08/10/24 - Spent my birthday here. Overall, the food was good. The staff were attentive, but I got the feeling that they only care about providing a good service towards my partner, who's a foreigner. In the end, they would ask how the food was, but they literally just asked him and not me. So, obviously, they don't really care about my experience. They would explain the food, and some of the staff would just look at him when talking (made it seem like they're talking only to him and not the both of us). I know that's probably not a big deal for some, but for me, that was part of the overall experience. Though they weren't technically rude, the feeling of being disregarded is enough to make the experience less satisfactory.

We tried their 8 course menu with the “Unknown Faces of Cacao” theme. The flavors were both bold and subtle, making for a delightful journey through each course. My personal favorite dish was Meunière. Their Chocolat and Tradition dessert is so perfect!

I recently celebrated my birthday here. My family and I had a great time. We got their set menu (vegetarian, grouper, and tenderloin). The food (even the surprise birthday cake) was remarkable, and the service made our experience better. My brothers tried their vegetarian set menu, which is a must-try, even for meat lovers. We were also surprised that one of the chefs went out of her way to explain the last course personally. She gave us a small token of appreciation for supporting their sustainability mission. It was a nice gesture! Lastly, we are happy with Joy’s, Calel’s, and their maître d's service. They were confident in explaining each dish. We also noticed that the maître d' was attentive to all customers, regardless of where they were seated. We highly recommend dining at Gallery By Chele!

Absolutely loved our 10-course dinner. I was a bit hesitant because we were greatly disappointed with the Tagaytay restaurant but Gallery is just in a while other league. If for anything, I hate the Tagaytay restaurant even more because I'm comparing it to Gallery. Staff are great. The attention to detail is superb. The respect for terroir and the farm-to-table concept was best-in-class. The food was amazing. I really enjoyed time here. It was actually filling, which is not always the case for degustations. We also got the wine pairing and we appreciated that part of the experience as well. Alcohol was just right too, not too much.
