First time at Hando. Before we jump into shopping, we decided to grab a bite.
Hando became a must for every Parisian trip after this encounter, we actually visited their Vendome location the next day for lunch before we leave.
We got the Wagyu Tartare Truffes, Sashimi Thon Yuzu, Sashimi Toro, Handroll Shiitake — Wagyu A5 — Aburi Toro and the Charitea Green.
We started waiting right at the line before they opened. They have a speerate room in the back for reservations and for those who doesn’t have a reservation, they can get seated at the bar.
The food is top-notch and I am in love with Hando. Do-it-in-a-heartbeat.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I really liked everything: from the interior details, dishes to incredibly delicious food and Japanese green tea. Now my favorite roll with lobster! I will definitely come back for it and a cup of tea! I would like to separately note the friendliness of the staff ❤️

Hands down the best handroll in Paris. The quality of the fish is just so so much better than any other place in Paris. And it is a must try if you are here on vacation or if you live in the city !

Approximately two or so years ago when Hando first started, I came for lunch and was assisted by one of the founders, Adrien. He was warm, kind, and passionate about what he was doing, which made me want to come back during my recent trip.
I’m glad to see the restaurant doing well, expanding with more outlets within the city. The food is still excellent, with friendly servers and chefs behind the counter. Even when comparing the food here to Japan’s standards, i think I’ll say that it’s good and delicious.
For foreigners, they do not have an English menu (though the servers can converse slightly) so it’ll be good to have google translate handy or learn some simple food phrases / ingredients.

We ordered some appetizers and a set of hand rolls.
The ingredients for the appetizers were very fresh, and most of the hand rolls were delicious, with the scallop hand roll being the most memorable for its freshness!
The only discomfort was the three of us sitting at the bar near the entrance, which was too cramped, requiring us to constantly get up to make way for other customers.

We dined at the Vendôme location our first night in Paris. What a fantastic experience. The entire staff is amazing. By far, the best yellowtail sashimi we ever had and the hand rolls are exquisite. If you enjoy sushi, do not miss this dining experience in Paris!

Incredibly delicious. Really above and beyond. Those rolls are NOT some kind of outdated sushi but rather unique art pieces full of taste haha! You can tell we absolutely loved it :) Special thank you to Dan for impeccable service, recommendations and patience as we switched the menu options a few times. Will come back here very often.
