Tucked inside a parking garage, this intimate bar offers innovative cocktails and a cool midcentury-inspired vibe that's perfect for a night out.
"The downtown bar is located in, you guessed it — a parking garage. Reservations are highly encouraged at this tiny bar, where you might envision Dom Toretto orating about family. Look for the “cocktails” neon sign over parked cars to spot the entrance off of Fifth and Colorado and enjoy inventive sips in the mid-century style concrete room. There are indoor dine-in services." - Darcie Duttweiler
"Much like some of the other bars on this map, it’s difficult to find the entrance of the downtown cocktail bar (the name is a hint). But once you’re there, find classic and original cocktails in a snazzy, dim space. There are indoor service services; reservations are available." - Nadia Chaudhury
"Located in a parking garage Downtown, Garage Bar feels like you’re entering the secret lair of a Fast & Furious movie villain. Once you make it into the concrete cave, follow the big cocktail sign over some parked cars and to the main entrance. Inside are a bunch of tables centered around a round, white granite bar. There’s a blend of classic cocktails and in-house creations, but we’ve found the bartenders are also pretty good at coming up with something on the spot. You don’t need a reservation, but we’d recommend grabbing one if you’re coming on a weekend—it can get about as packed as the garage racing scene from Tokyo Drift. " - nicolai mccrary
"Visitors love hidden things. Particularly hidden bars where they can feel like they’re in on a secret. This cocktail spot is located inside a parking garage at the corner of 6th and Colorado and has a round, white granite bar with concrete pillars jutting out that will further convince your friend that you’ve taken them to a cool spot. If you and/or your friends hate lines, make a reservation online or get here on the early side—they keep the crowds very much in check." - nicolai mccrary, chelsea bucklew, katherine lewin
