotel with fantastic service and good location. You need to be able to use stairs as the elevator is only partially useful stopping mid floors, but for most people it’ll not be a problem. It’s good value for money. There are bit cheaper hotels in the area, but this one is slightly higher quality with super friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2. The hotel is located right in Hanoi's Old Quarter, very convenient, from here you can easily go to most of Hanoi's attractive attractions by bicycle or on foot. The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are clean, the price is very affordable. But the most memorable thing is that there is a friendly and very helpful receptionist. He took good care of us
