I went in early November so the shop wasn't busy. We had no trouble ordering and received great service from the staff. The ice cream was easily the best I have ever eaten. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the overall quality was exceptional. You will undoubtedly have a longer wait than I did if you visit in summer, but the wait is definitely worth it. Pistachio, blackforrest chocolate, and milk and sour cherry is as close to ice cream perfection as you will get. If you get the opportunity to visit, don't hesitate. Best ice cream in Rome!

The best gelato in Rome, wide number of choices and all are wonderfully delicious!

Staff: Very nice and helpful with me. Shop: I had a takeaway. There are places to sit outside Prices: Too high and not justified, for me. Gelato: Not too sweet which I prefer. Flavor is very mild. Would I Recommend it: No Would I Return: Highly unlikely

The best gelato I have had in Italy - handsdown. The cone is delicious and gluten free. I got chocolate and passionfruit and both were out of this world. If you’re on this side of Rome, you HAVE to come here.

The greatest choice in Rome - more than 40 tastes!!! Very delicious!

I stumbled upon this place by accident and am so happy I did - it's amazing. The staff were really helpful and gave me some recommendations to help narrow down from the ~80 flavours available - luckily I came at a time when it was pretty quiet so this was a bit easier. Apparently they rotate pretty frequently so not sure flavour recommendations are helpful here, but the cheesecake and berry was a favourite for me. Will be going back for sure!

Pros: many flavours, many gluten free, lactose free, vegan options. Cons: the shop is very hard to reach, far from tourist areas and public transport.
