Ghiaia Cashmere

Rude experience entering and wanting to shop. The guy working the store was extremely attentive to two women who came in before and after me but wasn’t interested in giving me the time of day. Not sure if it’s because I’m a younger black guy but I felt unwelcome. Nice looking store but what’s the point

I've attempted to visit Ghiaia Cashmere twice now. Traveling up from LA to their Pasadena store only to first find a handwritten note saying that they had closed early for the day and the second time to be greeted by a locked door and someone telling me they were already closed for the day in order to rearrange the store merchandising. Both times were within their business hours listed on Google, and although their social media account is very active with stories each day, I never saw any indication of these closures on their page. Incredibly disappointed in the store's management and the inconsiderate treatment of potential customers. I will not be making a third attempt.

Wonderful store ran by sweet and knowledgeable staff. The cotoni and cashmere sweaters are like no other. Thank you Davide for the impeccable service and hospitality and, of course, the perfect espresso!

Cool looking store / cafe / bar? Not sure. Don’t ask the staff questions though unless you’re looking to be low-key insulted.

Beautiful place with so much detail. The owner and staff are wonderful, you really feel the love and passion that goes into this store. Visit, you won't regret it!
