Another wonderful stay at this historic timeless magnificent palace ! Wonderful location , stunning history as this hotel is 150 years old , beautiful titans decorating the facade of the building. Everything is top level , from bellboys , security to front desk staff , and champagne upon arrival and check in . Best hotel lobby and cigar lounge , drinks and food are superb . Historical suites and icing on the cake is how they tend to you . As I was celebrating my birthday , hotel management sent me a bottle of champagne and some treats up to my room . Wonderful wonderful hotel and always a must visit lobby bar on every trip I do to Saint Petersburg , a city of emperor Peter the Great !)

Everything about the hotel is nice, but the receptionists on the morning of November 9 treated me badly. The employee looked at me with contempt and disdain when I spoke to them. And she responded to me in a very bad way. Because I am a veiled woman. Throughout the stay, this employee and other receptionists were frowning at us and not welcoming us. If the hotel does not welcome veiled women, it should write this on the booking sites. Because we do not accept such bad treatment and racism!! |And I would like to thank the employee at the Concierge on the same date in the evening. She was wonderful and respectful, and also the salon employees were polite, friendly and very cooperative. |The breakfast buffet was beautiful and the service was excellent. And the staff are wonderful.

Everything was beyond amazing. Staff, room, location. Especially our butler Nemanja did everything for us to make our holiday special. We decided to come every year after our holiday in here. -

Staff were welcoming at all times, that includes everyone. Greeted with a cranberry juice which was nice. Room was clean and location is great. Help desk were able to help with excursions. -

Had a wonderful breakfast in the lobby bar. The place is so beautiful and noble, atmosphere is great to unwind and relax for couple hours. The service a bit slow indeed , however the staff is well-trained, polite and doing their best to accommodate you. Would recommend this place to anyone who are looking for relaxing coffee break or wine date.

The hotel is located in a great location, just outside the subway station, very close to the Kazan Cathedral. A family of three was traveling and the child's name was not included in the reservation. The reservation information shows that an additional bed only costs 250 RMB. Upon arrival, the on-site staff provided a solution: 1. Changing the room type and paying an additional 27900 rubles (3 nights). Option 2: Open an additional room and pay an additional 30000 rubles (3 nights). Not eligible for an additional bed of 250 RMB per night. In the end, I had to choose to pay an extra 30000 rubles. What a big pit, what are the terms of the pre order? Where is the spirit of the contract?

Everything was excellent:very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and beautiful interiors of the hotel.||New Year trees and Christmas decorations made an atmosphere of magic. it was great to have a glass of champagne in Lobby bar with live music. Personnel was always kind and helpful. and the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic- in the heart of the city and just a step away from Russian Museum, Kazanskiy cathedral and Nevskiy. ||We're looking forward to visit again!
