Hanna Mitri Ice Cream

After I heard so many amazing reviews about this place, I stopped by to give it a try. In my opinion, this is the best place to do local ice cream in the traditional way, but the competition with other places will not be fair. The flavors were rich, but I didn't find any special flavor except the croquet and pistachio. The prices are really high, too expensive for an ice cream cup. It was a good experience.

Hands down my favorite ice cream place ever. No comment needed – just perfect. The quality, the flavors, everything is on another level. Hanna Mitri is a classic, and it absolutely deserves the hype. 10000/10!

Known for its fresh ice cream and perfect معمول, it is also famous for its unique personality... I went there after hearing about it, but at first I had a hard time finding it. When I asked a woman from the neighbourhood who happened to be passing by, she told me that it was almost right in front of me. There is no loud sign or anything like that, but good restaurants/shops often do not have fancy decorations and tend to be hidden away. I found the personality of the two young staff to be very friendly, not weird at all. The service is quite nice. The shop has remained unchanged since 1949, and the three children who learnt to make ice cream as children went on to open famous shops. The flavour of the ice cream is very real, even the textures of the strawberry fruit, the putachio... As an industrial chef, I'm not against products made in factories, but I have to admit that in the current situation, production can by no means catch up with this kind of flavour. Despite the result of their hard work, the prices were very reasonable, LBP 400,000 for three flavours with the classic and unique corn cup. # Beirut # Lebanon

If you’re in Beirut, Hanna Mitri is a must. This gem has been serving handcrafted ice cream since 1949, and you can taste the love in every bite. I got a mixed cone, each flavor more delicate and rich than the next. My wife had the lemon and chocolate. The lemon was pure sunshine: bright, tart, and refreshing, while the chocolate was silky and deep. Pure, honest ice cream the way it’s meant to be.

This is the best ice cream I've ever had! Definitely a good to destination when visiting Beirut! If I could give it more than five stars, I would!
