"Bountiful Buffet This huge buffet restaurant, designed to look like an old hacienda, offers more than 120 dishes every day. Hacienda Santa Martha has extensive grounds with play areas for kids, an artificial pond with pedal boats, and even movies for kids projected inside an old DC-4 airplane. Sample seven different kinds of mole, have meats and seafood grilled to your liking, and fill up on soups, salads and almost any Oaxacan dish you can imagine. It's a great option for families and picky eaters because you can choose what looks tastiest - or try a bit of everything until you find something you like. Hacienda Santa Martha is open from 1:30 to 6:30 pm daily except Monday."

This restaurant was amazing! A hidden local gem that I would not have visited if it were not for family treating me here. The restaurant is buffet fare. It has all of the foods that Oaxaca has to offer under one roof and you can try all of it. Only for 245 Pesos per person, that's about $12.30USD per person. Drinks are extra and they offer lots of variety of juices and alcoholic beverages. There's no time limit to your meal, and they encourage you to stay long and eat often. The property is beautiful and huge. Lots of areas to walk, roam, and explore the grounds of this hacienda. They have little playgrounds for kids, a Zipline and more. There was also live music playing when I was there. Lots of parking and I did see many arrive by taxi too. The food was great and I had the chance to try many items. Even pizza topped with the famous grasshoppers. If you're in Oaxaca, you have to try this place out!

They don’t allow pets, which is fine—that can be their rule—but that doesn’t mean the staff should be so rude and disrespectful. I’m only rating the service and atmosphere because that’s the reason I’m no longer hungry in this place. They should write a note on their website explicitly stating that they are NOT A PET-FRIENDLY PLACE :( and save everyone’s time.

The place is a bit of a ways from the center of Oaxaca, but definately worth the drive. We enjoy the open buffet and varieties of food. Also you can pay with cards as to not carry much cash around. The service is good and their live music is always a pleasure to hear. Definately family friendly.

Friends wedding was here and it was absolutely beautiful! Food and drinks were great. Staff didn't set up in time for the reception but they tackled it before the groom and bride got back from their photos so it was fine! Friendly staff

A wonderful buffet with so many delicious choices. Great service. Obviously, a popular place for birthdays. This place has an amusement park atmosphere.

Great buffet and a stately garden area out back. Nice city views from a high up perspective. It is a local favorite to bring your friends or partner. Bring your appetite and spend time out in the walking paths and garden.
