This hide gem located in east village is perfect for a romantic date night. The place is small (nothing new in NYC) but very cozy. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. My favorite was the Truffle Gnocchi.
The restaurant is very busy on weekends. But Sundays nights are perfect, you will have more privacy and the the place by yourself practically.
Gnocchis are great. 🍝
They have a big wine selection 🍷
We would definitely recommend and came back for another delicious evening.

Gnoccheria in the East Village, NYC, is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the cozy and intimate atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The menu, focused on handmade gnocchi, is a true delight. Each dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor. The gnocchi itself is light, pillowy, and perfectly cooked, with a variety of rich, inventive sauces that elevate the experience.
The service is top-notch – the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations to pair with your meal. The wine list is fantastic, complementing the food perfectly.
I highly recommend the classic gnocchi with brown butter and sage, but every dish we tried was outstanding. If you’re looking for a unique and delicious Italian experience in NYC, Gnoccheria is a must-visit. It’s a true standout in the East Village, and I can’t wait to return!

Worth the hype! Absolutely awesome meal all around. The service was great and professional and the food was fantastic. We flew up from Miami for the weekend and this was by far our favorite meal. We had the truffle gnocchi, pesto gnocchis and fried gnocchi with Nutella. Highly recommend, and will refer any of our friends that are in town. Will definitely come back.

Yearly tradition date at Gnoccheria for burrata and prosciutto app followed by gnocchi. This year I opted for the vodka gnocchi. Another superb dish. Topped off the meal with a cappuccino and tiramisu, like I really needed it. Can’t wait to come back again and try another dish!

This place has been on my must-visit list for so long (their social media presence is top notch) and I was very pleased with our experience. We got one of their specials - butter sage gnocchi, four cheese gnocchi, red sauce gnocchi, pesto gnocchi, and burrata for $50. Our stomachs were full and this was a great meal to split between two people. We visited on a Saturday afternoon (no reservations) and were seated immediately, however it is a cozy spot and I can see it getting busy during peak hours. The pesto is something out of my dreams, and I will be looking forward to coming back!!

The gnocchi was delicious, we got to try the Four cheese, Pesto, butter and sage, and the red sauce.
We loved all 3 of them, the red sauce was not our favorite, but still good nonetheless.
The Pesto was my personal favorite and my girlfriend’s was the four cheese.
The tiramisu was great as well, just tad bit too much cocoa powder, but still very delicious.
The customer service was excellent as well.
This is a nice gem in NYC and I would highly recommend!

Instagram brought us in but the food would bring us back! Very good! Pricey but we enjoyed our dinner! The graffiti on the front of the building made us nervous when we pulled up but inside it was nice!
