Another one of my favorite locations the manger Sue treats us so we'll everytime we in store it's a top shelf experience but we definitely miss our old rep Richard unfortunately he is longer with Gucci Every time we come down from Oklahoma City we get the best treatment we could ever want thank you all

I had an amazing experience at Gucci Galleria Dallas, thanks to Katelyn! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. She asked if I was looking for anything specific, and to my surprise, she knew exactly what I wanted. I’m not someone who usually makes big purchases, especially not on a handbag, but Katelyn made the entire process so comfortable. There was no pressure, just genuine care. She even gave me her card, knowing I was only in town for the weekend. The next day, while shopping at the mall, I decided to text her, and sure enough, she was working. When I came in, she wrapped the bag up beautifully for me. My husband gifted it to me, and I couldn’t be happier. We all deserve to feel special, and Katelyn truly made me feel that way. Thank you, Katelyn, for making this experience unforgettable!

I went to Galleria Gucci to return the bag. I bought it at the Legacy location and the associate tried to look at the bag and she made me feel I did something wrong and then she called her manager. The manager came and she looked at the bag and told me the bag is worn. And then I told her I don’t even touch it as much as you touch these bags and she was not willing to listen to me. I kept telling her what she did was wrong and she still insisted on telling me to return it back to Legacy. Maybe if they sell the used bag or the condition of the bag, and then I came to the Legacy location and they returned without any problem and then they said the bag looks clean and I told them what happened and what they said to me in the Galleria Gucci store is crazy. Stop discriminating against people with color and thinking we can’t afford to buy stuff. This is very disappointing, Gucci. You need to look at your management in the Galleria store.

Great customer service, very attentive and not pushy.

I love the customer service. I walk in with immediate attention and courtesy. I was given information and details of wallets I was interested in and I was given suggestions even when I travel to Europe to their location in Florence Italy. Kirby you were very kind and helpful. Thank you.
