Hagen Espresso Bar (Hagen Marylebone)

Will not go to any other coffee shop. I love Hagen for the taste of coffee, milk varieties and for the staff. Jess & Roberta & Malika are fab. They remember orders & choose to get to know everyone in the neighborhood!

I understand that it’s a busy store, so it’s crowded and there aren’t any seats. I understand there’s no bathroom. I even understand that the staff’s service is subpar. But at least the coffee should be good. What is this? A latte with foam floating on top… and the drink temperature is seriously lukewarm. You might think it’s just one drink among many to serve quickly, but that one drink could carry someone’s hopes and be the highlight of their weekend… or, on the other hand, it could also be a huge disappointment. I hope you don’t forget that.

Lovely elegant small cafe. The coffee was smooth but not as powerful as I wished it to be. Obviously, the focus here is on the coffee, but I would have loved to have greater food/ snack options.

I have lived in London for several years and tried many coffee places, but Hagen is by far the best in the city. If you're looking for authentic Italian coffee, definitely visit Hagen on Baker Street. The staff is incredibly nice and polite, and the entire atmosphere makes you feel welcome. Roberta is the barista who makes my coffee every morning, and I can confidently say she prepares the best coffees ever because of her passion for her work. Thank you, Roberta!

Love all the Hagen coffee shops around London but particularly the Marylebone location in morning when you get some great sunshine while you sit on the outside bench to people watch. Great coffee too of course!

A 10 star cafe, the women in the Cafe are always very accommodating, on a rainy day they offered a space for my bike inside the cafe while I was training. I will add in particular the Lady that serves the front of house always shows compassion and empathy. I will always choose this cafe when I’m in Marylebone. 🤘🖤🖤

The flat white was excellent, surpassing commercial high street coffee chains. The blueberry cake was decent, but not exceptional. It was really busy around 2pm nowhere to sit.
