Galeto Sat’s in Botafogo is know because a Brazilian singer’s boyfriend cheated on her there. That is what Brazilian friends told me. We came here for lunch and enjoyed the great service and good food. The chicken was wonderful and only some smaller bones in the cut pieces were a bit surprising. At all it was a great experience. Highly recommendable. Enjoy!

If you're in the mood for a great night out with tasty bites, this bar delivers on appetizers! The menu features a variety of small plates that are packed with flavor, from fries to chicken hearts, all perfectly crafted for sharing. The flavors are bold, and the portions are generous for their size, making it easy to pair with your drink of choice. That said, I did have a minor issue with the check. Some items I didn't order appeared, and I had to bring it to the staff’s attention to get it sorted out. Fortunately, the issue was handled quickly, but just be sure to double-check your bill before paying. Overall, a fantastic spot for great food and drinks—just stay on top of your tab!

One of my fave restaurants in the city , they have 2 locations , one in Botafogo the other in Copacabana. Delicious food and great service always! I had Beef Stroganhoff

SALT!!! I think they immersed the chicken in salt. The service was cross between dead and rude. Atleast the waiter I had was impatient and couldn't say thank u after i paid the bill. The other waiters would literally ignore me...perhaps cause I didn't speak portuguese.Though its known for its chicken I shouldve had the sirloin...Fries, garlic bread and Coca-cola were good though

What can I say?The steps are famous for a reason. Totally worth going to I took a guide. Just takes a walk up the steps and get some photos with your friends and family.
