Lots of fun and distinct ice cream flavours. The flights are fantastic and small enough to try several flavours - I especially love that they'll let you choose how many flavours you want in the flight, including an option to try all 32 flavours! The inside space is very colourful and cozy. Overall a great stop if you're in the area, and every kind we tried was fantastic. The peanut butter cookie dough and blackberry lemon bar were both standouts

Google
Very solid American ice cream. This is the type of ice cream full of ingredients. If you are looking for subtle flavors, this is not your place. Instead, you’ll have very intense combinations reminiscent of B&J ice cream. The place is spacious and with sufficient seating space. This is a better option than Jennis down the road. Less sweet, better value for money, and overall tastier. I will return for some American ice cream.

Google
The ice cream has to be some of the best I have ever experienced. The best option is to order a flight to experience multiple flavors.

Google
Hammond's ice cream is delicious! They're the only ice cream parlor I've visited that offers an ice cream flight. That is, they offer small scoops of ice cream in tiny waffle cones. The flavors are creative and delicious, and the waffle cones are excellent. They're also open late which is apparently hard to come across for an ice cream shop. Would eat again.

Banana cream pie was really good. A good creamy taste with rich banana flavor. Cookies skillet was different and good.

Out of this world ice cream. Got some classics but also some fabulous unusual flavours. We had Fat Elvis, Black Cherry and Coconut Almond Bliss. All were amazing. Highly recommend!

Google
After eating at Hoxton Manor a few doors down, we migrated over Hammond’s for a sweet delight. Too many classic and seasonal flavors that we couldn’t decide. So glad that they offer flights on mini waffle or mini cake cones! You can have the option of picking 2-6 flavors or even all 32 flavors!! We ended up with: Pumpkins cheesecake - least favorite of all and I dubbed it “pumpkin sour” because it tasted like Vietnamese yogurt with that sour tart taste. Orange creamsicle - true to its flavor Butter pecan - can’t go wrong with this White Christmas - more like mint chocolate chip. Earl grey - my favorite. That tea flavor. Chocolate coconut - also a favorite with sweet and buttery coconut taste You must wear a mask indoors or be asked to leave.

I lLove Hammond’s Gourmet Ice Cream. So many tempting flavors to choose from and good size servings at reasonable prices. This place is an ongoing temptation for me as I walk by here often and each time I want to come in and get an ice cream flight! In the North Park location, surrounded by breweries, the ice cream flight makes perfect sense! And, starting next month they will have ice cream shakes! Now I am really in trouble 😂. Thank you Hammond’s!!!

Rachel W.

Yelp
Love Hammond's. When I lived in North Park I would come here often, now that I've moved i go less often, but def make the stop when in the area. The service is good. And they have indoor seating for the chillier nights.

Yelp
I saw a recent social media posting that this OG and last remaining location of Hammond's Gourmet Ice Cream would be closing at the end of this weekend. That prompted me to make a final visit as I used to frequent the PB store when it was still around. The original Vietnamese owner started the business in 2014 by sourcing unique flavors from Hawaii. With more competition and inflation, it was sad to hear that Hammond's was no longer able to sustain their mission anymore. I fondly recall one visit in which I came with a large group, and we split a 32-flavor flight. I loved being able to sample all of the different varieties, but it was hard to get to all of them before they started melting. Hammond's was one of the first local ice cream shops that offered flights as an option. The menu here also served floats, shakes, sundaes, and cookie skillets. I don't recall such options at the PB spot which focused on scoops and flights. There were about 30 flavors written on a marker board posted on a wall. The choices didn't seem as fruity or exotic compared to the early days. On this occasion, I opted for a medium sized cup with two different flavors... Mackinac Island Fudge and Strawberry Cheesecake. The first one had swirls of chocolate from the upper peninsula of Michigan mixed in with a vanilla base. The second one was a fairly standard variety that you will find at most ice cream places. I did like the collections of ice cream scoops that were mounted on the walls as decor. This North Park venue had several tables and a countertop for inside seating. It was likely the largest of what was one time three locations of the business. Thank you to Hammond's for your past decade of service to the SD community!

Yelp
Another one gone. Like a restaurant that lost their chef, this place lost what made them so special. I haven't been since Sept 2019. Back then they had delicious Asian inspired flavors like matcha, lychee, coconut and Thai tea that weren't too sweet. Today I had a hard time picking a flavor because everything tasted so average. Walking in, their menu didn't even look the same. They added their version of a pizookie that was way too sweet. Flights are still there. Their goblet chandelier, live wood countertop and mural in the back are the same, but what they're scooping and serving has sadly changed. Well this place is closing soon and I can see why.

Jenna B.

Yelp
Love this place! Today I opted for a milkshake, strawberry & Oreo, and it got topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Their milkshakes are on the thinner side- making them easy to sip at the park. The strawberry ice cream is one of my favorites for its fresh flavor. Always clean inside, plenty of seats if you want to stay. The staff is great; and the business is always supporting a cause or other business/event in the community which is amazing to see.

Yelp
When I found out my favorite ice cream parlor in SD was walking distances from where we were staying, I showed up same day. I love Hammond's, mostly for the ice cream flight (because what a great idea! I'm sure I paid more for less ice cream but man was I excited and still full after) We did go as a party of 6 at 10:30pm on a Saturday night (they close at 11) so I want to give a special shout out to the two employees working that night. They were very nice and attentive. I didn't feel like they were rushing to get us out. The space inside is all themed decor, cozy to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Plus the flavors are unique. I got: Lemon poppy seed London fog Pistachio Peanut butter cookie dough

Ray M.

Yelp
This place is just a good old-fashioned feel good ice cream parlor. The service is what you expect; straight to the point, and fast. I went here right at closing with a few friends and picked up some ice cream to go. I was immediately greeted, asked what I wanted, and received my ice cream very quickly. I was really impressed by the number of flavors that they offered, and just the delicious creaminess of the ice cream. I had a caramel ice cream, and a chocolate brownie mocha that was incredible. Reasonably priced, great tasting ice cream, and just a fun little place to visit.

Justine K.

Yelp
Upon walking in, we were greeted by the workers who were so patient as we decided what flavors/type of ice cream we wanted. We decided on getting a flight of 6 mini cones (which was perfect for us because we could have multiple flavors without feeling too full after our lunch). A few of the flavors we got were: black cherry, matcha, pistachio, coffee, blackberry lemon, mint chocolate chip. All of the flavors were so fresh and none of them felt like they were sitting there for too long like in some other ice cream shops I've been to. If you can't decide on a flavor, I definitely recommend a mini cones flight. There were also a few tables in the back for you to sit and enjoy your ice cream with friends, or even for a date. Super cute place. I know I'll be back.

Audrey L.

Yelp
Super cute ice cream spot! We came here after having dinner and it was the perfect sweet treat. My go to ice cream flavor is anything coffee related. So naturally I got the cappuccino crunch. It was a tasty coffee flavored ice cream mixed with almonds. The staff were super nice and friendly. Easy place to stop in for a great dessert!

Mayra G.

Yelp
This is a cute spot and the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the employees seem to not have a desire to be there, they barely speak and I've gotten way better service from the folks that work at Jennie's down the street. I brought some friends here visiting from London last night for an ice cream treat. I love how they provide samples of flavors and seem to not mind if you ask for multiple before selecting a flavor. My group was a little full from dinner so each couple grabbed their own flight of four and it was the perfect amount of ice cream and nice to have variety. My top two faves were "this s&@t just got serious" and "kitty kitty bang bang" they were so good! It's awesome that you can build a flight of these miniature cones and could get more than 4 if you wanted. The ice cream is good and service can just use a little work!

Kelly M.

Yelp
We had our dog with us and were pleased to learn that she was allowed inside this ice cream parlor. They have a good amount of flavors to choose from. I had pecan praline and peanut butter cookie dough, and both were very good. My husband had blackberry lemon bar, which was a unique flavor that he really enjoyed. The ice cream was good quality. Our little girl, Zoey, was thrilled to be inside with us. I would definitely go back if I were in the area!

Brittney W.

Yelp
I was in town and someone told me about a black owned ice cream shop so I had to try it out. The staff was very welcoming as I entered the space and was happy to walk me through the menu. They had about 5 vegan options that were pretty much sorbet. The vegan option I chose was the passionfruit Italian ice and it was soooooo good! I've had Italian ice before and it was nothing like what I had here. The portion was great for a late night and it wasn't too sweet. I will be back to try more and cannot wait until they have vegan ice cream flavors I can try.

Mark B.

Yelp
Ice cream is always 5 stars. Although I was a little disappointed this location didn't have the more tropical Hawaiian flavors as the other location. Everything I had was really good but the Fat Elvis was hella delicious The loss of star is due to location and parking which seems to be the consensus based on other reviews We parked at the garage down the street which was about 1/4 mile away. The crappy thing is when we came back to the elevator a bunch of teens were hotboxing in the elevator from floors 1-6. Told my kids don't be @ssholes like them I miss the other location and will try and hit this location up only during the daytime

Uginea P.

Yelp
Stopped in her because we were out walking and I thought it looked cute and it's always time for ice cream. My favorite thing was that they had these little mini cones so I could try a variety without committing to one flavors. It's homemade & delicious. I got the orange dreamsickle, raspberry sorbet and Apple Carmel pie... if you're in the area definitely try it, highly recommend and they have vegan options too.

Dollyrose V.

Yelp
Can I tell you how much I adore this place?!!? Like the cute ice cream cones alone is a great reason to venture out to Hammonds. If you can have a flight of beer, why not ice cream! You come in & the staff is welcoming like an old school ice cream parlor. The flavors though are all delicious with vegan options. My granddaughter loves this place.

Alex H.

Yelp
Hammond's Gourmet Ice Cream is an ice cream parlor scooping Hawaiian-made ice cream and sorbet. We couldn't resist trying their adorable ice cream flights featuring tiny sugar cones and scoops allowing you to sample various flavors. We enjoyed the cookies and cream and the coffee and cookies flavors. We love the rich flavors of Hammond's and adorable flights

Lauren T.

Yelp
We need this in LA! I like ordering the ice cream flight, so I can try a little bit of everything.

Alixandra E.

Yelp
Omg Im not even really an ice cream lover and I'm dying to go back again, it's only been 2 days! I set up a this or that type date night and this was our cold dessert option. It's outside of the area we usually stick to for date night but we had the time! So glad we went!! There were plenty of flavors, my husband did a Sunday and I did the mini flight. I chose 4 flavors, dark chocolate espresso, chocolate birthday cake, the Irish cream baileys and raspberry sorbet. Admittedly I got the baileys flavored one for my husband, I don't like the alcohol and I also didn't like the ice cream, but my husband likes both. Both the chocolate ones were yummy, the espresso one I liked more. Now, the raspberry sorbet was delicious!!! That's the one I want to go back for. Again, my husband likes desserts typically more then me, so the little mini flight sized cones were soooo perfect for me!! If I lived nearby I'd probably stop by more for just one! Side note, my kids love ice cream but usually have 3 bites and are done. Again, these golf ball sized ice cream cones would be perfect! I HIGHLY recommend the ice cream. Enjoy!!

Bonnie G.

Yelp
I love their ice cream! Perfect little neighborhood ice cream spot. The scoopers are very friendly!

Liann S.

Yelp
I discovered Hammond's through San Diego's annual Scoop Ice Cream Festival and I love it! Sometimes the line gets a little long but never unbearable. They have pretty unique flavors that you might not be able to get anywhere else. You do have to pay $1.00+ for some extra toppings or waffle cone upgrades. They're known for their mini ice cream flights if you want to try multiple different flavors. Service is always super good and the workers are always friendly. They offer military discount. There's a good amount of seating for an ice cream shop. Parking is very hard and will take you some time especially on a weekend, but that's typical if you're trying to visit anywhere in the main North Park area. They were offering 4 vegan friendly ice cream options that last time I visited.

Anthony D.

Yelp
Hammond's is the perfect ice cream place to be able to try and share as many flavors as you want. The sell ice cream flights which come in all different sizes and are extremely affordable. We got a flight of 4 and it came out to be around $8 which is a steal for being able to try different flavors, plus you get a cake cone with each! There are a good amount of flavors to choose from so with the fact that you can have a flight (up to 32 flavors I think is the max?), mix and match galore! The ice cream itself itself is good but nothing crazy. The texture is soft and I enjoyed the flight experience. Pound for pound there are other slightly better ice cream shops, but I would never pass up a chance to stop at Hammond's due to their consumer-friendly menu and flights.

Monica R.

Yelp
Super good and not so sweet ice cream. Great variety of flavors and the staff are kind enough to give you samples of their tasty treats. They have an option of a flight of smaller cones so you can buy small sized cones and enjoy a variety of flavors. Small place. Very clean and great staff.

Christine N.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I wanted to get some dessert and found Hammond on Yelp. So happy we did! They have such the cutest concept of mini ice creams flight! You can have the ice cream with either cake cone or waffle cone. The menu had tons of flavors to try! The flavor we picked was: blueberry cheesecake with graham cracker, lychee cream, silk road , earl grey with shortbread cookies, and chocolate peanut butter with oreo. Our favorite was blueberry cheesecake with graham cracker, lychee cream, and earl grey with shortbread. Definitely stopping by again if we are in town!

Aundya A.

Yelp
Favorite ice cream shop in San Diego. Their chocolate peanut butter Oreo ice cream is a consistent favorite on their menu. Service is always great! Love their ice cream flights.

Dale C.

Yelp
Wow small little shop. Lots of flavors available. I had the watermelon sour ice gelato. Wow so tasty. Sour but strong watermelon flavor. Starts off like a sour patch kid ends like a jolly rancher. Fantastic

Irena T.

Yelp
This place gets so much talk, and I don't think it lives up to it. Not to say it's not good, but I've had far better ice cream elsewhere. What they do have going for them is (1) the wide variety of flavors (Thai tea, sesame, orange cream, guava, the list goes on) and (2) the option to get a flight. Which is heaven sent for indecisive ice cream consumers like myself. Sadly, our flight melted a little too fast and was a goopy mess before we had a chance to finish them all. Additional notes: street parking is free, ease of finding one depends on the day and time. They have seating inside and a few tables right outside. It's a dessert spot to try at least once but I wouldn't go here for an ice cream fix.

Lisa N.

Yelp
Ice cream for ice cream!! Lives up to the hype. So many flavors to choose from! I think it's pretty cool how they have "flights" of ice cream. I got the 3 flavor flights (purple rain, Silk Road, and black sesame). I got to sample the flavors beforehand. Purple rain is their popular one. It's Ube ice cream, white chocolate swirl, and white chocolate chips. Black sesame had the nutty flavor but still a touch of sweetness. Silk Road was matcha and white chocolate ice cream. The swirls are soo pretty! I got all the scoops on a waffle cone. Less than $8 not bad. I was able to finish the ice cream before it melted! Perfect place for all ages! Brings your friends and family! Get the flight ice cream! Very cute spot. Credit card accepted. Street parking.

Jessica Y.

Yelp
I love the idea of sharing a mini flight to sample different flavors, especially if you're as indecisive as I am! You end up with a lot more ice cream cone than you do ice cream, but it's a fun way of sharing ice cream with friends and figuring out your favorite flavors! I believe they rotate the flavors so these were the flavors that stood out to me when I visited in December: - Vanilla pandan: The bright green color threw me off at first, but it had a really strong pandan flavor, which is a bit coconut-y. - Earl grey shortbread: This one was definitely my favorite. The earl grey flavor came across well and the chunks of shortbread were a nice texture. It also wasn't too sweet. - Ginger caramel swirl: When I see "ginger" flavored icecream I usually think of something that tastes more like gingerbread, but this flavor really tasted like ginger. It caught me by surprise, but I thought the strong ginger flavor paired nicely with the sweetness of the caramel. If you don't like ginger though, I'd probably skip this one.

Nicole J.

Yelp
This place is a local favorite in North Park. So many delicious and unique ice cream flavors, my favorite being the Brownie and the %#*! Just got real. They also have the classic vanilla and chocolate. I absolutely love the ice cream glass chandelier they have and the overall retro, old-timely classic with modern twist decor. The two servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. My go-to spot when my sweet tooth needs an ice cream kick!

Autumn C.

Yelp
This place USED to be the best ice cream. They USED to get it made in Hawaii. Had THE MOST unique flavors and it tasted like real cream and sugar. It was my go to. Tonight became my worst nightmare. I KNEW the moment I walked in and saw the ice cream and the flavors that something was amiss. And sure enough the staff told me the owners changed vendors. Some Wisconsin dairy. I tasted the ice cream and was VERY UNIMPRESSED. Tasted like store bought ice cream. And the flavors..BASIC. God. Why. Why. Whyyy. Does everything GOOD come to an end? Well...guess I'll stay skinny. I'll never go back. They messed up. FML

Sean P.

Yelp
Let me start by saying there is probably no other place where you can get an ice cream flight in 2, 3, 4 - 32 scoops! We were excited after seeing the flight come in little scoops. This is what we ordered. Orange Dreamsicle: Light and creamy with a slight hint of orange popsicle. The flavor of the orange popsicle definitely brought me back to my childhood. Lavender: Light in color but packed with flavors. It has a pleasant floral taste and it smells delightful. Earl grey: it has a distinctive black tea leaf aroma that reminiscent of light sweet orange on the back of your palate. I really enjoyed all 3 flavors. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

Yvonne C.

Yelp
Okay, honestly, I'm very easily sold on ice cream. BUT Hammond's sticks out for two reasons: the unique Hawaiian-inspired flavors like POG (passionfruit, orange, guava) sorbet, Kona coffee, lychee cream, and Banana Storm (banana ice cream with strawberry and Oreos) AND their ice cream flights. Ice cream flights are a dream come true for an indecisive person like me, and they also give me an excuse to try more flavors of ice cream. My favorite in our flight was the Purple Rain -- ube swirled with white chocolate. It sounded like it was going to be overwhelming sweet (and I'm not usually a fan of white chocolate) but it actually turned out to be the perfect balance. A close (and surprising) second was the Banana Storm. I was a little skeptical of banana ice cream, but as my friend advised me: Don't knock it 'til you try it!

Trevor M.

Yelp
The ice cream at hammond's was so good. We got two flights of 6 scoops, (12 total) and enjoyed all of it. We did it for the sake of trying as many as we could but 4 scoops each would have been plenty of ice cream. The guy behind the counter scooping our ice cream was super chill and very patient with the family in front of us who took forever. We had fun chatting with him. Great spot with a lot of good flavors to try!

Katrina M.

Yelp
Ok.... Who doesn't love ice cream!?? I definitely have a sweet tooth and will always find a good ice cream spot in a new area. After having some Hawaiian food, we found this ice cream spot which is also Hawaiian inspired! It is located in North Park. Parking wasn't too bad to find, as there was a little parking lot on the side and street parking. We came in a little before closing, but there was still a good amount of folks. First thing I noticed was that there are plenty of flavors to choose from!! From fruity, chocolately, vegan/sorbet like. We were also able to sample as many flavors as we wanted!! I tried the purple rain (Ube w/ white chocolate) and the earl grey with shortbread. It was so good and the sweetness was just right! I ended up with the earl grey with shortbread because it was nice, light, and I love having the little bits of the shortbread cookies. It paired up nice. My bf got chocolate coconut Mac nut and the toasted coconut (he loves coconut lol) and it was inhaled because it was also really good!! The cute little flights were also enticing! If I'm ever back in the area I'm forsure coming back!

Erik Q.

Yelp
Definitely our go to spot for ice cream whenever we are in San Diego. The kids love to indulge in all the unique flavors. Yum yum yum.

Jasmin E.

Yelp
Delicious!! Get the small flight! Indoor and outdoor seating. Cute!! We parked near the CVS. $6.79 for a small flight with three waffle cones.

Michelle K.

Yelp
While I came to SD for the weekend, I ended up trying Hammonds for the first time. The lady who helped my friend and I was so accommodating and patient. They allow you to sample here which was great for me since I've never tried any of the flavors before. My friend and I ended up getting a mini cake cone flight sampler. The flavors were so good! The only downside was for some reason our ice creams were melting SO fast. The inside was spacious for an ice cream shop and they had a good amount of staff working. The space is nice and clean when we went on Friday night around 8:30. I loved the Lychee Cream flavor so much and kept raving to my boyfriend about the POG Sorbet that I came back the next day with him. The service my second visit was good and the lady who helped me this second time was also very nice. Love this location and will come back again next time I make a trip to SD!

Suz C.

Yelp
We haven't been here in so long and decided to visit after lunch! Boy, we were not disappointed! The space was nice and cool, clean and cute. Love the living edge tables and bar area. Super cute! There was a long line, but it went by really quickly. Lots and lots of flavors to choose from! So there is definitely something for everyone! My daughter was able to get a few samples, which she loved cause a lot of places don't provide samples anymore. This of course, allowed her to narrow down the ice cream flavor she wanted. I knew what I wanted when I read the list of flavors! My trifecta of all time, a coffee flavor, a banana flavor and a nutty flavor! So of course, coffee Kahlua, banana toffee and macadamia nut had my name written all over them! My husband and I shared the large, which allowed us to get the three flavors! The staff there were all nice and pleasant! They seemed to really like their job, and it showed. Will definitely be back the next time we're in the area!

Cathee C.

Yelp
Hammond's has such a cult following, mainly for their ice cream flights that circulate on social media. Although the ice creams are good, it's not the best. The specialty flavors like earl grey could be more robust. I'm used to this one having big tea flavors, but it's sort of bland here. Prices are a little high $5 for a small scoop and they don't offer split scoops so you can get more variety like at Salt & Straw. The waffle cones aren't made in house. I'm a sucker for ice cream places that hits you with the beautiful waffle smell when you enter. I like Hammond's because there's a big menu with lots of flavors but they could be more flavorful. Parking is a nightmare. Service was very friendly.

Maria A.

Yelp
Love love this place my first check in but been here several times. It's hidden in the parking lot where Phil's BBQ is located. But true ice cream lovers will find it. My favorite is the ice cream flights you can pick multiple small scoops. 4 scoops =$6 not exact price i think it's a great deal. They have multiples all the way up to 32 flights!! They have so many different flavors its hard to choose so like I said the flights the best way to go to try multiple flavors. They also sell a few sorbets and sundaes. You can choose either waffle or mini cake cones different price for each. Atmosphere is quiet, quaint and relaxing. The decor is cute with all kinds of. Ice cream scoops hanging on the wall. Server was friendly and greeted us with a cheerful smile. Ice cream i chose 4 flavors. Honey lavender- it was ok the color was prettier than the flavor just tasted milky and sweet neither a hint of honey or lavender 2 of 5. Macadamia nut- good nice large chunks of Macadamia with vanilla flavor. 3 of 5 will order next time and mix with a chocolate ice cream. Chocolate peanut butter- YUM can't ever go wrong in my opinion. Chocolate is dark not to sweet which i prefer. 5,of5!! Cherry SO GOOD the pink color is gorgeous but tastes even better with huge chunks of cherries not little pieces. This is one I will order every time they have it. Husband had the ginger and caramel and wow it was delicious. I like ginger and I can see some people would think it's too strong but it's not. Very mellow ginger flavor refreshing and delicious. When in pt loma will always make a stop tobsee what flavors they have.

Sasha A.

Yelp
The ice cream here was really good I would definitely recommend coming here. The only reason why I got a 4 to 5 was just because of the price. It's very pricey for a small cup. It was like seven dollars. The two workers were very nice.

Anne F.

Yelp
I'm here too much- it's those little ice cream cone flights that keep me coming back. Hammonds has so many flavors and many are unique combinations that I haven't seen anywhere else. I come here not knowing what I'm craving or going to get and leave so satisfied every time. It's not just a flavor factory meant to surprise you- the quality of the ice cream at Hammonds is top notch! So creamy and delicious! This location is right near Target so I usually end up treating myself to a few scoops after running my errands. They aren't pet friendly inside, but have patio seating to enjoy with your pup.

Samm N.

Yelp
Absolutely in love with all Hammond's locations! Got this flight of 6 flavors! Baileys, Irish cream Lychee cream Blueberry cheesecake with graham crackers Cookie monster Matcha Mango Creamsicle Deelish light ice creams and sorbets! Flavors are spot on. They feature classic and unconventional flavors, and they never disappoint. The blueberry cheesecake with graham crackers in the light cream, were our favorites in this flight.

Angel L.

Yelp
Returned for outdoor seating. Missed this place so much! There a few more outdoor spots than previous. Very thankful that they set up more outdoor space. 2 mini cake cones for my LO first ice cream experience. Loved the banana storm as always, and the strawberry coconut cream is yum!!! Creamy and light, strawberry is present and not too sweet. Their chocolate peanut butter oreo is also a great flavor. Delicious and we had such a great time.

Maya L.

Yelp
The ice cream is pretty good, especially the mint chocolate chip, and the cookies and cream. It was very fun trying different ice cream flavors.

Myphuong L.

Yelp
After eating at Hoxton Manor a few doors down, we migrated over Hammond's for a sweet delight. Too many classic and seasonal flavors that we couldn't decide. So glad that they offer flights on mini waffle or mini cake cones! You can have the option of picking 2-6 flavors or even all 32 flavors!! We ended up with: Pumpkins cheesecake - least favorite of all and I dubbed it "pumpkin sour" because it tasted like Vietnamese yogurt with that sour tart taste. Orange creamsicle - true to its flavor Butter pecan - can't go wrong with this White Christmas - more like mint chocolate chip. Earl grey - my favorite. That tea flavor. Chocolate coconut - also a favorite with sweet and buttery coconut taste You must wear a mask indoors or be asked to leave.

Dawn B.

Yelp
The selection of ice cream is fantastic here! I unfortunately couldn't choose which so I had to order to order three! This ice cream is freaking phenomenal, the Pb Oreo is some of the best Ice cream I've ever head. I also loved the Elvis. The banana flavoring is delicious. I also had the chocolate and lavender and I mixed those two flavors to create chocolate lavender. Very very delicious. Service was really good and the store is really cute. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
What pisses me off about this place is that you're a paying customer but they won't let you use their restroom. My 6yrs old daughter really needed to pee and the guy won't let her use it. He just kept saying no and no! Ugghhhhh DoBETTER!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Setting/Service: Friendly staff and clean interior. Outdoor seating is a nice plus. Ice cream: Wide selection of interesting flavors. This place caters to many palates and dietary preferences. I'm able to find something that I like every time I come here. Overall: Expect a solid scoop and friendly service here! Nice to have a place like this near so many restaurants in North park.

Yelp
DELICIOUS! Received a birthday gift card here and went here and it was delicious. Love the flights that they do and the ability to try a bunch of different flavors. Great selection of ice cream flavors. Will definitely be back.
