Grande Centre Point Terminal 21

I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was both welcoming, helpful, and professional. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location was perfect. it was easy to access key attractions and public transportation. The atmosphere at the hotel was enjoyable, and the facilities contributed to a relaxing and comfortable experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others!

I am so pleased we chose this hotel for our 2 night stay in Bangkok. Best location, fabulous rooms and an incredible roof top pool area with gardens and even tennis courts. Check in was a breeze with very kind and courteous staff. Always greeted so kindly whenever we would come and go. The location simply can't be beaten, right next to all the action, main line station for trains, and yet managed to feel tucked away, luxurious and tranquil. I can't even think of a better place to stay in Bangkok.

Recently stayed at Grand Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21, and my experience was mostly positive. The location is unbeatable—directly above the popular Terminal 21 mall, which makes dining and shopping a breeze. It’s also conveniently connected to two train lines, providing easy access to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, granting my request for a park-view room, which I really appreciated. The room itself was spacious, featuring a large bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The hotel offers an array of activities to enjoy. The infinity pool with a breathtaking view is definitely a highlight, along with the outdoor Jacuzzi and a lovely mini-park perfect for relaxing during the day. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. Upon entering the room, I noticed a musty smell, which I believe came from the curtains being closed on an especially boiling day. This was surprising, as I’ve stayed at another hotel in the same chain nearby, and the rooms there didn’t have this issue. Also, the facilities like the gym close quite early, which could be inconvenient. Extending the gym’s operating hours to 24 hours would certainly be more guest-friendly. Overall, Grand Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 is a great choice for its prime location, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. Despite minor flaws, I would still recommend it and would likely return in the future.

My stay here was nice albeit short. It's definitely more of a coporate stay hotel than a small boutique style hotel but then again it's in the heart of Sukhomvit. But I needed to be in Asoke for business and I wanted to be near Terminal 21 mall to try their food court hahaha. My King Deluxe room was huge, awesome huge windows (with electrical shade) - great views espcially at night and got to see an electrical storm. Great show! I liked the included mini bar and the free washer/dryer with included detergent (hint, the dryer works best (and less time) if it's separate and not part the wash/dry cycle). Kitchen area, bathroom and living area were huge and much appreciated. As was the king bed! I even used some of the cutlery abd plates but felt bad that a sponge or dishsoap was not included so I could wash up. There was an included welcome drink coupon that I used both days I was there and really enjoyed the watermelon smoothie! I only really interacted with the reception and bellmen and it was very professional (and corporate). I liked that the hotel was attached via walkway to Terminal 21 however I think that mall is kinda overhyped. The 5th floor food court was cool and cheap but somehow it looked much better on social media. But I was glad I gave it a go. I liked that it was a quick walk to the MRT (didn't use the BTS) and there was a "se-wen" very close for snacks (after I went thru the included minibar from the room hahaha). The only drawback for this hotel (and it's not really the hotels fault) but if you are using a car or bike for transportation, the Asoke area is insane when it comes to traffic. One trip while using Grab I was in traffic for 40 minutes when I could have walked the 10 minutes (Hyatt Regency a few blocks down). I was going knock one star down but it's not the hotel's fault (it's ALWAYS hectic and even worse in the rain). But something to consider. Oh BTW the breakfast was great, huge, lots of offerings. Just go early to avoid the crowds. Otherwise my room was great, airport transfers efficient and no complaints on that end.

Hotel is located at Terminal 21 mall. Unbeatable location, linked directly to a huge mall and the BTS & metro stations. The room is spacious and located on a super high floor with great views of the city. Motorized fully black-out blinds are also installed. Bed is very comfortable, and one of the largest baby cots provided free-of-charge for my child. Room also has a kitchenette, very useful for family with young children. You'll also find complimentary beverages at the hotel lobby. It's not the cheapest of hotels, but for the convenience and quality, it's well worth it!

We had recently stayed here with our family. We appreciate the staff's consistent courtesy and warm welcome. The rooms are tastefully appointed and immaculate. Breakfast was exceptional. Also, love location how you can walk to the mall and BTS. We will return and stay here on our next visit.

I try not to leave negative reviews because I understand that everybody's experience can be subjective due to multiple factors. However I will have to leave my honest review to warn others who may have a similar experience as ours.. My husband and I checked in on Valentine's day for a 3 night stay. This was our second year in a row staying at Grande Center Point Terminal 21 because we really like the convenient location. We arrived a little bit earlier than the check in time so we dropped our luggage off to go explore for a couple of hours and returned after the check in time. Once we were checked in and arrived at the 20th floor to enter our room, we immediately noticed the entire floor smelling like cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor. We entered our room and it smelled like cigarette smoke too. We called the front desk right away to see if we could change rooms or floors because my husband and I are very sensitive to smoke, but they said we could not change rooms because there were no more rooms left. Instead they were able to leave an air purifier in our room upon request. Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue since the whole floor smelled so we had to go out and purchase our own air refreshers and plug in refreshers. This temporarily helped but did not ultimately solve the issue. Every single day during our stay the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke and would affect our room too. During our stay, nobody checked up on us to see if we were doing okay.. We both had a very bad headache every morning because the smoke smell never went away.. Besides from that, we had minor issues such as not receiving towels after room cleaning despite leaving a tip but that was not a big deal at all. However, I don't think it was fair that we had to endure the cigarette smoke scent every single day despite paying for a non-smoking room. We decided that we will no longer be staying here for our future visits to Bangkok.. We wish the staff well and hope everyone stays safe.

The hotel was overall good, and they allowed us to check in earlier than expected. However, they did not accommodate our request for a higher floor. The lobby staff were very hospitable. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was powerful, which was very pleasant. The room decor, however, was a bit outdated. If you wear shoes in the room, they easily leave footprints all over. The replenishment of supplies was not frequent enough. There is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.
