Friendly staff and caring nurse + doctor. Jenny Lugovskaya came across as knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant interior as well. Only negative comment would be that I wasn’t informed that having my appointment at 1pm on Saturday incurred extra cost.

I had a wonderful experience at GP Superclinic Miland. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I especially want to highlight Dr. Tamanna, who went above and beyond to provide excellent care. She was patient, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring I felt heard and understood. Her thorough explanations and warm demeanor truly set her apart. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive and supportive environment. Highly recommend this medical centre to anyone seeking exceptional care!

I'm not one to really leave reviews for places, however the experience I've had with the GP Superclinic in Midland was simply terrible. My normal doctor I go to wasn't available and I needed an appointment for a quick checkup, so I booked an appointment with this clinic that I haven't been to before for this past Monday morning at 10am, I had stated that I booked it during a break in my work hours as I work 6 days a week with only having Sundays off. I gave myself 1 hour in total get there, have the appointment and get back to work. Being that it's about a 10 minute drive I assumed I'd have used at most 45 minutes of my time in total with the 15 minute appointment, this didn't end up being the case. When i got to the clinic on time 10 minutes prior to my booked appointment time as they requested, I checked in and proceeded to let them know i'm here on my work break and asked them if there is any delay with seeing the doctor as I would need to know. The admin girl said I would see her in 10 minutes which is when my appointment time is booked for. I then had to wait 40 minutes before I got called to see her at 10:30. Eventually when I was in with the doctor I spent barely 3 minutes with her, she didn't greet me or ask questions just waited for me to initiate a conversation, it felt like I was just taking up her time and it was a very uncomfortable environment, I immediately didn't want to be there. She let me know she would call me with the test results in a few days, and I know the test could have been done there in the appointment, but she gave me medication to use anyway until the follow up. Today I get a message to contact the clinic about my test results and so I call them, to find out I need to book a new appointment to get the results, however i also have to pay for that new appointment, even if it's over the phone and my last one didn't use the full 15 minutes of time that I paid for. My usual doctor has never charged me for follow ups as they take 5 minutes at most, and considering I am already aware of what the results would be and it's just to confirm them. On top of all that the receptionist who I spoke to was quite rude and talked to me as if she didn't care whatsoever about her job, with short replies to my questions and a bad tone of voice. Very disappointing experience, I was hoping to find a doctor closer to home but I will not be coming back to this place.

I have an extremely complex medical history that was seriously mismanaged, due to having more than 12 GPs quit and failed to consider any issues resulting from no record keeping management to ensure smooth transitions for following Drs. The team at this Clinic are extremely pleasant and easy to engage in sensitive issue management. My new GP seemed to be a little overwhelmed at start of consult due to lack of medical history being provided by last GP Clinic but was able to understand my situation and became comfortable with our discussion as it progressed while I provided relevant and current plan in place for easy transition, and I feel comfortable with moving forward with my new GP managing my ongoing health care plan with to date the easiest and fastest consult with immediate referral requests and smooth transition with no upfront information from previous GP clinic to assist my new GP with relevant information required for them to fully comprehend the complexity of my treatments. The staff are extremely friendly and are easy to talk to, which aided in easing my anxiety to a level enabling me to communicate essential information with less stress than my usual public experiences. Highly recommend visiting this clinic as has been an easy experience for me to receive the care I required with very little roadblocks to slow the process down.

I'm so happy to have my doctor back, Dr. Vaz. He was my family doctor, and then he left the surgery he was at, but I found him again recently, and it was absolutely great seeing him again. He is such a professional and takes all his clients seriously. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming, too. Very clean and neat.

Been to this place over 7 years. The receptionist lady named Adawa just raised her voice to me over the phone and hang up the phone in regards of my questions for my personal health results. As regards of professional practice. She treated me very aggressive, rude and negative behaviour. Hope they will work towards professional communication with patients. The doctors here are fantastic but the manager let the receptionist failed this place reputation. Check out all other reviews, number talks.

Have attended this practice on and off for many years and have always been impressed. The doctors are very knowledgeable and empathetic and the reception staff have always been wonderful and willing to help. Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a high level of care.

Always get astounded that when I get to the reception area one or other of receptionists greets me with my name! & big smile I might not remember seeing them before even?? A bit of a worry trying to remember, actually today I asked Doc Jenny if I could have a memory test. Off course she says I'll see how busy the nurse is, I want you to have another shingles shot anyway. Yes go on in. The nurse greets me like a long lost sister no! She's quite young yet so very professional and knowledgeable and kind and gentle. I'm 76 but aren't allowed to refer to her or anyone actualy as a kid how are you kids etc ! Then I think back of course when you're young you don't want to be called young! Mm. If I can't see my Doc Jen and it's sort of urgent there are are quiet a few other of other experienced doctors at this practice. You can't go wrong if you decide to come on board here.
